自從土瓜灣地鐵站開通後, 不少飲食攻略都有介紹土瓜灣美食, 但不少小店或老店消失, 所以趁機去一間專賣北京麵食嘅小店📍巧興麵家📍試下. 📍巧興📍响土瓜灣安徽街嘅一條窄巷內, 原來巳開了30多年, 店內裝修十分簡單, 是舊式粉麵舖格局, 只有幾張枱, 所以繁忙時間, 好快就滿座. 所以買了生餃子回家吃. 🌸白菜餃餃皮比較厚而肉多, 外形像金元寶, 好有喜感. 餡料以白菜豬肉為主, 肉同菜嘅比例適中, 店員提議可跟北方煮法, 即用滾水烚熟,不連湯上, 然後可根據自己口味加調味料. 是的, 這食法可真實地吃出餃子嘅味道, !!!! continue reading

天氣太熱, 冇胃口吃飯, 去咗間叫📍巧興麵食店📍吃午餐, 📍巧興📍是一間小店, 主打北京麵點; 看店舖的環境, 相信巳開業多年, 應該是由外省人主理, 因店員是有國語腔廣東話的小姐姐. 😬看牆上菜單, 價錢十分大眾化, 叫了北京炸醬麵, 它有別於廣東式炸醬麵, 味道不是甜辣, 而是食感比較清爽, 醬汁濃郁但不膩, 但它又唔似在北京吃拌有大蔥那種, 可能是配合香港人口味. 麵條比較粗, 夾著鮮切青瓜條同沾滿炸醬嘅肉碎一齊吃, 口感清新而實在, 飽肚而好味. 另外📍巧興📍有賣唔同口味嘅生餃子, 價錢亦十分實惠. 是一間值得支持嘅小店.好食❤️❤️❤️🖤🖤抵食❤️❤️❤️❤️🖤📍巧興麵食店土瓜灣安徽街1-7號嘉信大廈 continue reading

三十年老字號,食物無打卡嘅擺盤,仍然吸引唔少人朝聖🙂光顧時全店滿座😎稍稍等左一下,較年輕店員極有禮貌,多番走埋黎叫我地等多陣。入座後較年老店員就心急左d,明明我地已經落左order,但都走埋黎問左幾次叫野食未😅香煎韭菜餃- 韭菜味唔算香,但餃皮煎完香口得黎煙煙韌韌,都算美味😋湯三鮮餃- 店員稱三鮮餃乃係由蝦、豬肉同雞蛋組成,雖然我食唔到蝦味,亦食唔到雞蛋味,但餃子整體鮮甜美味🤨最神奇嘅係我食到韭黃嘅爽甜😝擔擔麵- 望落好似湯油分開,諗住個湯會好稀,但飲落都厚身😋花生味淡淡,飲落唔會膩👍欣賞店家用左上海麵,雖然浸耐左好似糊左嘅感覺,但佢嘅掛湯能力真係奇高🤩老公嘅評價係:菜式無主體嘅味道,但又覺得佢幾好味喎😜係咪真係咁神奇?!黎試下就知😙 continue reading

It is no secret that this part of To Kwa Wan has a lot of small, authentic shops, and this is no exception since there are lots of them there, along with other small, authenticate products.As we arrived at the Hau Hing noon, the staff took care of us and promptly seated us.We ordered udon stir-fried with smoked red sausages, cabbage, and ham, which was not greasy. The udon was a little moist but did not seem to be overly greasy.Our other order was a pan-fried leek dumpling, with a golden colour and very crispy texture, that we enjoyed so much. The ratio of leek to pork was good, neither too much nor too little, so there was no unnecessary bitterness. continue reading

吃了三十年還是覺得你最好,老規矩必吃擔擔麵,再來個煎韭菜水餃半份,然後加個雞絲涼麵,當然要飲豆漿。擔擔麵吃來吃去就是喜歡這家的麻醬花生醬的杰撻撻,上面少少的紅色辣油惹味非常,有點粗的炸菜絲肉絲,還有花生碎粒,就是一碗令我連湯也喂掉的擔擔麵。雞絲涼麵的麻醬混芥辣份外開胃,雞絲加蘿蔔絲加青瓜絲清新爽口,再加上芝麻粒的香味,謹記要混好才開始食是常識。煎韭菜餃是典型厚皮的北方餃子,自家製自然比較新鮮,煎香後的韭菜餃特別香口。豆漿似乎也是自家製所以豆味亦香。 continue reading
