沙嗲牛肉麵很不錯,裡面的配菜也很豐富,牛肉的份量不小,還有溏心蛋,炸物,海苔,蘆筍,相當不錯。湯是那種直接可以喝的咸度,相當不錯。下次來還會點這個。芝士番茄焗豬扒飯也挺好吃的,尤其是番茄,是真的用很多酸酸甜甜的小番茄做出來的,不是外面茶餐廳那種番茄醬,所以有番茄和芝士的部分都很好吃。就是豬扒稍微有點肥,如果能再瘦點就好啦,不過這個也是個人口味啦。服務很優秀,店員一直不停來加水,環境也很不錯。目前剛開店,人還不是很多,所以也很安靜。另外沒有服務費耶,所以兩個人總共吃了185,和食物的質素比起來還是很可以接受的!推薦來嘗試! continue reading

行過見到新餐廳,餐牌夠短,貴精不貴多,入去一試。坐低先知原來前身係響九如方多年的Paul’s kitchen。大大個招牌寫住用心做好沙嗲牛,就試呢個。如果話”超乎想像”其實都不正確,身為香港人由細到大食沙爹牛,根本從來無想像過沙爹牛麵可以係咩樣。牛用美國Angus beef,靚牛,煮得剛好。配菜有炸舞茸茹,有創意,炸得幾好,不油膩。湯底係真沙爹味,好多餐廳都係買沙爹醬加水,上網查下點煮沙爹湯底,或者來食一次,你會知道味道可以幾豐富。麵,係餐廳特登揾麵廠製作,望落似公仔麵樣的拉麵,正因為佢似公仔麵曲曲地,比平日日本拉麵多一種口感。要讚下旁邊任食的漬物,柚子薑和蓮藕,很用心。其實有時覺得香港人口味或消費習慣幾奇怪,成日對日本拉麵店趨之若鶩,同樣配料份量的日本拉麵肯定過$100,呢碗沙爹牛$90。附近茶記閒閒地$60-70 但食材一定唔係呢個成本比例。無意貶低拉麵,而且蘋果同橙不一樣,拉麵湯底本地人有時覺得偏咸,呢間難得在真正迎合港人口味。用心之作,新comfort food 之選。 continue reading

週一,又是繁忙一星期的開始,中午同同事出去食個飯,吹吹水,隨便到歌賦街走一走,見到這間新開的沙嗲牛肉麵店,便入去跟同事試試. 點了一碗招牌的沙嗲牛肉麵,無論沙嗲牛肉,麵底,湯底及配料都很有質素,好食必試,看得出店家很有心煮這碗沙嗲牛麵,下次再來試試其他食品. 感覺很像在吃一碗有香港特色的沙嗲牛肉拉麵. Monday marks the beginning of another hectic week . Wandered around with colleague to Gough Street to find a place for lunch and That's when I noticed a newly opened Satay Beef Noodle Shop, so we decided to give it a try.I ordered a bowl of their signature Satay Beef Noodles. The beef, satay sauce, noodle and soup base were all of high quality. It's a must-try And plan to try other dishes next time. continue reading
