前幾日喺太子食完晚飯兜個圈,先知運動場道、花園街嗰邊原來有咁多餐廳!星期六去旺角行完街,就決定行去太子嗰邊開餐,少人啲,選擇又多啲😉。行下行下就見到有間餐廳好靚咁喎,時間尚早仲有位,就一於試下。餐廳面積都幾細,所以一到晚上七點幾就坐滿人。環境富有藝術風格🎨,掛咗唔少畫,而且用咗人工植物作裝飾,讓人身處花花世界。同時,連餐枱都用上青花瓷磚,好靚。我同朋友各自點咗道主菜同飲品,再加一份小食Share。唔好睇佢個碟細細,其實份量都幾多下,因為裝食物個位置較深👍。白酒忌廉煮青口Mussels in Cream Sauce($98),呢份小食除咗青口外,仲配有沙律菜。白酒忌廉汁真係勁惹味,而且用咗Rosemary所以特別香,我朋友直頭用匙羹刮嚟食🤤。牛油汁蜆肉自家製蝦米意大利粉Clams Butter Sauce with Homemade Dried Shrimp Spaghetti($138),呢碟意粉個造型同想像中唔同,無論隻色定意粉粗幼都好特別😚,面頭仲鋪咗大量櫻花蝦定蝦皮?賣相即刻加分。意粉比較粗身同圓身,食落口感有啲似油麵🙈,爽爽地,幾得意。我哋估呢個意粉可能係餐廳手打,因為無喺其他地方食過,而且我仲聽到廚房好似傳來啲打麵團嘅聲?至於個汁,質感較為杰身,食落都幾鮮味,唔錯;不過食到尾段有些少膩。日本帶子黑松露雜菌意大利飯Scallops and Mushroom Risotto with Black Truffle($145),呢個飯先聲奪人嘅係面頭啲芝士碎,望見已經流哂口水,再者上面仲有兩隻大大粒帶子😍。帶子頗鮮味,夠厚身,應該係刺身級別。意大利飯濕潤度拿捏得好好,味道又夠濃郁。我最欣賞係個飯落咗好多黑松露、菇菇同瓜,感覺好似有啲菜,健康啲🥦。意大利飯食落比意粉更飽肚,啱哂男仔。我同朋友一人叫咗一杯梳打,黑加侖子薄荷熱情果梳打Soda with Black Currant, Mint & Passion Fruit($43)以及粉紅石榴香檸檬梳打Soda with Pink Guava & Bergamot($43)。兩杯都大大杯,不太甜,解渴,唔錯啊。最重要係唔會有好人工嘅水果糖漿味🍎🍊🍋!本身仲諗住試埋呢度嘅甜品,但估唔到已經咁飽了,唯有下次先食啦😆!總括嚟講,依間位於太子嘅藝術風格意式小餐館幾唔錯,食物出品有水準,環境又幾好。價錢就唔算平,建議透過訂枱App Book會有折,抵啲可以食多道菜🍽,有機會都會想再嚟試下!最後,餐廳係撐香港人嘅小店啊💛。 continue reading

太子其實都有不少離大街較遠,但又高質Cafe - Hami Harmony便是其中一間了。店內以不少精緻的擺設,配上壁畫、花朵作點綴,營造了一個童話世界。下單前,當然要睇睇當日的特別推介啦。玫瑰拿鐵 / 榛子拿鐵 - $38 拿鐵味道細緻幼滑,泡沫輕盈,且甜度適中,非常易入口,為這一餐打開了序幕。白酒忌廉煮青口 - $98白酒配忌廉煮青口果然係無得輸既配搭,滿滿的忌廉汁掛滿在青口上,加入白酒更顯其香味。青口肉質不韌、且無渣,做到一啖一口,沾上醬汁後,絕對會令人食到唔停唔到口!BBQ汁雞翼 - $58BBQ雞翼中醬汁掛滿在雞翼上,咬起來香口又惹味。日本帶子黑松露什菌意大利飯 - $145帶子看起來較細小,但其肉質彈牙、嫩口鮮甜,抵讚。而米飯軟硬程度適中,外軟內韌,配合起黑松露、什菌的味道,吃起來很Creamy,味道更有層次。童話中,跟你享用這溫馨的晚餐多好。😘 continue reading

又一間旺角一帶好味舒服既黃店!今日晚上喺太子附近買嘢,於是搵個地方落腳食飯。我哋理大比較多酒吧,但係行過一條街就發現有間好靚嘅餐廳,叫做Hami Harmony, 仲要係黃店嚟㗎,梗係即刻入去食~餐廳環境好多花,仲有啲畫,啲枱面仲有啲瓷磚咁樣,我覺得個環境好靚~真係都幾多選擇,二人餐都好吸引,今次我哋就叫咗個黑松露意大利飯仲有櫻花蝦意大利粉,仲叫咗個忌廉煮青口做前菜,仲有兩杯嘢飲。首先嚟嘅係黑松露醬忌廉意大利飯,勁!好!味!應該係我喺香港試過數一數二咁好味嘅黑松露意大利飯,呢隻味真係未到好立體,所有調味都啱啱好,非常惹味,米粒嘅質地都好啱心水,非常推薦!隻帶子都好大隻,好味!櫻花蝦意大利麵其實佢係餐枱上面叫蝦米意大利麵,因為覺得呢個配搭好特別,於是就叫咗黎試吓。第一下有啲驚訝,因為唔係好似意大利麵,食落都真係唔似,口感比較硬,不過只要你唔當佢係意粉咁樣食嘅話,其實就冇咩問題。呢碟嘅調味都好出色,鹹鹹地有少少胡椒既辣辣地,雖然我鍾意另一碟多啲,但係呢碟都幾惹味~嘢飲都幾驚喜,因為我呢杯朱古力唔係就咁用粉沖出嚟,佢係有寫明係法國嘅朱古力豆,飲落相信係即磨,真係感覺到陣朱古力豆嘅香味,呢款朱古力豆係帶啲酸味嘅,唔似平時飲開嘅朱古力咁樣主要係甜味,味道都幾特別,鍾意食黑朱古力既會鐘意~杯咖啡都幾好味,我平時唔飲咖啡嘅,但係呢杯hazelnut latte飲落好似咖啡糖嘅味,好易入口~個白酒忌廉煮青口都好好味,啲青口好滑好軟身,絕對唔係鞋sapsap果種,個調味都非常出色,有少少嘅酒味吊起個味,食極唔停,好好味!呢餐加埋食左$500左右,又飽又滿足嘅一餐! continue reading

和朋友一直也很支持小店,朋友推介了位於太子既一間小清新cafe,位置方便都幾近巴士站。係附近shopping 完就黎食個dinner !八點左右cafe唔算多人,裝修簡潔幾文青feel,岩灑我們年青人呢!不是太餓,我們order了二個main course, 一份小食share一齊食!個飲品味道好清新甜甜的好夏天的感覺。哈蜜瓜菠蘿疏打熱情果菠蘿疏打黑松露薯條剛炸起熱騰騰端出來,薯條金黃色,炸得酥脆加埋個黑松露沙律醬很香口野味😋黑松露帶子意大利飯帶子大大粒同鮮甜而個飯幾creamy,面層舖了滿滿的芝士碎,黑松露味幾夠濃帶有香草及黑椒味道,很配合這個意大利飯,美味!開邊虎蝦配鮮茄寬麵個人很喜歡這道菜,虎蝦煎得微蕉幾爽口帶蒜香,店主介紹了這個寬麵是他們自家製的,口感煙韌很配合濃郁既蕃茄同芝士味道,個人十分推介呢!Cafe 食物都幾多選擇而且味道唔錯,價錢唔貴仲有lunch n dinner set, 下次會再幫襯呢間小店! continue reading

今日早咗少少收工,咁我就約埋我㗎好朋友一齊去呢一間比較充滿著優雅嘅餐廳度食晚飯,因為其實呢間餐廳我覺得幾靚, 同埋幾可愛幾適合女士們去, 咁我覺得坐嘅位置亦都幾比較舒服比較優雅,適合朋友喺度食晚飯同埋傾下偈,咁我哋就叫咗以下食品:白酒忌廉煮青口: 我覺得幾適合餸白酒嚟食, 青口都幾鮮甜 ,同埋我鍾意食一啲creamy嘅菜式, 另外佢煮個汁都幾好食。 所以我覺得作為餐前小食,呢個菜式適合我。日本帶子黑松露雜菌意大利飯: 呢個意大利飯真係合我心意,因為頭先我都講我鍾意食一啲creamy嘅餸菜,呢一個意大利飯就正合我意,因為佢夠曬creamy,而且個帶子都煎得唔錯,再加埋佢啲蘑菇亦都落足料,所以如果大家肚餓嘅話,呢一個意大利飯應該都夠食。 啱一啲唔係太鍾意食肉類嘅朋友。牛油汁蜆肉自家製蝦米意大利粉: 呢一個意粉我覺得都幾好食,因為佢個意大利粉好似用咗麥製造, 所以我自己覺得食起上嚟就比較健康, 以佢個醬亦都幾香,另外亦落左好多蝦米 所以食落去鮮甜之餘,亦都有好濃烈嘅蝦米和蜆肉嘅香味,呢一個意粉令我覺得好驚喜。 鍾意食意粉嘅朋友點可以錯過。最後我同朋友飲埋我嗰個Mocha&鮮果士多啤梨梳打, 呢一間餐廳啲嘢飲亦都係令我覺得驚喜, 因為兩杯嘢調教得好好 ,所以如果大家食完飯嘅話都可以試下叫返杯嘢飲。 另外因為其實呢一間餐廳 啲座位唔係太多所以如果有興趣嘅朋友不妨早啲去到攞定位先, 咁就very good。 continue reading
