Chef Hanook Korean Restaurant combines Korean culinary techniques and culture with a Korean chef team and staffs. Actually, Korean has soup for three meals a day that inspire the owner of the Chef Hanook Korean Restaurant to serve over 10 delicious Korean soups which are no MSG and no preservatives. The signature soup is Busan dwaeji gukbap (Busan pork soup). Moreover, haejang-guk (potato rib soup) is the most popular in Hong Kong, besides it also is hangover soup in Korea. At the same time, you must try dolsot bibimbap (stone pot bibimbap) which is few layered with cheese and rice. There also serves over 10 flavors of fried and steamed dumplings all directly imported from Korea, recommended large mandu, ginseng chicken and beef galibi.

今日小妹同朋友去左尖沙咀買野, 由於最近禁晚市堂食關係, 所以打算早d食飯, 天氣一凍🥶就好想飲d熱湯🍲暖下胃☺️, 所以就決定去食人蔘雞湯, 我地邊行邊睇, 行行下見到有間餐廳成間都以粉紅色做主調🤗, 非常少女心而且好多人食, 於是我地就被吸引左入去🤣! 泡菜餃子王🥟餃子用小蒸籠裝住, 入面有泡菜, 粉絲同豬肉, 非常足料, 味道唔算辣而且幾開胃, 個人認為可以唔洗沾醬汁都好好味😋!餃子王🥟同樣用小蒸籠裝住非常大隻飽滿, 餃子皮薄饀足, 有微微肉汁, 一咬落去就爆哂餡, 豬肉同韮菜都好香, 味道岩岩好, 沾埋餃子醬汁食好惹味!😊炒豬肉石鍋拌飯🐖一上枱已經聞到好香豬肉片嘅味道, 將所有材料同醬汁混合加埋附上嘅泡菜一齊食, 熱辣辣特別惹味, 而且石鍋非常夠熱, 整出嚟嘅飯焦幾脆, 推介😋!蔘雞湯🐔🍲份量非常足, 湯汁濃郁帶微微蔘嘅回甘味, 即使唔太中意蔘味嘅朋友都可以淺嘗淺嘗, 除左雞之外, 入面仲有紅棗, 蔘等等材料, 雞肉好多, 啖啖肉而且煮得好滑, 口感軟腍, 非常入味, 連d骨都食得, 雞入面包住糯米, 粒粒都沾上左湯汁, 口感軟糯, 美味可口, 值得一讚嘅係真係零味精, 食完一d都唔口渴, 極度推介😋! continue reading

天氣好凍🥶同媽媽去尖沙咀去shopping,凍到佢話想食啲熱既野,就靈機一觸想起差不多一年前喺金巴利道食過一間熱辣辣既韓國養生湯,就帶佢嚟試吓,門面設計依舊都係好粉紅少女風,只係多了些聖誕裝飾,更有節日氣氛🤗最鍾意呢度係除咗熱辣辣既石鍋韓國拌飯之外,有成多達十款既韓國養生熱湯選擇😍就叫了一個蔘雞湯 ($148)比媽媽暖下身,佢話食完個人都暖笠笠,裡面材料十足,飲落好濃蔘味,雞肉好嫩滑,煲到連啲雞骨質感都有少少溶溶地,感覺真係熬咗好耐咁,雞裡面仲有釀咗啲糯米,如果唔夠飽可以加個韓國紅米飯($15)或者韓國麵條🍝($20)我就叫了海鮮大醬湯 ($138),嚟到有少少感覺比人呃咗咁😂😅張相明明係好紅色,以為係泡菜湯底再加海鮮🦞再睇返menu原來係大醬湯,故事教訓我要睇字😂唔好淨係看圖識字🤣講返個湯先,裡面有水蟹、蜆、青口等海鮮,洋蔥、紅蘿蔔絲、翠玉瓜同豆腐做配菜,感覺好似飲緊好大碗既麵豉湯咁😅整體來講,身為熱湯愛好者,下次天氣凍就會諗起呢度有零味精養生湯飲的🥰 continue reading

📍 韓屋📍 尖沙咀 • 金巴利道69-71A號美園大廈地舖位於尖沙咀金巴利道的《韓屋》,主打正宗韓國住家菜,提供多款熱湯、石鍋拌飯、餃子等等。雖然食物款式不算多,但是韓國味濃、價廉物美,上次來過以後留下深刻印象,這次來到附近,於是再次來訪。鮑魚蔘雞湯 전복 삼계탕 ($168)Abalone ginseng chicken soup韓國人喜歡在夏季吃養生的蔘雞湯,「以熱治熱」,把從汗水中流失的營養補回來💦雖然如此,我們在這寒冷的天氣下還是點了這個蔘雞湯,補補暖🍲😆在春雞的腹中塞進人蔘、紅棗、板栗、松子仁、糯米、大蒜等食材,經長時間熬煮而成的蔘雞湯,香醇美味、充滿營養。加配了鮮美彈牙的鮑魚。小雞肉質軟嫩,加上長時間的燉煮,用筷子很容易就可以把雞肉分開,吃到腹中的糯米和人蔘,滋補、營養豐富,吃完立馬感覺精神奕奕😋(不過略嫌雞骨太碎,要吃得小心一點。)炒豬肉石鍋芝士拌飯 ($128)치즈 돼지고기 비빔밥Pork and cheese bibimbap餐廳的米飯採用紫米飯,感覺健康,而且質感軟糯。表面擺放著豐富材料,加入辣醬拌勻,香氣逼人😍石鍋非常保溫,經過長時間之後拌飯依然維持熱燙♨️餃子王 왕 만두 ($16)Steamed large dumpling泡菜餃子王 김치 왕 만두 ($16)Steamed large kimchi dumpling這裡有好可愛、大大顆的「餃子王」🥟每個點心籠盛一顆,點數顆就可以把籠子疊起來,好好看的!(不過一顆已經非常飽了XD)個人比較喜歡泡菜口味的,比較惹味!😛-Menu: continue reading

在尖沙咀行完近期全城爆紅的Donki後,行過韓國街經過一間主打傳統的頭石飯+芝士的食物餐牌好正,雖然是排隊等位,但都值得一試。這款韓式青提飲品有粒粒的提子果肉,幾正。餃子王($15)& 泡菜餃子餃子王($15),韓式餃子都是特別大隻、爆餡,我認為蒸的方法是最好,能夠鎖定肉汁,又唔會咁熱氣,建議先食原味餃子王,之後再食泡菜味,否則泡菜的濃味蓋過了原味本來的味道。餃子王包哂餡,韮菜豬肉的肉汁豐富。泡菜餃子的泡菜味甜甜辣辣,很適合香港人口味。牛排骨湯($138),很濃郁的牛味,味道清甜,飲得出餐廳製作牛骨湯熬製了不少的時間,牛滑的牛肉鬆軟清甜,拌著粉絲很美味,是不錯的韓式滋補湯品。原味芝士石鍋飯($108),材料真的是非常傳統的石鍋飯,而且非常多料,紫菜、豆芽菜、菜、蘿蔔絲、香菇、翠肉瓜,值得一讚的是餐廳用上了紅米飯作為飯底,可以食健康又有營養。先撈勻芝士再加入餐廳的自家製辣醬再撈,味道超級香,鍋底還有少少脆脆的飯焦,而且甜甜辣辣份外惹味。 continue reading

早幾日趁周日陽光普照, 早左起身出尖沙咀行下, 一出到去已經係午飯時間, 所以去左韓國街附近搵食, 發現依間新開食韓國菜既餐廳, 見門面同內部裝修都幾靚就入左去坐低食我的午飯啦餐牌上選擇都係以湯同拌飯為主, 小食就有韓國餃子, 我同朋友各叫左一人一個主食再另叫左餃子各一口味叫完餐, 店員先送上冰凍既水同前菜醃辣蘿蔔, 蘿蔔大粒得黎好爽甜, 帶微微辣味, 一飲杯水真係覺得自己好似去左韓國咁, 因為韓國既餐廳一定會有凍水比你, 令人好想去韓國旅行好快主菜就黎到啦, 朋友叫左依個蔘雞湯, 超香蔘味而且真係原隻雞係湯入面, 雞肉非常冧且散開, 而雞內仲有米飯同少許人蔘, 一飲個湯, 非常暖胃, 香濃蔘味又唔會帶苦, 飲到雞味道, 好好味, 雞肉食落完全係韓國食既一樣煮到冧哂連骨都煮到溶, 係飽肚又溫暖既湯而我叫既醬炒牛肉石鍋芝士拌飯, 一黎到已經傳出香噴噴既焦香同芝士味立即將個辣醬膏倒入石鍋, 再將整個飯拌勻, 拉絲效果十足, 夾雜芝士, 牛肉, 紫菜, 芽菜等配料一口食, 好香口, 帶少少焦香味, 但辣醬本身辣味唔夠, 我個人比較喜歡食辣, 如果可以更辣就更正了另外左小食原味餃子王同泡菜餃子王各一隻, 真係一籠一隻, 超大隻仲要爆餡, 外皮帶少許煙刃又夠薄, 同係韓國明洞食到既味道一樣好食, 泡菜味真係一食就全口泡菜咁, 完全唔馬虎, 不過我比較喜愛原味, 食到明洞的味道! continue reading
