小時候在粉嶺居住上學,所以結識的好朋友大都在粉嶺一帶。近幾年常在聯和墟聚會,每每吃完正餐,都會來杏香園一嚐中式甜品,而聯和墟芸芸甜品店中,杏香園的合桃糊尤為我最愛。杏香園合桃糊色香味俱全。端在檯面已聞到濃濃的合桃味。入口香滑,合桃磨得幼細,黏稠度適中,口感一流。雖蓮子味道稍欠,但整體偏甜且合桃味重,吃完齒頰留香。店內環境闊落,店面以白色和鮮綠色作主調,感覺衛生。平常閒日和星期六日均人流不多,就算要等位也不會太久,是很適合在甜品時段聊天的好地方 continue reading

同男朋友喺聯和墟搵食,食完晚餐消化左陣佢又話想食甜品,仲要指明想食芒果河粉,但係我地上網search完都唔見邊間甜水舖有賣,咁就隨便揀間喺附近架啦。中式甜品黎講價錢偏貴,我嗌左好耐冇食既熱芝麻糊,而男朋友就嗌左芒果椰汁西米涼粉。賣相唔吸引,份量唔算少,我試味前男友話味道正常,但我一食就覺得涼粉偏淋,芒果就偏硬偏酸 (可能唔當造?),要求唔高既話係會覺得冇咩大問題既。我既芝麻糊比涼粉遲好多上枱,睇相可能會覺得佢好濃郁,但食落口感比起佢個樣睇落係稀好多,食多幾啖就開始頂唔順佢既甜味,冇誇張,真係甜到喉嚨痛,甜得黎又冇我期望既芝麻味,係一碗好差既芝麻糊,一向甚少浪費食物既我食左不足三分一就要棄糊。 我見佢餐牌係主打有機菜、羽衣甘藍之類,或者我選擇喺度食甜品一開始就已經係個錯誤。 continue reading

同屋企人遊完車河,番屋企前就係附近食個甜品先。由於平時少係粉嶺食甜品,所以一時之間都唔知去邊搵,細佬就帶我去佢食過果間---杏香園。餐廳甜品款式好多,除左各款中式糖水外,仲有fusion野;餐廳內四處可見超級食品---羽衣甘藍既產品海報,所以點可以唔試下呢?!羽衣甘藍芝士蛋糕 $30本身唔抗拒羽衣甘藍陣味,加上我又係CHEESE CAKE既愛好者,就即刻點左佢。但估唔到羽衣甘藍加忌廉芝士,個味變得有D怪,總結呢件蛋糕唔係我杯茶。糖不甩 $20一碟5粒,SIZE比傳統湯圓細少少;丸子軟糯,每粒都沾滿花生碎、椰絲、白芝麻、砂糖,入口唔算好甜,岩岩好。雞蛋白果腐竹糖水 $40呢個糖水用三個字形容---「好普通」。本人中意食仲有少許腐竹既腐竹糖水,但呢度煲到溶哂,加上索價$40,真係好貴又唔抵食….下次如果真係想係粉嶺飲糖水,真係要做下功課先。又或者揸車去大埔食比較好。 continue reading
