這次在銅鑼灣覓食,想起這裡有分店就決定過來了。餐廳位於銅鑼灣地帶2樓,一出升降機門已經看到了。我們吃甜品就吃得多,吃正餐就真的不多🤔。平日晚市時間來也人頭湧湧,幸好我們預先訂座,所以不用等位。-💥炸厚切黑毛豬滑蛋蓋意式紅飯 HKD$88,大大片豬扒鋪在滑蛋上,食物賣相吸引😆。黑毛豬外皮酥脆不油膩,做到外脆內嫰的口感,肉肉肥瘦適中還帶點肉汁。意式紅飯口感煙韌,醬汁味道酸酸的很開胃,還有沙律拌著吃🙈。-💥巴馬臣火腿意式蕃茄水牛芝士意粉 HKD$78,面頭放滿巴馬臣火腿,蕃茄和水牛芝士圍著意粉😍。醬汁味道酸酸的,加入水牛芝士口感豐富😚。咸咸的巴馬臣火腿拌著意粉吃感覺特別,意粉口感煙韌掛汁力不錯。-💥流心奶黃梳乎里班戟 HKD$98,這個是新推出的甜品,很到是奶黃就想試試看🤤。上菜時聞到很香的蛋味,把梳乎里班戟切開後,奶黃一湧而出,傳來陣陣奶黃香味🤩。奶黃味道濃郁,而且甜度合適中。梳乎里班戟口感鬆軟濕潤,熱辣辣吃口感最棒😎。-飲品點了柑橘洋甘菊茶和凍朱古力咖啡,吃東西飲杯花茶是個不錯的選擇,既可放鬆一下心情,又可中和食物油膩感😆,花茶味道很香挺清新的感覺。凍朱古力咖啡味道濃郁,朱古力味較重口感幼滑😚。- continue reading

同同事傾開銅鑼灣美食,原來佢以為HesheEat只係食甜品,竟然唔知我成日食嘅呢間鋪仲有好多美味的西餐選擇,當然要即刻約佢食返吓啦!星期二晚唔算好多人,唔需要等位。首選必食我最愛嘅鮮魷墨汁意粉,墨汁意粉再配上黑色的墨汁煮,食完個嘴都黑晒,不過就因為咁先夠香濃,墨汁特有的鮮味!香港人口味嘅少辣,好開胃,加上魷魚都好彈牙,絕對必食!小食叫了單骨蜜糖芥末雞翼,有10件咁多,而且每隻都炸到好香脆,咬開有肉汁,加上微甜的蜜糖芥末漿,食到停唔到口!再叫咗個煙三文魚牛油果牛角包,加$10配薯條。用刀把牛角包切開一半,已經聽到切開嘅聲音,個牛角包真的很鬆脆!煙三文魚就有少少鹹味,牛油果增加軟滑嘅口感加上外層鬆脆嘅牛角包,完美絕配。加$10就有嘅薯條份量好多,每一條都好粗身同香脆,好抵食!同事飲品點了白桃茶,微甜,幾香嘅桃味,我點了抹茶鮮奶,Latte放咗大量奶泡,形成一個軟棉嘅口感,配上牛角包,完全係一個文清嘅感覺!最後點了香蕉焦糖pancake,要預早半小時order,即叫即整,一上碟就聞到好香嘅蛋香味, pancake很鬆軟,而且餐廳仲好認真裝飾這碟甜品,影相一流!值得等佢即時製作!同事都讚食物唔錯,而且價錢唔算貴,問我點解唔早啲介紹~ continue reading

2021年10月6日 星期三今日收工之後又同老婆出咗去銅鑼灣食飯,今次黎到呢間餐廳,之前都曾經嘗試過佢既下午茶,味道同環境都非常唔錯,又睇下晚餐既質素如何好彩黎到仲有空枱凈,遲少少到已經要排隊,睇返餐牌有dinner combo,可以自行追加餐湯或者特飲,選擇都有幾多,而且仲有小食menu同日式梳乎厘班戟可以揀添,價錢都合理,最後我同老婆各自揀咗一個dinner combo加一杯飲品估唔到首先到係我要嘅主菜烤紐西蘭肉眼牛扒配燒汁同薯條,雖然賣相比起餐牌上面嘅圖片少左一舊香草牛油係塊扒上面,但其餘都符合我預期,包括薯條嘅份量同牛扒嘅厚度,薯條連皮炸得幾香脆,同連鎖快餐店味道好唔同,感覺顏色更金黃同無咁多油另一款主菜就要左香煎比目魚配芒果沙律,比目魚嘅外皮煎到金黃色,可以連皮食,夠晒脆卜卜,而裡面既魚肉仍然保持幼嫩,煎得唔錯至於芒果沙律食落去配埋黑醋食酸酸甜甜,可以化解左比目魚嘅油膩感飲品方面我叫咗杯西瓜冰沙,黎到既時候夠晒冰凍,西瓜味好突出,而且冰沙夠幼滑,感覺好清新老婆就要左士多啤梨奶昔,上面有勁多邪惡既忌廉,同奶昔撈勻之後又唔算太甜,酸甜味幾平衡最後埋單每人$200左右,感覺都唔錯 continue reading

到銅鑼灣晚飯,想找個交通方便的地方,便來到此餐廳。平日要大排長龍。可能我今日來得有點晚了,可即時入座。肚子已餓得發出警號,馬上下單點菜。 香辣柚子大蝦沙律 : 柚子沙律配上酸酸甜甜的黑醋汁,令人開胃,口感清新。大蝦煎得非常香口。 扒虎蝦墨汁意粉:虎蝦很爽口 驚喜在帶鮮味墨汁的意粉非常爽滑,加上有點點辣的蒜香刺激味蕾,增添墨汁意粉的味道。 燒烤bb豬肋骨配日式薯仔沙律 : 豬肋骨烤得剛好,厚肉而肉質不乾。薯仔沙律混有蔬菜粒,清新而不腻,更添口感。燒烤醬惹味。 炸厚切黑毛豬滑蛋蓋意式紅飯:厚切黑毛豬炸得外皮薄脆,而肉質鬆軟。配上帶酸味的醬汁,令黑毛豬味道提升。蛋味濃厚且滑,配合意式茄汁飯,很滋味。其實餐牌上有很多款甜品,如日本牛乳刨冰和疏乎里班㦸,賣相很吸引。但今次點了很多食物,已吃不下甜品了 下次一定再來嚐嚐。 continue reading

平時去開旺角個間店,今日就去銅鑼灣地帶個間,晚餐時間去到已經差唔多Full哂位 首先叫咗個小食先【單骨蜜糖芥末雞翼 $55】香噴噴,聞到已經好想食,份量仲好多,香脆外層,內裡肉質嫩滑,每隻雞翼都沾咗好多醬汁,味道甜辣好味 再嚟就係主食,每人揀一款,大家分嚟食,我揀咗【火辣墨魚汁意粉-鮮魷魚 $88】原來墨汁意粉好正,意粉軟硬度適中,份量仲唔少,配埋爽口彈牙火辣鮮魷魚,正呀 朋友就揀咗【黑松露雜菌春雞燴意大利飯 $98】黑松露及雜菌菇撈埋意大利飯一齊食,真係又香又好味;最正就係春雞,等30分鐘先到,春雞外香脆,肉質嫩滑好味 當然唔少得叫飯後甜品啦,叫埋個【朱古力花生醬焦糖香蕉配杏仁雪糕 $58 +麻糬 $10】頂層係有杏仁碎嘅杏仁雪糕,又香又凍;仲有半條焦糖香蕉;Hotcake中間加入咗煙煙韌韌嘅麻糬;碟旁仲伴埋朱古力醬及糖醬,用嚟倒落去一齊食 飲品就埋咗【芝士奶蓋芒果紅茶 $40】厚厚芝士奶蓋好正,中間仲放咗球芒果雪葩,口感豐富,飲一口涼透心;另一杯就係【沖繩黑糖菠蘿沙冰 $38】十分好飲嘅菠蘿特飲,菠蘿沙冰滿瀉,同黑糖真係好爽;夏天飲真係超涼快 HeSheEat (銅鑼灣地帶)銅鑼灣記利佐治街2-10號銅鑼灣地帶2樓201號舖 continue reading
