聘珍樓在觀塘扎根多年，因為位置原因很少在此用餐，今日偶爾到此才得知長者平日飲茶有9折優惠。餐廳很大，餐枱也多，相信假日也未必要排隊等候。鳳眼餃的頂部以一片綴以蟹籽的薄帶子封蓋，餡料以蝦仁為主，相比蝦餃，鳳眼餃的短處便是餃皮不夠韌性。上湯鮮竹卷不過不失，盅內有很多魚肚令點心增添不少口感。因為牛油果之名，所以點選此點心，但此炸物跟平常的明蝦角分別不太，吃罷才醒起有吃到牛油果嗎？叉燒包焗得金黃，色澤誘人，酥皮也做得厚而脆甜，輕輕一咬便碎，是可口的西式包點。帶子腸饀料有點碎，腸粉也有點油，其他便無不妥。蘿蔔比較硬，而且未完全轉透明，幸好主角金錢肚炆得十分軟腍，而且帶纖維口感。燒腩肉用的是五花腩，燒得皮脆肉濕潤，調味也恰好，不會過咸，伴碟的醃蘿蔔絲是解膩佳品。蔬菜選擇不多，只有白灼時蔬和鮮竹銀杏津白，如果有更多選擇便好了。芝麻糕是為朋友而點因她是芝麻卷控，但相對芝麻卷，口感還是稍有不及。…Read More

上星期team building食lunch，同事揀咗去聘珍樓，之前未黎過，唔知原來觀塘都有地方靚坐得舒服既中菜。食得幾開心，埋單先知做緊8折，可以同屋企人再嚟！開胃前菜叉燒海蜇好大碟，叉燒肥瘦剛好，夠淋。同事訂咗龍蟠鱔，豆豉味好濃，唔識食鱔試咗2舊，都幾多肉同滑，個汁可以送飯。個湯好正食物質素幾好，觀塘返工位置算方便，D侍應忙但服務可以，個用餐體驗唔錯。加埋個8折好抵，不過唔知優惠做到幾時。…Read More
