101231 星期五 | 路過恆香老餅家，買咗三個皮蛋酥和三個老婆餅回家嘆下午茶。皮蛋酥 ($5一個)，酥皮都幾鬆化，但餡料無咩皮蛋味，甜甜地，內裡只得一小塊好實的皮蛋，咬落好似食橡膠咁。老婆餅 ($5.5一個)，不愧是鎮店之寶，酥皮鬆化不在話下，餡料軟綿綿得來有少許煙煙韌韌，甜而不漏，一個好字。 continue reading

好耐之前朋友介紹過恆香的蛋卷係好食,不過價錢比其他貴~但好耐之前食過,真係好食d!見到恆香的蛋卷做緊8折....就即刻買一罐黎食啦~蛋卷有分細罐($55)同大罐($75)....我買了大罐,有35支...而且不是獨立包裝...唯一不方面之處~但質素好,令我貴都要買既原因~蛋卷比較厚身,咬落口唔會散晒,比起其他的多層數....可能係蜂皇做,唔係好甜~蛋卷size就唔係特別長!! continue reading
