喺繁華嘅皇后大道行過嚟,大街都係名店👠👜👛,小巷除咗文具舖仲有made in Hong Kong 嘅餅店,無華麗嘅裝修,無電子收費,實實在在的。曲奇有好幾款,為咗減低罪惡感😈,所以揀咗聲稱健康嘅曲奇,細盒118。另外仲有個腰果酥48蚊,一盒大概九至十塊,酥偏甜咗啲,cover咗腰果香味。曲奇一層,長方形,涵係合核,黑芝麻,南瓜子同葵花籽,囗感鬆化,不過就無nuts嘅脆脆咬囗。 continue reading

上年看到宣傳此店的報導,看到老闆對自己出品的曲奇十分有信心,已經很想一試。今天剛好經過這店外的報導才想起,當然進店看看。店內裝潢比較簡單,不算太華麗。曲奇有多款味道選擇,有大盒裝$168和細盒裝$118。鐵罐裝也不算太華麗,比較吸引人的是‘香港製造’這四個字,因為香港製造的已不多,而這店更加堅持不用機器,只用手做我買的是健康曲奇酥,有合桃、黑芝蔴、南瓜子和葵花籽,一打開曲奇罐已有陣陣曲奇牛油香曲奇吃下十分香甜好味,牛油味不會過濃,卻很鬆化,喜歡曲奇上有nuts,更添口感。 continue reading

佢一直開係我公司隔離街,但一直覺得佢毫不起眼,只覺得佢係一間麵包舖,但前幾見果籽有報導過專訪,小妹今日都忍唔住買咗盒牛油酥曲奇(hkd168)嚟試,價錢係有少少偏貴,但一年一次送比親朋好友,仲要全人手香港製(因為我買時,見到阿C父係後面密密地整緊餅)!冇得計啦! 一開盒,曲奇排到密密的,都有大約40塊!呢款曲奇係有四種味:杏仁、腰果、紅苺及杏仁咖啡,一食落口,牛油味真係好濃!餅亦好鬆化(鬆化得嚟,但又唔係話超易碎嗰隻),唔太甜!我鐘意!初初都驚會係紅苺係最唔好食嗰款,但點知紅苺個口感都唔錯,唔會痴牙!食落同nuts嗰d款差不多!四隻口味都好食,唯獨最愛咖啡,有著濃濃的咖啡味!正正!大家有機會可以去上環支持吓呢間小店啦!真真正正hand made in HK! continue reading

有朋友之前請我食過好幾次喜利出品嘅酥(其實係曲奇餅黎嘅,不過店方叫法係酥)牛油嘅酥香同曲奇嘅鬆脆,令人懷念所以我以為佢其他餅乾都會好好食~ 今日我自己行過,就好期待咁買左三包野黎試食,分別有我最愛嘅南乳餅、仲有朱古力曲奇同瑪仔我首先試左個瑪仔,食落又乾又硬,又無咩味,蜜糖味十分微弱,令我大失所望,係三種食物入面最差嘅至於朱古力曲奇同樣係比較乾硬同唔夠味,見佢深啡嘅外表以為佢朱古力味會好濃,點知同樣都係無咩味,既無朱古力味又唔夠甜自問我都好怕食d太甜嘅食物,但依個真係過分淡口最後係南乳餅,食落幾脆,亦有充足嘅南乳味,不過不失總括黎講,下次我只會再買佢出品嘅酥,因為真係水準之作其他野就似乎麻麻地 continue reading

一個月前,經過上環永和街,見到 Jenny Bakery 隔離原先是 Boutique 的舖位,即將開一間麵包店 <喜利餅店>,這是上環的另一分店!星期一走過來看看,已經開舖! 店子正在試業中,凡惠顧滿 $30,即可獲贈蛋撻、紅豆蓉酥、綠豆蓉酥,…等!我當然不容錯過這個大好機會!卻是買 $30 麵包,聽起來好似幾誇張! 其實這間新店並不平宜,更是上環三間分店最貴一間!舖位狹長而深,最入的位置是麵包工房!店員有兩個,一個負責收銀,一個負責擺放麵包!供應:麵包、撻類、曲奇、酥餅…等!為了揍夠 $30,買了火腿蛋治 $12及車打芝士包 $18!火腿蛋治 $12店方把白方包切成長方形,並以膠袋包好,方便進食又衛生! 見膠袋上仍有水蒸氣,相信是做好不久是新鮮貨色!厚厚而柔軟的炒蛋簡單的美味!車打芝士包 $18個子很大,比較我隻手可略知一二;相比聖安娜的大麵包差不多!滿載芝士鹹香,包質密度高卻不失鬆軟!花生燒餅 $5外層微甜,口感煙韌軟糯富彈性! 內裡是香脆的花生粒、白芝麻,味道甜美!蛋撻我最喜歡的牛油曲奇皮, 超鬆化可口! 蛋漿嫩滑而甜度剛好,最緊要是熱辣辣!所以我忍不住食佢先! continue reading
