難得今日放假 去左拜下黃大仙呢排天氣開始熱 大家小心中暑飲多啲水呀拜完黃大仙決定食下素 因為天氣熱都唔太想食肉 而且最近決定少肉多菜係openrice比我搵到呢間「健康齋廚」聽個名都知係食中式齋 一於試下離黃大仙廟只係8分鐘 都好易行到去 由於鐘意食豆腐 所以叫左呢道「琵琶豆腐」(送白飯一碗)岀乎意料地好食喎感覺係一道好考功夫既菜有啲好似炸菜同菇粒 味道唔錯而且煮左個汁淋上去 食落一啲都唔熱氣當然唔少得食個菜啦因為太貪心 樣樣菜都想食 所以叫左個炒雜菜可以揀薑汁炒/ 腐乳炒 我地揀左腐乳菜好新鮮 清甜爽口 而且唔會好鹹 夠健康 下次黎開既話會再黎架另外仲加左碗湯 因為天氣實在太熱老火湯係粉葛湯 好好飲 感覺好清熱飲完好想再飲呀 continue reading

平時間唔中都會食下素 因為想盡量食少啲肉 對皮膚 身體好啲呢間健康齋廚之前已經係FB見過好似係深水埗開左好多年 搬過黎黃大仙今日同朋友兩個行完獅子山就落左黎食餐牌都幾多選擇 有一人超值套餐有飯有湯不過今日突然好想食咖哩 所以叫左咖哩雞球 (小菜)一上枱好香咖喱味仲有好多配料 好正 撈飯一流仲叫左個紅燒豆腐 走過油 唔會散哂仲有菜底同冬菇 果然夠健康小菜送白飯一碗都幾抵食喎食完之後落地鐵站都唔使10分鐘不過如果下面行上黎 就有少少難搵但整體唔錯 下次會再黎 continue reading

每年中秋都喺酒樓做節,今年想簡簡單單同屋企人坐低齊齊食餐飯都唔錯,於是就搵左間齋鋪試試佢,就搵返屋企附近既。book 左七點鐘過黎食,入去果時都唔係話滿座,我地七個人,點左個6人餐$468 set ,另外單點左個芋頭魚,食到捧住個肚走😳🔮齋滷味份量唔算太細碟,不過味道略淡啦😅🔮老火湯 - 紅菜頭湯很淡很淡啦....溝左好多水咁🔮芋頭魚呢個不錯!👍🏻不過都係個汁偏淡🔮麻婆豆腐正正常常🔮咖哩牛肉ok既!🔮雙菇腐球🔮素鴨粉絲雜菜煲素鴨喺邊呢?🔮魚香茄子煲🔮咸魚雞粒炒飯跟餐仲有四碗白飯,呢個餐真係唔小野,七個人食都夠哂飽呀!👍🏻要注意⚠️ 去廁所出面既地下好跣,要小心啲行! continue reading

又係同小胖女一家人出街食飯,今次去左黃大仙食齋,黎到睇落好似好簡陋,但睇落餐牌好多野叫,開場點會小得齋鹵味呢,酸齋,咖哩齋,齋燒鵝樣樣齊,之後叫左個錦鹵炸雲吞,放心,話就話叫炸雲吞,係無肉既,份量十足,超大碟,個皮炸到好鬆脆岩哂開胃,之後主食叫左豉汁素鰻魚煲,芋頭魚同羅漢齋炒麵,素鰻魚煲唔講得小,係用紫菜包住腐皮煎香左既小菜,食落真係好似食緊鰻魚咁,最過引一定係五柳素仙斑(芋頭魚),炸得岩岩好,雖然唔係真魚,但食落去又係另一種美味,最後大大碟羅漢齋炒麵收尾,想食得健康又想飽餐一頓,大家不訪可以黎一試 continue reading

健康齋廚由深水埗大埔道搬左去黃大仙,已經有好一段時間。不過一來仍有素友不知素店已搬,二來素店位於黃大仙一條偏僻的橫街,所以有時客人都不太多。於是,我地又再拉隊黎刷餐飽,支持💪下這間「隱世小店」。先介紹用餐時最需要「保持警覺」的小菜--生炒排骨。千萬不要把排骨一口吞下,也不要以「咬牙切齒之力」地咬下去,因為每件「排骨」都是包着竹蔗在內的,為免啃到或要致電預約牙醫👨‍⚕️,記得小心健康齋廚有很多煲仔菜🥘,「漁香茄子煲」和「咖哩腐球煲」都是惹味之選。「素鰻魚煲」的「鰻魚」是由紫菜包着腐皮構成,看過openrice中其他食客的評價,也是不俗。如果和非素友同去時,這個也是值得試試的此外,今次點了3個「炒粉麵飯」類別的食品。「香樁炒飯」材料十足,香味撲鼻;「星洲炒米」的辣度亦頗足夠(總覺得我的耐辣程度好像提升了?🤔),值得推介。這次我們一共2圍20位朋友開餐,因為沒有加一和茶芥,即使每圍點了大約10多道菜,人均消費也只是80至90多元。大家去開黃大仙的,歡迎可以一齊來「吃進健康」 continue reading
