好耐冇去食呢間扒房, 見呢一個dining city又有優惠,又去食下先☺️去到餐廳,經理幾俊俏. 態度友善親切. 帶我去咗近窗位置. 點咗枝水.book咗食lunch, lunch menu係698蚊一位. 前菜有幾款係 share嘅. 美式沙律, 煙三文魚同埋炸雞. 我就加咗焗蠔. 主菜就有烤八爪魚牛扒或者豬鞍任選一款. 甜品有香蕉船new York Cheese cake同埋brownie.首先上咗一客麵包同牛油, 個包好軟熟好好食熱辣辣咁. 見到有一個free flow嘅package, 香檳同白酒任飲兩個鐘, $588. 都幾抵所以就叫咗一份.一開始就上一杯香港飲下先啦, 跟住佢哋開始上前菜前菜, 美式沙律入面嘅生菜好新鮮好爽脆個醬汁入面有烤咗嘅nuts同埋有啲blue tree send入面. 我覺得都幾好食, 呢個煙燻三文魚唔會太誇張嘅煙燻味但係口感係唔錯嘅, 炸雞唔會太乾個炸粉好脆, 焗蠔就係有啲煙肉呀白汁咁隻蠔都幾新鮮. 主菜點樣豬鞍同埋牛扒牛扒就點咗medium. 就配咗一杯紅酒係南法嘅. 之後呢就輪到上甜品喇. brownie 真係好好味.點咗一杯double expresso去配甜品但係咖啡真係唔得😅侍應即刻話同我取消杯咖啡嘅收費. continue reading

Just had an amazing dinner at HENRY in Rosewood Hong Kong 🥩✨Starters: We began with Maryland crab cakes— crispy surface, packed with sweet crab flavor, plus the soft, buttery roasted bone marrow. Even the BBQ baby corn was surprisingly good, a burst of sweetness paired with the smokiness of the grill perfectly.The main🥩: We shared the Porterhouse Marango and the juicy Tomahawk. Don’t skip their Iberico pork chop—tender and tasty.Sweet endings: Dessert, last but not least, sizzling brownie, decadent profiteroles, and rich toffee pudding to finish on a high. Drinks & vibes: 🍷Tyler Pinot Noir, the new world wine produced in California, USA. But personally, I prefer French red wine because I love how they offer more layers and complexity in their flavors. There’s a depth and elegance to them, with mineral taste that makes each sip richer and more nuanced. 即興生日飯,原本係去第二度食tea慶祝,點知間嘢提早收,臨時轉plan揾餐廳食dinner訂檯時cs好細心,問我有無慶祝活動,佢知我已經買左蛋糕,話可以即刻send俾餐廳雪住先,即刻解決左我當前既問題呢間餐廳除左食物質素超好,服務真係無得彈~❤️先講食物:🌟Bread n Butter個餐前麵包已經好吸引,熱騰騰,超軟熟,本身已經好香牛油味,再搽埋牛油,真係好正!🌟Steak Tartare牛肉好juicy,混埋魚子醬,鮮味提升晒本人本身唔好tartare,覺得好血腥,不過呢個組合令我感覺似食魚生,越食越開胃本人不喜愛薯片,但呢個薯片真係好好食,好薄好脆,又唔會𠝹口,好香口但無味精感,夾住啲tartare食口感好豐富,第一次食薯片食到停唔到口🤣🌟Oyster Rockefeller個煙肉菠菜芝士汁好creamy,稠度剛好完全唔膩,好怕啲好稠既~入面隻蠔仍然保留海水味,好飽滿多汁,有食生蠔feel,唔會煮到實晒🌟Pumpkin Soup好creamy,入面有好多嘢,南瓜籽、麵包糠等,口感雖然複雜左啲,但感覺好健康🌟Delmonico Ribeye本人偏好淋身又多脂肪既steak,侍應介紹呢個完全符合我期望用炭燒既steak真係好香,個邊位香到呢,但完全無燶到硬晒果啲medium rare但唔會血淋淋,無血腥味脂肪分佈好均勻,軟淰淰,啲肉汁好juicy,連無左幾隻牙既長者都話食得到上菜時有whisky flame,打卡一流!🌟Charred Broccoli本人覺得呢個偏硬,同埋本身唔好炭燒蔬菜既味道,不過同檯親友話好食🌟Truffle Mashed Potato好creamy,每淡薯蓉滲出陣陣既黑松露既香味,好惹味,雖然開始飽但都食到停唔到🌟Profiterole好驚喜,chef好細心咁加左生日字句(仲有埋我個名),仲有蠟燭~至於味道,由於掛住打卡,大概感覺係個朱古力puff味道鹹鹹地,類似salted caramel既味道,夾住whisky味雪糕味道好有層次,加埋好香滑又唔會死甜既朱古力sauce,味道同口感再提升,同檯唔好朱古力既親友竟然清晒啲sauce😅❤️講到服務:✅細心照顧您需要又俾到空間您,唔會覺得成日比人mon住✅專業得黎又好似朋友咁親切,走既時候個個都同我講生日快樂,好warm🥰✅觀察入微,完全唔駛問邊個生日就知個蛋糕同個甜品放邊☺️✅仲好有heart咁幫我地影相,即使我地自己影都主動幫我地打燈✅原本訂檯時話限定用餐兩小時,但我地食左差唔多4個鐘,完全無趕人走,按您既節奏上菜,成餐飯食得好舒服自在~估唔到一餐咁即興既慶生飯可以食得咁開心滿足,誤打誤撞揀到間咁好既餐廳,成個過程都係享受,可見呢間餐廳每位staff都係好well-trained,謝謝餐廳每位staff令我有一個有驚喜同難忘既生日飯!❤️ continue reading
