Ate at Haveli on 2nd Jan 2018. The service was terrible - made us wait for 20 minutes and then we realised the cook wasn't even there. The food was refrigerated and microwaved and he said it was fresh even when we pointed to him that the 'vada' was hard as a rock and the 'idli' had cracks from being stale and kept out for too long. Would not recommend this place at all!

Haveli North & South Indian Pure Vegetarian Food天后清風街20號地舖 以素食作訴求的印度菜,無意中給我找到了,因印度菜善長用香料,沒肉類依然好吃。$58有湯 同malai kofta 蒜蓉芝士丸,跟了nann ,加$12配mango lassi湯是蕃茄湯?但好杰身帶點螢光色同好油膩,似生粉水喝不慣啦個芝士丸搓了豆蓉同蕃仔似,表面炸過幾好味架。個汁一點都不辣,是花奶煮的,重奶香好滑。麵包怪食nann, 重點是煎汁一起食,飽足又紮實,原始撲素的白麵粉香已挑起食慾。杯mango lassi好甜,用芒果同乳酪打成,一般係用作解辣同暢通腸胃。70元食到正宗印度風味的午餐。

最後一款是蕃茄燴雜菜 Vegetable Makhani ($72), 加入蕃茄、蕃茄醬 香料 製作, 色澤鮮橙, 質地不算濃稠, 酸酸咪咪帶點微辣, 亦嚐到香料香, 越吃越開胃。又數數看, 雜菜的款式不多, 只數到青豆、四季豆、紅蘿蔔 羊奶芝士, 也是跟前者選用同一食材, 但份量不少, 全部沾上醬汁, 烹調入味, 當然也是配烤餅 吃最適合。

其實我一直都掛着印度菜, 特別是香脆可口的胡椒薄脆和各款烤餅, 只是不容易找到口味相投的朋友仔陪伴….現在有了! 相信日後可隨時吃, 就約定下個月某日放工後再齊齊覓食印度菜。

今日想食素食,於是search下有特色d既素食餐廳,haveli完全符合心水,於是入去試下呢度印度色裝修濃厚,散發住芳香既檀香氣味,可以舒緩下平日既工作辛勞舒坐底之後首先叫左個咖哩角vegetable samosa 入邊係薯仔蓉混合埋香草同咖哩粉,輕微辣味,容易入口又不油膩之後叫左烤芝士panneer 入面有大量蔬菜、甜青椒同芝士粒。青椒外皮先用炭火烤,再剝去外皮烤青椒肉,炭火烤既還有蕃茄丶包芯菜(高麗菜),超足料呀!烤餅Naan係印度傳統主食之一,當然要試下啦,係麵粉製品放炭爐灶烤既餅。香濃炭烤的簿餅包裹著芝士丁粒或青椒肉,口感好豐富不經不覺已經食左三塊Naan餅同成盤高麗菜,真係好滿足呀印度素食食物同港式素食好不同,下次一定要試印度蔬菜炒飯!

The chutneys served with papad were so good. Especially the garlic one.The food was alright. Not bad, not great. We had dal makhani, achaari paneer, vegetable jalfrezi, some rotis and lachcha paratha and cumin rice and idli.Again, remember the idli snob that I am. It wasn’t as good as I make . The coconut chutney, as I mentioned, was spoiled. We tried explaining it to the server, but they thought the one we got wasn’t good so they got us another one and I turned that back as well.

天后素來特別多美食,特別是琉璃街一帶,平時也是西餐、譚仔、甚至日本菜,周未搞搞新意思,帶女友到後一條街清風街試新野-「印度菜」!餐廳位於清風街街頭,並不難搵,周未不算特別多人,很快便可入座。店員只說英文,但餐牌有中英對照,非常貼心!樓底高、感覺空間舒服,掛著吊燈也很有味道,小小吧臺卻放滿了不同的酒。頭盤先點了一份「烤餅」,附上4款醬汁,我也逐一嘗試,黃色是印度咖哩,綠色為印度香料,深紅類似甜醬,辣椒紅當然是辣醬,各有特式,跟烤餅很夾,特別是印度咖哩,比一般的辣多了一層香料的香,名符其實的「香辣」。跟住來了一份「煎餅」,一口一件,外層鬆脆口感特別。「芒果奶昔」,可能是印度芒果,不會太甜而有芒果的果味,不錯!「辣味班戟」,賣相似瑞士卷,但皮是脆口的,不用點任何醬汁,也可食出班戟的辣,香辣後發而至,但並不是大辣,辣度剛剛好!當然食得辣的再點上咖哩汁,辣度再提高一個層次!再來一客「芝士鍋」,芝士配上薄餅,本已一絕!加上慢火煮,芝士微微加熱,沾上薄餅,再夾著粗粒芝士....「老闆,再來多點薄餅,太太太吸引了!」本已很飽的兩人,最後還點了一份印度甜品,因為被「自家制雪糕」所吸引,「自家制」,店員說

本已很飽的兩人,最後還點了一份印度甜品,因為被「自家制雪糕」所吸引,「自家制」,店員說是每朝新鮮制作,獨一無二!點了芒果口味,芒果汁鋪在雪糕表面,賣相很好,急不及待的試了一口,立即發現驚喜!口感並不像雪糕,但更似是「雪芭」,比雪糕更有咬口,而且咀嚼後更發現雪芭裡有「開心果」!開心大發現!出奇的夾,出奇的好食!個人極力推介!

整體而言,餐廳是傳統的印度菜,對一般香港人來說比較新鮮特別,店員雖然只說英文,但感覺非常親切友善,吃慣西餐、譚仔,日本菜的香港人不仿一試!

小妹孤陋寡聞,從來未聽過素食同印度菜可以連在一起,今天經過清風街見到依間<Haveli>標榜純素飲食,一於入去一試吧!店裏是濃濃的印度風裝修,食物應該很正宗吧點了正餐後侍應小姐現奉上餐前小食薄脆筒及四款不同味道的印度香料醬。鹹鹹脆脆的薄脆筒點着香料醬吃味道一點也不單調先來一個粟米湯。這個湯鹹鹹的,配着粒粒的粟米和爽口的椰菜絲,非常可口。不太能吃辣的我點了用小鐵鍋裝着的奶酪芝士。質感creamy的奶酪味醬汁非常香濃,而當中的芝士和我們平常在西餐廳吃的芝士不一樣。印度芝士是比較淡口的,質地不是濃密而有點像硬豆腐。整道菜式的味道非常之match,用來配烤餅一起吃真的是無敵值得一讚是小窩之下有一個小蠟燭一直在為小窩保持溫度,吃到最後時菜式還是微暖的奶酪烤餅面外表烤得微脆但內層還是很柔軟的,火喉控制得很好。而且內層還有一些香料和香蒜所以味道不寡,即刻單獨吃也很好吃喔飲品方面我點了芒果奶昔。香滑順喉的奶昔有着濃濃的芒果味,質感很濃厚而且甜度不高,超正

上次食完印度快車,今次想試多D印度既其他菜色,一於黎到天后站附近既#HAVELI INDIAN FOOD。先黎一碗#Sweet Corn Soup,唔係用粉同味精開既湯,係真材實料煮既,好有住家風味!跟住係#Hara Bhara Kebab,一上菜以為自己叫錯左,個款好似蘑菇咁,其實係#菠菜餡餅黎既,外脆內軟,入面好香菠菜味!之後呢3款簡直就係印度菜既3寶!#Paneer Butter Masala,係牛油芝士瑪沙拉咖哩,唔辣既,又酸又甜,粒芝士咬落去好似雞肉既口感,幾得意。如果想叫烤餅,但係又貪心想試多D口味既話,叫#Bread Basket就岩哂!幾款口味沾埋咖哩食,正!再加個#Kashmiri Pulao,係黃油飯黎既,又係撈埋咖哩食,三樣菜簡直非常配合,一個人食唔哂,一定要叫多幾個人一齊分就好抵食啦!

上次食完印度快車,
今次想試多D印度既其他菜色,

係真材實料煮既,好有住家風味!


跟住係#Hara Bhara Kebab,
一上菜以為自己叫錯左,個款好似蘑菇咁,
其實係#菠菜餡餅黎既,外脆內軟,入面好香菠菜味!


之後呢3款簡直就係印度菜既3寶!
#Paneer Butter Masala,係牛油芝士瑪沙拉咖哩,
唔辣既,又酸又甜,
粒芝士咬落去好似雞肉既口感,幾得意。
如果想叫烤餅,但係又貪心想試多D口味既話,
