韓國料理,成行成市,有些店食後,真係感到被騙,貴不在話下,最重要唔好食,可能不是正宗韓國料理,朋友介紹下,來此店食了幾次,水準,份量,味道都可以推薦,一上配菜,好多款式,八碟,食配菜都飽飽地唷,有我最喜愛的魚乾,真係樣樣都幾好食,手工貴價嘢,紅炆牛肋骨,入味甜甜地,份量都算多,一人餐絕對足料,蠔仔石頭飯,熱辣辣,蠔仔比想像中細,但飯加辣醬撈混一起,非常美味。 continue reading

韓國燒肉餐雖好味,但成本高,如果日日當午餐食,未到糧尾已陣亡,間中食石頭飯平衡生心理,感覺就好好多,去韓雅林食晏會更開心,因為落單後會收到八碟前菜。用料是坊間韓店常見的蕃薯、芽菜、泡菜和豆腐等,以前還有美味魚仔供應的,今次消失了,卻意外發現有筍片。食落每款前皆好味,當中最鍾意大大粒蕃薯,夠薯味、不過甜;青瓜肉片爽口又惹味,食得開胃,兩小碟都有自家特式。食過八小碟後,女店員恰好送上發出吱吱聲響兼冒烟的石頭飯。要注意的是,女店員會先放飯窩在枱邊,然後將飯及餸拌均,此後才移送飯鍋到客人面前,免去客人自己動手撈飯,過程中她不發一言,密密工作。記得初次光顧時,見她將飯窩放枱邊後逕自行開,遂自行取過飯窩準備起筷,未料她突然拿着醬料折返,默不作聲地拿回飯窩,再動手混醬入飯拌勻,事後交回飯窩給我。當刻,方始自己衰多手,即時講句 Joesong-hamnida 道歉。午餐款式選擇多,每款均配有餐湯,除正價飯餐外,還有是日特價餐,每天兩款,天天不同。先後試過蠔石頭什錦飯及韓式麵豉湯(連白飯一碗),前者值得推介。拌均後的蠔石頭什錦飯亂七八糟,沒賣相可言,仍可見蠔身夠大隻,粒粒外型飽滿,色澤光亮,份量頗多,入口鮮甜,蠔汁豐盈,並非縮水蠔仔貨式可比。進食時,刻意不翻動最抵層的飯,待它慢煮變成飯焦,始跟蠔同食,一次過嚐到軟硬香脆的多種口感。花點時間得來的精彩味道,最是值得。 continue reading

今晚我們去咗銅鑼灣廣場二期嘅「韓雅林」食晚飯!我們叫咗人蔘鷄湯、炆牛肋骨栗子煲、宮廷式炒年糕「牛肉」同韓式炒粉絲「牛肉」!餐前小食有八碟,相當豐富!人蔘鷄湯嘅鷄肉好滑,湯料非常足料,味道相當濃郁!炆牛肋骨栗子煲嘅牛肋骨炆得好腍好入味,牛肉味非常濃郁,味道相當香甜,而且份量十足!係本人嘅必食推介!宮廷式炒年糕「牛肉」嘅年糕非常煙韌彈牙,口感十足!牛肉韓式炒粉絲「牛肉」嘅粉絲非常爽口彈牙,鑊氣十足,味道調教得恰到好處! continue reading

今次嚟到銅鑼灣食韓燒!經朋友提議下決定提早一日訂定位,make sure有得食。當日因為朋友們提早到達,又想早啲搵個地方坐下食住嘢傾下計,所以就打去餐廳問:「可唔可以提早一個鐘嚟? 」最後當然得咗啦!嚟到時間差唔多6點鐘,見到有好多空位,間餐廳幾靚,睇得出有花心思裝修。地方又夠大,唔單止可以容納好多人,仲坐得幾舒服!之後我地就嗌嘢食,諗咗好耐都唔知嗌咩好,好彩冇人催我哋。我哋食量唔多,嗌咗個魚餅、鹽牛肋肉(regular size) 、同埋㷈制過嘅雞肉。食物嚟到,覺得食物一般般,冇驚喜,所以換來失望。(1) 前菜不過不失,對薯仔印象深刻,好食!(2)牛肋肉冇乜味,需要燒烤後用醬汁先覺得ok;(3)雞肉相比下好食!夠入味,肉質都幾嫩;(4). 魚餅,失敗之作!冇乜魚味食物份量都幾大份,三個要食哂都幾難,飯後仲有三小片西瓜同每人一小杯維記雀巢雪糕送,呢點都算貼心!不過論美觀可言,俾多幾塊西瓜會更好價錢方面: 我們一共3個女仔,around $168/per person價格略貴,好似唔多值,不過同一班朋友嚟食個飯都ok嘅!不過就唔好expect會有咩驚喜。 continue reading
