身爲客家人既我,居然從來都未試過出去食客家菜。難得過黎長沙灣,經過呢間叫客家人既客家菜館,就食埋飯先走。趁午市未完食個早啲又平啲嘅晚餐先。午市做好多款套餐,又有各式炒粉麵飯,西式扒餐飯,常餐,特餐,秘製湯飯皇,小炒餐,蒸煮餐,有啲似茶餐廳,不過多啲蒸炒選擇。午市套餐小炒類 $60今餐想食多啲菜,所以揀左呢個午市套餐小炒類。可以喺十三款肉同十八款菜隨意配搭各一,好有彈性。包住家靚湯,白飯同熱飲。轉凍飲或汽水加$3。我哋揀左通菜同鮮牛肉。住家靚湯(跟餐)先黎兩碗住家靚湯。真係勁住家feel,係蓮藕紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,足料之餘味道好清又冇味精,正!通菜炒鮮牛肉鮮牛肉有六塊,加埋唔少通菜,冬菇,秀珍菇,西芹同少少辣椒加蒜蓉一齊炒,味道好夠,唔算太油,如果啲牛肉片嫩啲就更好啦。跟餐嗰碗白飯成座山咁。西式紅酒燴牛尾 $68見到呢個午市推廣嘅廚師推介,即刻叫黎試試先。西式紅酒燴牛尾超大兜,有六舊牛尾,好有咬口,骨膠原重,唔係炆到好腍嗰啲,要咬,但係好多肉同筋食,味道方面非常重紅酒味。其他配料有勁多稔甜紅蘿蔔,青紅燈籠椒,洋蔥,蔬菜量好豐富。個汁同牛尾一樣,都係極重紅酒味。跟西式紅酒燴牛尾有一大碟白飯。天氣實在係太熱,見到兩杯季節冰特飲又忍唔住一人一杯升級。紅豆涼粉冰 跟餐加$12紅豆涼粉冰下底一大pat紅豆蓉,配唔甜嘅梛奶好夾,用粗身飲管都飲到紅豆蓉。涼粉份量好多,我第一次食涼粉配紅豆呢個組合,都ok喎。紅豆菠蘿冰 跟餐加$12紅豆菠蘿冰好大杯。杯底好多菠蘿粒,上面一大pat紅豆蓉同碎冰,好多野食。而糖水唔會過甜。雖然菠蘿同紅豆感覺唔多夾,不過清甜嘅菠蘿令成杯野飲冇咁滯。啲餸好住家feel,感覺算健康。餐廳好大,座位舒適,枱同枱之間幾闊落,令人食得安心。 continue reading

性價比超高嘅客家人😙😙😙平日出街食野唔係日本野就西餐 今次心血來潮想食d中餐呢度既午市套餐好抵食 60幾蚊有嘢飲有湯😋而且大大份 味道仲唔錯添好食過好多酒樓😎.🎈梅菜扣肉飯 ($60)係肥仔最愛嘅梅菜扣肉飯😍一啖一肥膏😍呢d工夫菜真係越來越少地方有得食 就算有得食味道都麻麻呢個價錢原本以為會碟頭飯咁上 點知佢好貼心咁用一個碗分開另上 唔會浸到好似湯飯咁😋扣肉燜到好淋 做到入口即化既感覺而且仲非常入味 但又唔會過咸🤤最有誠意嘅地方係除咗梅菜之外 底下仲有啲菜心唔會搞到成件事太油膩 又唔會搞到啲肉壓哂喺底每塊肉都係厚切 真係好滿足😋😋.🎈菠蘿生炒骨 ($60)生炒骨到到都有 但就唔係到到都整得好食🥲一上台到咁大份就覺得好抵食 加加埋埋都有十舊咁上下 分分鐘仲多過出面一碟小菜咕嚕肉用料唔錯 啖啖肉 唔會淨係得舊骨🤣炸既火候都好好做到外脆內軟 炸粉厚度適中個甜酸汁亦做得唔錯 甜酸味道平衝 有少少醋香味 唔會好似有d茶餐廳咁 求其搵生粉水開個汁 但係冇味既.🎈總括而言價錢唔貴但食得好滿足😋除左份量足料 味道都好有誠意可以話係一間臥虎藏龍嘅餐廳👏唯一缺點就係離地鐵站都有少少距離不過絕對係一間會回頭嘅餐廳🤤 continue reading

在附近唱完ktv已經晚上七點了,順路來了樓下的客家人餐廳,openrice點評還比較好,所以才相信餐廳的味道。沒想到一進來服務員就推薦烤魚,三分鐘就上來了,肯定不是新鮮的魚。椒鹽九肚魚也非常不新鮮,軟綿綿的還有一股臭味,和以前在其他煲仔飯店和海鮮餐廳吃到的味道不一樣。招牌菜梅菜扣肉只有薄薄幾塊肉,只有很少的梅菜,下面居然墊著青菜,是梅菜很貴嗎???海鮮炒飯是唯一正常的主食,但居然收了128蚊,麻麻地吧。最後送了綠豆沙糖水,可以說是今晚MVP了。 continue reading

未試過食三樣嘢都咁差。以為個名叫客家人就會好食,點知真係好難食!!!個冰梅骨嚟到,簡直顛覆咗我對冰梅骨嘅概念,類似將食燒鵝嗰啲酸梅醬撈埋硬到好似石頭咁嘅豬骨整出嚟,用大牙出盡九牛二虎之力都扯唔開啲肉。個鹽焗雞諗住係客家菜就冇死啦,嚟到見到個樣係黑色嘅,勁似阿媽隔夜嗰啲雞,食落口都有浸雪藏味,啲雞又斬到九唔搭八,難食。仲有嗰個蒜蓉粉絲蒸茄子,啲蒜蓉好似唔使錢咁樣倒晒落去,啲茄子走油走到成個碟都係油。 continue reading

星期六晚飯時間去到,只有两三枱客人,覺得奇怪,因為網上食評唔錯,所以專門來吃。四個人叫了半隻咸雞,客家豆腐,椒絲腐乳通菜和咸莱豬肚湯。咸雞的肉質太淋,客家豆腐不正宗,豆腐沒有煎過,是白豆腐釀些豬肉,通莱是黑黑的,腐乳都未炒匀舖在通菜表面。湯是較好的,豬肚很淋。但餸菜真的失望,而且價格又不是很便宜。性價比全無。我哥哥因為想試他的鬼馬魚腸,所以第二晚又再去光顧,但他的評語是很難吃,机會已给他两次,我以後都不會再光顧了。 continue reading
