經過見到廣告牌 覺得幾吸引 於是去左呢間餐廳自製章魚燒好似好好玩咁叫左個八爪魚章魚燒都幾難燒 好多時都係靠staff幫助講重點 味道  原味 同 加醬後 只能說各有千秋由於章魚漿多 而章魚每隻都好大粒 章魚燒每粒都外脆內軟 因為皮薄易熟食落章魚味道好出 由於每粒裹面都有粒麻糬麻糬咬落煙煙韌韌 但因麻糬又經過燒 所以溶溶地又有d咬口 有時黏埋章魚燒 整個口感好夾加左醬後大阪燒醬令章魚燒漿好夾 因為咸咸微甜令章魚燒味道冇咁原材料味加埋海苔大阪燒醬黏在一起 提升章魚既鮮味 continue reading

個FD專登order要陪佢食大阪燒, 其實呢, 我地一開始係去某商場果間既, 但係排左成個鐘仲未入得去..最後放棄先去呢間XD去到呢間, 可能少人講, 一入就有位, 不過見慢慢都坐滿左, 仲有好多日本人入黎食, 我諗都唔會唔正宗掛~好, 入正題講返好野食先我地叫左一份大阪燒, 小丸子, 牛小排同埋當天有優惠附送既兩條小香草腸全部都自製既, 材料都好足, 而每張台都會有教學紙, 教你步驟同次序,不過我地都有少少 雞手鴨腳,好彩地果位唔知老闆定店長好好招待, 慢慢教我地方法點樣易D整~ 幫我地整左一粒小丸子, 跟住又俾返我地慢慢整哈哈最後成品都尚算OK la haha 味道都唔錯, 材料放齊係到俾你任落既~過程好開心, 可以玩又可以打下卡show下自己既廚藝~至於牛小排我個人覺得可嗌可唔嗌, 真係唔係特別有牛味, 呢份比起大阪燒同小丸子就有點失望,所以我覺得下次黎都係食呢兩樣就夠~ continue reading

平時有諗過同女朋友係屋企DIY整小丸子,但一諗到要買燒小丸子嘅用具同自己清潔就卻步,不過原來尖沙咀有間餐廳可以俾人自己整小丸子、大阪燒同炒麵,又唔使自己準備材料用具,非常方便。首先我哋嘗試整飛魚小丸燒。第一步要係洞上塗油,然後將粉漿倒入洞內直至填滿。再將材料平均分布係每一個洞上面,材料有我鍾意嘅飛魚籽!然後要將外層熟透嘅小丸子反轉90度,我次次都轉唔到,好彩職員力挽狂瀾,最後八粒都順利轉到90度。之後再將剩低嘅粉漿倒埋。等小丸子成型要再轉90度,今次比較易轉,所以女朋友可以轉到三個,其餘又要搵職員幫手。最後係小丸子上面加上小丸燒醬、車海苔,蛋黃醬同剩餘既飛魚籽就大功告成。自己整小丸子真係非常特別,小丸子外脆內軟,章魚粒非常彈牙,比街邊小食檔嘅小丸子好得多。然後我哋再煮盛合炒麵,今次步驟簡單得多。首先將蝦同豚肉一齊炒,然後再放入麵條,最後加上日式炒麵醬再炒多幾下就完成!味道方面,蝦同魷魚非常新鮮,分量亦足夠,好玩程度高。最後仲叫咗海鹽黑毛豚肉,總共有四大塊。每邊煎十幾秒就最perfect,坑紋令肉冇咁多油,食落無咩油膩感,肉味濃厚。飲品方面叫咗富士蘋果可爾必思特飲,酸酸甜甜,出面比較難搵到,所以嚟到可以一試一試!我地成功整到小丸子全靠職員耐心嘅幫助,值得一讚! continue reading

女仔都係貪新鮮,有時見到啲好玩好食嘅嘢,就會心思思想去!呢一間餐廳就滿足晒我哋嘅慾望!好玩得來之餘又好食!先來一份小丸子,我哋要咗特別啲嘅芝士香腸小丸子。原來味道都好夾!將粉漿落晒落去,然後將材料逐格塞入去,見到都好治癒嘅感覺 燒到咁上下就將佢反開,有空位就在加粉漿。慢慢轉下轉下就會製成小丸子。完成品好有滿足感!又圓又大!講得咁容易,其實全靠有一份貓紙,會交曉我哋每一個Step!然後我哋就太開始製作海鮮御好燒。先將所有材料攪勻,入面有大量嘅海鮮同埋椰菜。然後將材料鋪滿煎板煎熟。最技巧嘅係最尾呢一刻,將御好燒反轉,真係心到離一離。不過好好玩!呢度嘅圓肉杞子茶亦都好好飲,唔會太甜!味道清清地。 continue reading

聖誔節就到啦,因為當同日同老婆都要返工,所以提早慶祝🎉其實依到係朋友推介,話同屋企人黎過覺得好好玩,可以黎試下新野,唔駛食黎食去都係個D連鎖式,悶到傻BOOK位個時店員推介今年既特別MENU係蒸氣海鮮鍋,為確保每日新鮮運到,一定要BOOK位先有得食😜同埋只係12月限定呀😱要食真係要快D去BOOK位順帶一提,原來依到每年都會有一個特別MENU,上年係法國芝士牛排,見到都流哂口水,可惜SPECIAL MENU暫時未有打算重做,唔係一定會黎食😎講返個蒸氣海鮮鍋,有前菜蝦刺身同沙律,好新鮮又開胃😁食完店員就開始預備海鮮鍋,有個粥底,最後先食。先黎龍蝦🦞,有成個手臂咁長,仲好生猛,店員仲好好人幫我地教好時間,食得又會提我地,所以完全唔需要擔心蒸過龍或者唔熟,然後係蟹🦀,佢上枱個時仲係到郁,唔驚倒瀉攞蟹只怕走左隻蟹😖D蟹膏好正呀~ 之後仲有鮑魚同埋象拔蚌,啖啖肉好新鮮口感好正😋😋😋個SET仲有2份肉,一份豚肉🐷一份牛肉🥩,唔想蒸可以加少少錢燒肉,我地轉左個蜜糖🍯黑糊椒豚肉,好香口又有D HONEY甜甜地好好食仲有個粥底,海鮮既精華落哂去,好清甜,幾飽都一定要食🙈🐖最後可以自選一款小丸子,店員推介我地試12月限定既流心朱古力麻糬小丸燒,唔好以為會好古怪,絶對超乎你想像咁好食👍🏻依個真係要讚,有驚喜有實力,真不愧係小丸子既專家😆😆 continue reading
