BOOK左6:45 去到已經差唔多坐左一半客建議黎食既人要訂左位先 特別係禮拜5, 6呢啲時候後黎冇訂既人要企係到等因為等既地方唔多 放得唔多椅子 等左10分鐘到陸續上菜真係好清淡 符合佢地賣點 一開頭唔係好習慣 可能食開重口味餸菜份量算多 3個人食叫4個餸 同埋3個前菜 已經好夠P.S 呢到既員工大多都係弱聽人士但唔影響佢地工作效率 做野快手值得一讚! continue reading

第二次去這餐廳,第一次是晚市,人好多,感覺比較窄,今日中午到訪,人潮甚少,坐落舒服好多 , 中午有48蚊飯,六揀三,有飯有湯,糙米飯更可免費添加,不過本人是沖著豆漿鍋而黎,所以就無叫到,其他客9成都係叫尼個餐,而我就叫左 糖醋生根+麻辣粉皮, 淮山雜菌糙米飯, 樂農豆漿鍋。糖醋生根+麻辣粉皮----作以前菜有酸有辣很開胃,生根的糖醋味道不重淮山雜菌糙米飯---- 初初落檯感覺好少,但其實兩人都每人食到兩碗幾,粒粒淮山同雜菌,口感也不錯。樂農豆漿鍋 ---- 尼個好正,有雜菌,有水餃同菜菜, 鍋底既菜吸左唔少熱豆漿既味道 , 個豆漿完全被我地兩飲光了 continue reading

唔知幾時開始每次一家人食生日飯都會選擇食齋, 好在依家素食店都開到成行成市,唔怕冇得揀幾年前食過灣仔樂農,印象係份量大,所以覺得抵食,但今次呢...由於老頭子好堅持叫7樣野唔老黎,所以點都叫左8樣野先黎一個學斗,薑蓉唔算多,可能因為我鐘意食薑,多多益善,所以呢碟感覺上唔夠辣味睇相好似好油,不過食落去還好緊接住有蒸飯,淮山夠細粒蒸得透,真係阿婆都啱食呀雖然見到蟲草花,但食落就唔係好覺栗子煲係店長推介,啱哂呢d凍凍地嘅日子入面都有好多菇類,撈埋頭先個蒸飯一齊食就好豐富想食d香口野,腐竹粒唔油,擺左一陣仲好熱,不過就唔多覺椒鹽左喺邊度但就咁炸腐竹粒都係非常唔錯,唔點野都ok追加五柳卷,叫之前冇留意原來又係腐竹.....酸酸地又唔係太大件,只係食到呢度先意識到自己已經食左太多腐竹都係追加嘅蒸餃,一啖一粒咁滯,好細嘅有雲耳同菜做餡,但係餃皮厚左d,而且唔夠熱就唔好食最後黎到甜品~印象中佢地嘅合桃露係香d濃d但呢次....好稀,而且冇合桃香,加上好細碗,真係有D失望最最最最後係老頭子話要食壽包壽包反而幾大隻,而且唔會話要等好耐,味道就冇乜特別 continue reading

樂農是社企食店, 跟杏林館理念差不多, 樂農會聘用年長待業及聽障人士,透過實際工作,讓他們得到訓練,提供就業機會促使他們自力更生,融入社區, 理念很好, 還加入了5大堅持; 少鹽、少油、少糖、無味精及無制成食品, 所以提意今晚飯聚來支持支持。******************************訂了位也等了20-30分鐘才入座五福臨門甜酸生根、糖醋青瓜、石榴伴雲耳、麻辣粉皮和燒汁茄子共五款小食拼盤, 青瓜甜甜酸酸又爽脆, 好味, 五款食物各有味道, 全晚最好食。生煎蓮藕餅我地結論係食唔出有蓮藕, 味道也寡, 靠點醋提味。薑溶蒸三寶最把鬼, 原汁原味, 就咁蒸熟放少許薑溶上去便上檯, 真係乜味都無, 連上面啲薑溶都無乜薑味的! 雖然話5大堅持姐, 但是否都比番少少味道呢? 個人喜愛食物的原始味道, 但樂農的烹調方法并不討好, 廚師要認真研究一下, 5大堅持下是否也可以煮得好食啲?  continue reading

綠色星期一,當然要食返多嘅菜啦。所以就揀左黎呢度食返餐。雖然食嘅野唔多但食到好飽。呢個係椰絲菠菜𡙡,清清地堅好飲,一開始都食唔出白色一粒粒係咩黎,飲到一半先食到椰子味😂俾個FD笑到面黃。而主食係呢個豆漿雜菇水餃煲,好清甜。本來睇圖諗住佢係細細煲嘅,點知係成個鑊擺上枱,等佢一滾就食得。好香黃豆味,好快就成煲清晒😆我地仲點左個普通齋咕嚕肉黎送飯,為呢餐劃上句號。係食完之後見老闆推介呢款黑麥汁,話對身體有益個味似啤酒,甜甜地幾好飲。後尾發覺部分超市有售,有興趣可買黎試下。最後不得不提下,呢度嘅員工雖然有缺陷,但佢地嘅笑容同態度比起出面嘅待應有過之而無不及👍👍👍。 continue reading
