如果你想同朋友或屋企人慶祝生日/同你伴侶慶祝週年紀念,但又唔想出街食,外賣壽喜燒不失為一個好選擇!😉前幾日上網瀏覽外賣美食嘅時候,意外發現呢間有做壽喜燒外賣!分別有兩個款套餐揀:澳洲純和牛二人前 ($358) & 日本佐賀和牛二人前 ($488)!⚠️ 個餐唔會包埋個圓形鍋,外賣盒就另收$2💁🏻‍♀️ 拎外賣嗰陣佢哋會俾紙袋你,保温袋就要自備啦!佢哋亦都有外賣直送服務,但時間上無咁彈性。如果下晝3點前訂,佢哋會安排當日6點-9點送到你屋企樓下👀 外賣直送可以喺whatsapp直接落單,而外賣自取就要親自打過去!📞雖然華小料理屋晏晝12:00先開門,但朝早11:00打過去都會有人聽電話,我就揀咗晏晝12:00去攞!😁❤️ 日本佐賀和牛二人前 $488 (另加$2外賣盒費用)套餐有兩碟佐賀和牛(360克),每碟有六大片牛肩肉!仲有前菜、日本鮮雞蛋、野菜拼盤、稻庭烏冬、壽喜燒汁🤩 呢個價錢真心抵食!平過堂食好多🤭🔸前菜 - 南瓜味噌冷奴質感滑溜,唔太食得出南瓜味🤨 好食度:⭐️⭐️✨ (2.5/5)🔸 日本佐賀和牛 牛肩肉 (360克)雪花分佈好平均好密集,脂肪雪白!入口肉質軟嫩,未去到入口即化嗰個境界,牛味比想像中濃厚,有淡淡嘅甜味!油花勻稱但唔會話好油膩好爆油,但每人食六片已經好滯🤣 壽喜燒汁偏稀,再濃味啲會更好😬好食度:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)🔸 日本鮮雞蛋 & 野菜拼盤 & 稻庭烏冬非常足料,無諗過野菜拼盤會有兩盒,材料新鮮!啲菜都幾甜😛好食度:⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ (3.5/5)餐廳推薦度:⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ (3.5/5)外賣比堂食抵食,唯一困難係控制火候,手勢好嘅話基本上係同喺堂食食差唔多😆 醬汁太稀扣咗少少分🧐 如果問我會唔會試堂食,我又覺得未必會,叫外賣抵食好多!😂 continue reading

Bad Restaurant - Highly disappointed! On 25 March 2021, I went to this restaurant by MTR from Central with a friend for lunch. There were a few sets to choose from.  All raw fish related ones were not available. I ordered the cod fish set (銀鱈魚西京燒). As shown in the picture, the set had two very small pieces of cod fish. The taste aside, the two pieces of fish were so thin and only approximately 8 cm long each.  The worst thing was that I couldn't even finish my bowl of white rice with the two very small pieces of fish.  I felt quite insulted actually by feeling that I was just eating plain white rice for HK$168 plus 10% service charges. The salad portion was too small and the steamed egg was just an appetizer.  The set costed me HK$185 in total.  Compared to other Japanese restaurant I went recently, which all at least made me full regardless of the taste, this was way too horrible.  My friend ordered the sukiyaki set. It was a bigger portion but she said it was too salty so she couldn’t finish all. But she was generally luckier than me by not ordering the cod fish set.When I complained about the small piece of fish and that I felt like eating only white rice to the staff, she had no reaction but a poker face.  There was no follow-ups, apology or compensation of any kind.Overall, it was an extremely bad experience and I am not going back to this restaurant ever again and suggest people not going.This was my first time to write a food review (either good or bad) on any restaurant in 10 years. *💭華小料理屋🐮這裡的壽喜燒和Mr.Steak是同一集團,主打食牛🥩,餐廳有榻榻米廂房,需要三人或以上才可以坐。A3和牛壽喜燒鍋🍽肥瘦均稱🤩,加上生雞蛋🥚感覺更滑溜。關西風壽喜燒比較少醬,由專人烹調可以掌握火候及砂糖分量,完全做到肉來張口🤤壽喜燒鍋除了牛肉,還有豆腐、金菇、粉絲和菜🥬🥬之類,通通都很入味😋最後還有一客烏冬🍜及牛奶布丁🍮,兩種食物都非常滑溜,布丁充滿濃濃的牛奶味,非常滿足😋😋 continue reading
