香港人好多人都鍾意食燒味我都唔例外、阿哥話發現咗一間燒味店啲燒味好好食咁今日就過左嚟試、夏天咁鬼熱、即刻叫返個清涼嘅千味手帕青瓜、酸酸甜甜好消暑、佢哋話呢一隻自家釀制嘅醬好白搭、炒海鮮又得、整茄子都得、買一樽仲會捐一盒飯比長者!堅好食即刻想買一樽返屋企、輪到呢個燒味拼盤!呢啲真係真燒味啦、個叉燒冇得彈、透明呢個我以為係肥豬肉原來係根嚟㗎係爽嘅!好好味呀我第一次食有根嘅叉燒!老闆娘話一隻豬丶好少!今日我走運了!佢話原來係用新鮮豬肉整嘅、切雞中間係有啫喱的!油香肉爽!個燒鵝好香、乳豬真係好味皮脆肉香!呢個價錢加埋呢個質素簡直性價比高!阿哥真係冇介紹錯!見到佢哋啲私房足了燉湯下次一定要試埋!真心推介呢一間燒味店 continue reading

最近開始外出用膳,朋友推薦一間位於銅鑼同灣仔中間既千樂燒味。雖然有少少路程,不過值得一試。佢主打燒味做得好有誠意之外,仲有真材實料既燉湯,係另一個層次既燒味店。為左一次過試哂咁多套燒味,點左一份拼盤。首先係一舊性感既”三眼仔”叉燒,即係三粒肉夾住中間兩條筋,所以俗稱三眼仔,非常好食。雖然呢個部位少,但係師傅一D都唔姑寒,係厚切三眼仔叉燒,讚。雞脾同燒鵝脾都同樣出色。先講雞脾,我最怕一係OVERCOOK 一係切開D骨仲帶血水,但係呢隻雞脾平衡得岩岩好,肉嫩之餘,骨位又唔會有血腥味。朋友話連雞皮一齊食會更正,我夠知啦,不過我怕肥,所以去左雞皮。為左方便我地分享,師傅好正路將燒鵝脾切件,燒鵝依然皮脆肉嫩。如果比著自己一個食,應該叫燒鵝脾免切,放便偶像包袱,用手拎住大啖啖咬。會更脆更JUICE。今次乳豬係一大腰部近塊肋骨位,特點係皮會完整大塊D,切開唔會碎,所以外皮夠脆又有少少油香,但係瘦肉部份就會較少。不過我都係鍾意食腩位,夠肥夠多肉。另一個推薦係自家製燉湯,需要提早幾日預約先有。今次試左花膠燉乳鴿,材料非常澎湃,有好多件厚厚既花膠、乳鴿、雞腳、少少中藥材,例如杞子、蜜棗。一盅夠3-4個人飲,而湯料份量係一大碟,我以當係一個全份小菜。 呢個係”以本傷人”既完美例子,一大堆材料燉過幾個鍾,湯頭夠哂甘甜,不過花膠依然夠厚唔會溶。雖然加左少少中藥,但唔會有好濃烈既中藥味,岩哂D鍾意藥膳又怕藥味既朋友仔。聽店家講,佢地已經去左湯入面多餘既油,呢點真係加哂分。食左咁多肉,點都加番兩條菜,芥蘭、青瓜正正常常,冇咩特別。最特別既青瓜係個醬,最後點左兩份青瓜。聽店家講係自家製XO,太好味,好易上癮。如果有白飯,個醬可以撈兩碗白飯食都得。整體黎講,餐廳位置唔近地鐵站,但係食物質素係超哂同行,值得行5、6分鍾去食。當然一分錢一分貨,價錢都會貴少少,例如花膠燉湯。除左星級中菜食府外,冇一間燒味店會有咁有誠意既出品。 continue reading

呢間燒鵝係我係柴灣至金鐘 食過最好既燒鵝!!棋哥都未夠佢咁好食!!每次係灣仔想食燒鵝都係簡佢再興同佢差好遠!!皮脆肉軟~配瀨粉一絕!每次都食鵝/叉燒,不下十次,暫時未試過其他野老闆三姐弟開鋪時間選在社會運動前夕,屬天意😂 有一段時間都營運不易,加上係正電車路😄你明既~~但三位都好努力做好自己出品,將專注力集中番係自己能控制範圍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍打拼精神值得專敬,見到生意好番都好開心燒味係香港人既味道,永遠食唔厭!!! continue reading

為什麼是高級?因為有燒鵝和乳豬。第一次來這餐廳,已經有驚喜了!沒想到只需要付71元,就可以吃到燒鵝和乳豬飯了,還有例湯送。燒鵝燒得好香,乳豬炸得好脆,例湯煲得好甜。下次我會再光顧的。 continue reading
