尖沙咀出名多好野食,今日就黎試日本餐廳。八海山今期慶祝開業23年,日本清酒做緊3小時任飲,甘一定要黎嘆下啦! 今次揀左七田,係日本飲個時已經覺得佢夠清易入口,一杯接一杯任飲真係爽。 前菜叫左刺身沙律,份量好大,面頭有大量刺身,包括有三文魚,帶子,魷魚,蟹籽,郁魚等,好豐富。隻汁清新提鮮,認真不錯。 帶子牛油燒,一份有4隻大帶子,因為汁燒上菜時好香。食落牛油黑椒味好出,配合啖啖肉既帶子,推薦! 牛肉薯餅-薯餅炸得外皮香脆,入面既薯蓉牛肉好滑。配有兩款醬,一甜一咸,唔錯。 清酒煮蜆-依個係居酒屋必點,依度水準唔錯,蜆肉仲好鮮嫩。 牛肉烏冬-意猶未盡既我又叫左個烏冬,簡單得黎都好好味。 整體黎講水準唔錯,今期既清酒任飲真係值回票價,下次會叫埋班朋友黎飲個夠! continue reading
