冇得去韓國旅行 唯有喺香港搵間正宗啲嘅韓燒 懷念一下去韓國食燒肉嘅感覺啦 今次嚟到尖沙咀嘅韓珍 佢老細係韓國人 職員係講英文同埋韓文為主嘅 平日嘅夜晚去到都好多人 睇吓Menu有咩食先 佢選擇除咗燒肉之外 亦都有一啲熟食 不過唔想諗咁多 就叫咗個拼盤叫完嘢食之後先係上咗幾款唔同嘅小菜 個人覺得蝦同埋魷魚泡菜係最好食嘅 另外都有一個沙律同埋有一個芝士蛋 通常韓國餐廳食嘢 呢啲小菜都可以追加嘅 食完之後叫老細encore左多一次呀呢個八方美人拼盤有豬牛雞仲有海鮮 一次過滿足晒四個願望呀 個店員仲有過嚟幫我哋手燒添 鮑魚本身已經有味 所以燒完就咁食唔使點任何醬都好好味 牛嗰啲呢就點少少鹽已經可以帶到佢嘅鮮味出嚟啦正宗生菜包係擺完菜 跟住擺塊肉 再點啲大醬蒜頭上去 一次過包埋嚟食 然後一啖塞哂落口 食燒肉咁熱氣 梗係要叫番杯啤酒下下火啦 叫咗一款Stella啤酒 另一個係呢個浮誇成支啤酒倒轉插喺個杯度嘅cocktail 甜甜地幾好飲呀食食吓老闆走過來同我哋傾偈 我用我嘅韓文同佢講咗幾句 佢都好surprise我可以用韓文同佢對答 好想去韓國旅行瘋狂講韓文呀 continue reading

雪花牛肉肉味比較濃 韓牛同和牛感覺好唔同
海鮮都係正常水準 蝦係有蝦膏的🦐由其是鮑魚好淋一啲都唔韌😋

因為疫症原因,已經好耐冇去韓國食番餐好,但今晚竟然係韓珍食到正宗既韓國菜味道,真係好驚喜,而且仲同姐姐plan埋下次帶媽媽黎試下排骨湯🤣勁耐冇食燒肉,特地點左韓牛肉眼扒同豬五花肉,exactly係我哋係韓國會點既肉。另外仲叫左開胃既牛油果沙律,蔥沙律同飽肚炸醬麵。韓國菜首先點評既唔少得side dishes,有生菜沙灣好 fresh, 燉薯仔夠入味,蘿蔔絲泡菜同白菜泡菜酸酸地超醒胃,魚糕好惹味,仲有鐵板蒸蛋墊肚,黎呢度真係滿足到味蕾既唔同需要。牛油果沙律用左乳酪做醬汁,輕盈又爽口,仲有青紅提子,車厘茄,食完烤肉食係好解油膩。蔥沙律係用黎連埋烤肉食,超韓風,酸酸辣辣好惹味。五花肉有兩大條,烤到金黃色,外脆內軟就係最最食既口感,但我哋手勢較差,只係其中一條做到呢個效果,對自己冇咩信心既朋友可以叫店員幫手。韓牛肉眼有好靚既紋理,唔會好似和牛咁雪花,同時都冇咁油膩,突出到牛味,記得輕輕燒兩面就好剪,咁就食到最正 medium 既口感。最後係炸醬麵,份量十足,夠4個人食,撈一撈醬汁唔算濃味,麵質較淋,建議多人先好嗌。呢度老板同員工大部分係韓國人,野食都好地道,質素完全超出我哋既期望,一定會翻桌。 continue reading

中國出名烹調煮法多,咁韓國就一定口味上比較多,就算系香港食韓餐,好多時都會搭5-8類配菜上枱,其實系韓國飲食物化嚟講好正常,雖然唔系廣東文化,但廣東人一樣受落¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨每次出去食韓國菜見職員,不斷將配菜擺上枱,未食都主菜心入面都已經狂流口水,同會系咁同朋友逐味研究到底有咩醃菜,而呢到嘅前菜有8碟:2碟浸咗醬油洋蔥、涼拌大豆芽、千島沙律、醃辣蘿蔔、醃辣鹹菜、辣泡菜、腸仔😂⋯⋯香港口味前菜始終系送口,無太獨特之處,平均每款主要開胃為主,全部Okay試過正常,韓國人除鐘意開胃菜,醬汁一樣比較講究,呢到每人都會有3款醬,左washibi配鼓油、中韓式泡菜醬、右麻油,濃味嘅力作¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨👉🏻海鮮煎餅海鮮煎餅佢加咗勁多墨魚圈、蜆肉,少量蔥同辣椒絲,食嘅時侯餅底厚度適中,唔會一咬就散, 墨魚圈爽身、蜆肉系冇雪味,正常正常,加埋入口我覺得系好食過平時叫開嘅泡菜煎餅👉🏻牛五花肉呢個系我同朋友都想食嘅肉嚟,用鐵鍋爐燒,陣間個豬佢會轉石爐去燒特別醃過,肉質唔會散,味道略似燒汁帶少少甜味,肉味經醃製後唔太明顯,有牛味但唔會好濃,只要系醃肉重點始終系較味方面,同佢肉質上系可以,所以推薦👉🏻牛肉炒粉絲千祈千祈唔好凍咗先嚟食,襯熱食嘅時候系最好食,同其他韓國餐廳叫粉絲唔同之處:粉絲入面好多攪到碎粉狀黑椒粒,系比較攻味蕾,屬手攪個類黑椒粉,特別香,而牛肉嘅味系帶燒汁味,睇來呢到嘅醃牛偏好以甜味為主👉🏻店員推薦的韓式口味豬肉配搭一切絲青椒+原粒蒜+生菜🥬店員話佢哋採用新鮮肉類,系真正韓式美食,餐廳由韓國人主理,呢味系佢哋韓國流行嘅食法,咁樣一定要點啦😂🤚🏻同燒牛嘅爐系唔一樣,以燒好咗嘅熱石鍋上枱職員幫手燒肉,個爐下面系放晒冰幫個爐降溫,sor太留意個鍋🤭肉睇落去一層厚膏、一層厚肉,燒完剪好後更睇得出似!似燒豬肉!當然連部位都似你出面買嘅燒肉位置,唔同之處外皮冇脆皮同肉味完全冇鹹味,就咁食你可能剩系食到豬肉味同少少油脂,當加埋生蒜、少青椒、佢哋嘅泡菜醬包埋生菜,真系好好味,口感、味道都明顯配搭到¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨👉🏻柚子汽水冇特別,柚子汁溝7 up嘅味道,唔會有藥水味,good👉🏻米酒食韓國嘢叫肉有乜可以唔飲酒!我自己偏好韓國米酒,燒酒太燒喉感覺會飲到想死,而米酒清甜暖胃最啱女士口味,佢Menu太多款酒,普通紅、白酒你都可以系到點到¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨整體上,食物質素系到位✍🏻💋服務方面入門職員有量體溫、帶位、派卡片、介紹餐廳、食完後又有問feedback服務稱得上超乎預期水準餐廳因怖置以卡位為主,疫唔疫症都冇大影響,客嘅私人空間感覺系更好,環境偏黃燈,晚市愈食愈多人,最旺時間爆場,因點燒肉嘅人唔少,一般留嘅時間都夠長,無吹枱情況出現,非常欣賞,慶祝再來過都幾好 continue reading
