近來去左佐敦打疣打完就同朋友一齊食lunch尖沙咀有條韓國街所以我地決定食下見到有間木色既舖頭一於入去試下❤️牛湯將牛骨和精肉一起放入後長時間熬煮而成,是傳統滋補湯。雪白溫熱的湯汁濃醇,味道絕佳,一般會泡飯吃❤️豬肉石鍋芝士拌飯石鍋上枱時發出芝芝聲音石頭窩入面有紫米十分健康又有口感,因為石鍋夠熱,所以有好多飯焦外芝士又可以燒到溶拌飯混合半溶嘅芝士配上脆脆嘅飯焦真係正👍❤️牛肉石鍋芝士拌飯同豬肉味道差不多 不過牛就咁juicy睇下個人好唔好牛肉💁‍♀️韓屋 (尖沙咀)👣尖沙咀金巴利道69-71A號美園大廈地舖 continue reading

朋友推介嚟到呢間正宗嘅韓國餐廳,餐廳位於尖沙咀韓國街,我哋今次就試咗佢哋嘅牛膝骨湯撈飯,第一次食覺得好新奇,肉嘅Texture好得意,而肉都好大嚿,份量都好多。佢哋嘅湯都甜甜地好好飲。配上紅米飯真係好出色!另外試咗佢哋嘅豬肉芝士石鍋拌飯,醬汁好味,芝士同豬肉嘅組合都好出色。亦都好鍾意佢哋嘅水蜜桃梳打,唔會太甜又好Refreshing!朋友就嗌咗佢哋嘅檸檬梳打,酸酸甜甜好開胃,佢哋嘅Menu仲有米酒等特色韓國嘢飲提供,好值得一試 continue reading

餐廳由韓國人主理,強調食材不含味精和防腐劑,主打韓式熱湯、石鍋拌飯及餃子。裝修走簡約木系風牆上掛著粉紅小豬和韓文字的霓虹燈有點像韓國居家小店香辣牛肉湯加紅米飯將牛胸肉慢慢煮爛後,放入足量的蔥和蘿蔔同煮並用辣椒油和辣椒粉調味,香辣得十分過癮,鮮美辣湯十分好下飯。牛膝骨湯加素麵白色的湯頭相當醇厚有深度,入口香濃,牛膝骨含豐富的膠原蛋白燉煮後Q勁筋道又多汁,口感像果凍。素麵入口柔軟。泡菜餃子王餃子皮外層柔軟,內陷豐富多汁酸辣的特點增添了層次和風味帝王蟹膏蟹肉煎餃子餃子酥脆焦香,蟹味特出吃起來肉汁四溢。 continue reading

約朋友食晚餐,職員講明享用時間75分鐘,食物上都滿意,但職員態度上入席未夠60分鐘係咁叫我哋埋單,扮執枱拎埋張單據俾我,我諗住等埋個朋友飲埋杯嘢飲先埋單,之後個職員就叫我係咪埋單?我先俾張信用卡佢埋單,個職員俾番張單據及簽賬單我之後,一句「多謝」都未沒有,啲職員真是似趕客!唔會再去食,職員態度好差。 continue reading

話說有日想食韓國菜,咁去尖沙咀實揀到一間啦。喺個list上面,呢間韓屋屬於高分一族,咁我就太放心入場,點知⋯⋯環境✅✅老實講,舖仔細細放咗廿幾個位,話唔逼就假。仲要我坐近廚房,油煙噴射到我全身,成個人入哂味。食物✅✅✅✅2個人點咗個牛膝骨湯加$20飯,再加醬炒牛肉石鍋芝士拌飯。前者個湯幾好味,只係比較多牛脂肪令個底嘅湯唔飲得,有啲浪費。後者個飯其實都好好味,韓式醬加牛肉好惹味,不過呢個飯真心有個敗北位,可能成本問題,個飯好細兜,用嘅石鍋都係細碼,問題嚟了!唔夠飯又唔夠熱就無飯焦(註:我喺韓國食過係有飯焦㗎!)加上份量都幾細,做下午茶還可以,晚餐要$138,食完我出嚟即時搵地方食多一餐,咁樣唔得囉。性價比✅✅其實間舖有另一個問題,係樓面得一個人,問題唔係招呼唔到咁多人,就係佢做完一輪個人hang機無反應,全程水都無杯,餐牌差啲係我自己落手攞,最後埋單仲見到「加一服務費」,好想問服務在哪?所以,呢間舖以後不了就係咁解。 continue reading
