All in all 簡評:1 小店性價比高,而且大廚用心煮。 9/102 店內人情味濃,吃的是食物和人情味。8/103 鵝肝牛柳粒炒飯,必點,不會後悔。10/10————————————————————一直以來,自己總以為,要食一些高質素的日本料理,都要在商場來吃。然而,今天去了這一家料理店,在屋村的對面,價格平民化,而且很高質素。大廚是老闆來的。-我們一行兩個人,吃的份量不會太多,所以就選擇叫了刺身、一些小食,同埋一個飯。-刺身我選了一份蟹膏帶子,$65,帶子清甜,爽滑,配上份量適中的蟹膏,海水味重、配上脆口的蟹籽,好好食。--之後叫了一份餃子🥟,$28,四隻,煎得香脆,配埋餃子汁一齊食,就好正。單骨雞翼,配上沙律醬,一口過,用來作送酒菜是一流的。最後是重點介紹這一個石鍋飯———鵝肝牛柳粒炒飯,$72,必點。這一個炒飯,飯底是用鵝肝炒的,另外配上煎得香脆的鵝肝,和好好食的牛柳粒,加上醬油炒飯時,你會感受到飯跟醬油是融合在一起的,而不是分離的,這更加顯示出大廚的功架。下次來吃,一定會試埋這一個鵝肝多士。 continue reading

是日同HONEY一齊放假,去左荃灣行街之後HONEY想食日式野,去到海霸街,行行下見到哩間外表精簡,價錢不太貴的意壽司同HONEY相量下,點左胡麻冷柏葉 柚子唐揚雞 鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯 帶子蟹膏刺身 雪酒煮花甲胡麻冷柏葉胡麻冷柏葉真的初看佢系好普通的一個小食,但食一口時,真的估唔到好夾,冷柏葉爽脆,加上胡麻汁,真的好開胃的小食, 帶子蟹膏刺身  帶子蟹膏刺身哩個小食,見到好多人都點,所以也忍唔住點左來食, 帶子加上香濃的蟹膏,加埋蟹子,真的一口好滿足,柚子唐揚雞柚子唐揚雞見到大大舊的雞,加上柚子SAUCE,真的唔會有油利的感覺,雪酒煮花甲哩個真的值得推介,大大隻好多份量的蜆,加上日本酒味重的湯底,另外也有埋娃娃菜同埋粉絲,真的食到想要埋一碗飯哈哈鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯HONEY話做人要有飯氣,所以點埋鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯,和牛粒真的好多,粒粒有肉味,另外鵝肝甘香,加埋石頭飯,真的好好味,店舖真的好有人情味,見到店員和食飯的客人打成一片,有談有笑,同埋店員的服務真的一流,在現在的飲食中,都好少見到有咁有人情味的餐廳了,值得再去~~ continue reading

因為疫情關係,寶寶唔俾我食生野,我已經好耐冇食過日本野喇🥺今晚唔理咁多,一定要食返餐先❗️因為今晚寶寶差唔多搞到八點先有得放工,所以最後都係揀返喺附近食❣️最後就揀咗呢一間要排隊食嘅日式料理🤓咁嘅時勢仲要排隊,都唔會差得去邊😏等入坐期間,喺門口睇左一陣餐牌~除咗好抵食嘅晚市定食、二人餐、四人餐之外,連單點都好多選擇❣️刺身、壽司、卷物、手卷、沙律、炸物、串燒/燒物、鐵板、炒飯、鍋物、拉麵/烏冬,仲有各種各樣嘅小食❗️應有盡有,總有幾款啱你心水,可以滿足晒全家人嘅胃口😎 啲嘢食唔單止平,仲係全年365日都係免加一嫁❗️❗️❗️咁啱坐喺我哋附近果幾台都明顯係街坊客😲見佢哋食得好溫馨好幸福呀☺️☺️.仲有外賣set🤩和風日本溫室蕃茄 $32大大個新鮮蕃茄配以切得好細嘅洋蔥粒➕清爽柚子沙律❗️入口酸酸地,咬落冰涼爽口,非常之適合做前菜❣️.帶子蟹膏刺身 $65今年都好多日式餐廳都鍾意將帶子同埋蟹膏放埋一齊🙈 變咗一款新食法咁~帶子新鮮清甜😍 蟹膏嘅味道唔會太過濃烈而蓋過帶子嘅甜味,兩者平衡得好好👍🏻仲加咗啲蟹子增強口感,有幾有heart喎🤓.聽到店員介紹,話呢個係佢哋嘅皇牌,即刻諗都唔諗就點嚟試吓➡️鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯$72好大份呀❗️❗️❗️目測已經見到好多牛粒😍 一大片鵝肝放咗喺最頂💕撈石頭飯嘅期間,發現原來係鵝肝炒飯底😱一路都已經覺得好香鵝肝味,食落更加不得了😋😋最厲害嘅係石鍋嘅熱度控制得好好👍🏻唔會黏底黏到成塊飯焦癡咗喺底/側邊硬都食唔到❣️香軟嘅鵝肝飯夾雜住幾粒脆脆地嘅米飯,真係色香味俱全呀🥰不愧為呢度嘅皇牌😎唐揚單骨雞翼(8件)$35平時連炸嘢都唔係好食嘅寶寶都竟然話好味😳新鮮即炸,非常香口❣️炸皮亦好薄👍🏻雞翼有醃制過,所以食落唔會淡茂茂❗️碟邊仲有啲芝士醬可以蘸添☺️.附近街坊可以長期以平民價錢食到咁高質素嘅食物,真係好幸福呀❣️ continue reading

成日見到呢間日本野好多人,今日終於一試,疫情底下生意似乎無受影響,都要等一陣先有位😗見到menu有好多創作料理,例如呢個帶子蟹膏刺身,帶子肉厚厚的,夾住新鮮蟹膏仲有蟹籽,一啖擺落口好滿足,口腔充滿各種鮮味,正~胡麻冷柏葉,牛柏葉意想不到的爽口彈牙,無需花太多氣力咀嚼,蘸上胡麻醬,酸甜開胃醒神👍🏻 相信背後必定花了不少工序製作,才有這樣令人喜出望外的口感😗👍🏻鵝肝和牛石頭粒飯,未黎到我面前已經聽到熱辣辣的滋滋聲,來到面前更是香氣撲鼻,先一口吃掉鵝肝,充滿脂香,和牛粒非常好吃,不會有筋位,爽口嫩滑,每顆和牛還有肉汁😬 燒肉汁很充夠,吃到最後也有充足的汁配飯,不怕吃到一半不夠汁。這個飯應該一個人吃,不要跟別人share 🤣小食點了和風燒烤菇,想不到原來也挺大的,店員細心地切好了四件,讓客人方便進食,烤過的大啡菇最好吃了😋 伴著葱花和蟹籽,清新爽口怕不夠飽還點了一客三文魚卷,想不到這家小店的卷物也做得挺好,不會鬆散,而且魚生也新鮮,不過略嫌沙律醬太多,少一點就好了 continue reading

好耐無食過日本野~見朋友介紹這間又好食又抵~就黎試下咩味道~搭地鐵行過黎都快~近愉景新城個邊~去到門口好多人排隊~好在等左一陣就入得~我地叫左幾樣野食~帶子蟹膏刺身帶子好肥美😋仲要有好多蟹膏同蟹籽😱好新鮮~帶子又爽口~蟹膏都算濃郁~胡麻冷柏葉呢個幾特別好少日本野會有牛柏葉食~牛柏葉又好爽脆~加埋胡麻醬食好夾~好好味~好開胃~但無諗過咁大碟🤩唐揚單骨雞單骨雞翼好野味~又香口~又唔油膩~加上個醬有少少辣辣地~如果唔食得辣都可以試下~餃子煎得好香口~真係外脆內軟~肉汁都唔錯~鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯飯底係用左鵝肝炒過先~所以食落會好香鵝肝油味~和牛粒都算多同都幾淋身~比我想像更出色👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻P.S. 整體來講都唔錯~平靚正👍🏻下次想試下個芝士年糕~今次太飽😆 continue reading
