灣仔, 你總會發現小時候的香港, 那個曾經的香港。美輪美奐的餅店, 什麼什麼國家來的過江龍, 比比皆是。要找到這麼舊式餅店, 只能在這些地鋪找到。快樂餅店, 完全沒被時代巨輪輾過, 東西都是那麼懷舊, 那麼樸素, 那麼貼地。以前從沒有光顧過, 但今天中午經過, 想起朋友提及這家還在賣忌廉筒的店家, 走入去想點個忌廉筒, 但最後吸引我的卻是這個肉鬆蛋卷 ($8)。滿滿肉鬆面和沙律醬, 中間夾著的是蛋沙律, 平實的生菜和蕃茄, 沒有花巧的材料, 甚至有點奇怪的組合 (蛋卷夾三文治餡)。一口一口的肉鬆, 你以為自己在吃肉鬆包, 卻有微微蛋卷的蛋香和甜味, 沙律醬, 蛋, 生菜和蕃茄的那一口, 是那三文治嗎? 不, 那是蛋卷的軟熱。美中不足的是有一邊的一口, 有點乾, 是風乾那種乾, 是否放了良久才有這個問題呢? 整體, 很好味嗎? 沒有, 很有驚喜嗎? 沒有, 但那份簡單快樂, 我找到了。連膠袋也是十分簡單。設計也是停留在八, 九十年代。灣仔區$8一個小小的下午茶, 我收貨了。笑臉給了那份懷舊的味道。

以前從沒有光顧過, 但今天中午經過, 想起朋友提及這家還在賣忌廉筒的店家, 走入去想點個忌廉筒, 但最後吸引我的卻是這個肉鬆蛋卷 ($8)。

滿滿肉鬆面和沙律醬, 中間夾著的是蛋沙律, 平實的生菜和蕃茄, 沒有花巧的材料, 甚至有點奇怪的組合 (蛋卷夾三文治餡)。

一口一口的肉鬆, 你以為自己在吃肉鬆包, 卻有微微蛋卷的蛋香和甜味, 沙律醬, 蛋, 生菜和蕃茄的那一口, 是那三文治嗎? 不, 那是蛋卷的軟熱。
美中不足的是有一邊的一口, 有點乾, 是風乾那種乾, 是否放了良久才有這個問題呢? 

整體, 很好味嗎? 沒有, 很有驚喜嗎? 沒有, 但那份簡單快樂, 我找到了。

話說前幾日要去灣仔做d緊要野...... 考試當然唔放過過海既機會睇下有咩好食Lunch 揀左間法國Crêperie 食,一落樓見到好多人係依間懷舊麵包店到排隊買野。我依d咁為食既梗係唔放過食好野既機會啦,見到一檯滿滿新鮮出爐既麵包,橱窗有我兒時既糧食.... 紙包蛋糕.... 老實講我唔太鍾意cream。旁邊有一小包一小包既蛋糕仔曲奇餅。林林總總花多眼亂,一下子都唔知買咩好,好想買雞批,但今晚又要出街食飯,免得壞左就浪費食物。係無時間之下,快速揀左菠蘿包同雞尾包。攞起手熱辣辣真係好開心,可惜最後比人食左個菠蘿包。而個雞尾包絕對有兒時回憶,隔日番叮都好好食,左面既椰絲勁多,真係推介👍👍😋

Happy Cake Shop is a traditional old school bakery that I frequent which offers yummy Hong Kong style breads and tarts at a very reasonable price ❤️. Their cream cones and coconut tarts are pretty yummy but this time, I got myself a meat floss roll ($8) with egg salad, tomatoes and lettuce in the centre. It was like a mini sandwich! The bread was soft and the taste was pretty balanced. I highly recommend this bakery for those who want real HK-style buns or support local shops .

灣仔地鐵站出來,穿過熙來攘往的街道,來到了這店前。花磚牆,紅字白底的招牌,陳舊傳統的擺設,揭示着這店的歷史。儘管兩房的店舖早已面目全非,托老街坊的福,四十多年仍屹立不倒。踏入店面,門的左邊放了一大玻璃櫃,櫃內放滿了林林總總的西餅,一盤盤新鮮出爐的麵包蛋撻,放在櫃面;門的右邊放着一個鐵皮櫃,擺上各式袋裝麵包。縱然種類繁多,筆者早心意已決,要了一個忌廉筒。畢竟傳統的忌廉筒工序繁複,利潤低,致香港有售此物的僅存數間,此乃其一。忌廉筒以酥皮捲成螺旋狀,焗好以後擠入打好的鮮忌廉即成。手握着細邊,忌廉部分面向自己,一口咬下,外層的酥皮清脆的破開,中心的忌廉被無情的分隔,軟軟的攤在舌上,隨著時間慢慢溶化包裹著舌頭,牛油味漸漸滲出;酥皮在上下顎的擠壓下散開,混上那幼滑的鮮忌廉,形成了獨一無二的口感,叫人欲罷不能。一口接一口的,不到一分鐘的光景便吃畢。意猶未盡,欲購又止,還是少吃多滋味罷了。

今天約了友人在合和中心拿東西,意外地發現附近有一間快樂餅店,見人龍排隊買麵包西餅。既然來到,我也不防加入隊列中,試試會否帶來快樂?這餅店面積不大,但售賣的食物種類頗多。因人龍關係,未能夠慢慢細看麵包餅食,輪到我的時候,只好買些在餅櫃內看見的。~忌廉筒應該是此店名物,捧場者不少。忌廉筒的外型討人,吃起來確實外脆內軟。奶白色的忌廉軟滑,味道清新,配那酥皮筒來吃絕對是一流。~雞批雞批焗得恰到好處,批撻非常鬆化,餡料不太多,但味道不錯,有齊洋蔥、雞粒和火腿。~糯米糍花生糯米糍絕對能令人一試難忘,糯米糍的外皮軟滑,餡內的花生粒炒得極香,再加入芝麻,口感極多層次。紅豆糯米糍沾上椰絲,吃起來多重口感,餡內紅豆亦軟綿綿。如果糯米糍可選小甜便更理想了。吃過這店的食物,原來真是能令人感到快樂,怪不得這餅店的名字是「快樂餅店」。

應該是此店名物,捧場者不少。忌廉筒的外型討人,吃起來確實外脆內軟。奶白色的忌廉軟滑,味道清新,配那酥皮筒來吃絕對是一流。

食飽飯無野做行下街,金鐘區多數得大型連鎖品牌一式一樣既麵包🥯店,食黎食去都係個幾款,係同事介紹下💕,搵到呢間走懷舊風,擁有42 年歷史的麵包店,決定入去買蛋撻試試。蛋撻五蚊一個,新鮮熱辣,剛剛脫模,蛋漿快要滿溢,充滿牛油🧈香氣,蛋香濃,配上熱辣辣帶有油炸味既酥皮皮,咬一啖酥皮,鬆散既口感,但又吾會太多酥皮碎,功力好深厚😍👊🏼一食上癮。總結:麵包🥯款式多 價錢平民人情味濃 蛋撻係食過咁多間最好味😋

有日行過見到新鮮出爐就想買黎試下快樂沙翁 ($6)麵包軟熟,加埋沙糖好好味,唔會係擺耐左,變得好濕好立既口感。豆沙餅紅豆餡勁豐富,但同旺角某出名小店,仍然覺得稍遜一籌。

成日搭巴士都會經過呢間懷舊老餅店-快樂餅店睇見裝修咁舊式,就知呢間麵包鋪系有留番D年紀今日去開灣仔,咁岩走個陣有少少肚餓,就去光顧下快樂餅店,買個包食鋪頭出面有張價價表可以睇到曬價錢入到鋪頭,一盤盤新鮮麵包擺晒出嚟,可以見到有好多選擇鍾意甜嘅有菠蘿包、雞尾包、甜餐包,鹹嘅熱狗、沙律卷、雞批樣樣齊,任君選擇<熱狗$7>最後見到個熱狗好吸引就叫咗個阿姐好熱情,買麵包嘅時候仲會同你傾兩句雖然熱狗已經唔熱,腸仔都是不過係普通嘅廚師腸,但係勝在沙律醬多,中間仲夾住番茄同埋青瓜,食落去嘅係滿滿的人情味
