As an avid enthusiast of physical training and wellness I am quite particular about what and where I can eat. I fast intermittently during the day and my first meal begins after 12pm, whereby, after 16 hours of not eating, I need to fill up on something substantial but also clean and natural; this is why Healthy Chicken is a regular of mine. The chicken is tender and soft and slips off the bone, the chicken breast is not bad too but some might find it a little dry though if are trying to avoid the skin and fat then it's a viable alternative for you. They have other options such as tofu and salmon and then you choose what accompanies the base from rice, beans, cheese, leafy veg and various other things. Avocado and boiled eggs will cost you a few bucks extra. Lastly, you choose the type of sauce you want from mild cilantro to fairly spicy (sriracha and above) or have a mix. For the times you might need something fast and on the move, you can choose to have it as a wrap/burrito. The staff in there are always nice and accommodating if you want a little extra of anything. The one minor issue is that it is limited with seating space (6 seats) and can get pretty hectic around lunch time.
