To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Causeway Bay 多左好多拉麵店,今次叫了一碗很特別的拉麵因為係時令推薦,叫「混麵」,是以一堆配料,當中有生蛋,不同既菜等等,加上一個觸特既汁,好好味呀,食落層層口感好豐富,濃味適中,仲有蛋香味,一流。很適合我係熱天唔想食熱湯底又想食拉麵既最好選擇值得食不過雖然有個免費加大個麵既promotion,但對我來說加大左只是岩岩好。想象唔到正常會有幾多麵。服務方面就一般啦,有服務員帶D沈沈黑黑的態度,可以留意下。 continue reading

小編對一風堂既感覺一向都比對x蘭的好,因為可能感覺上一風堂無禁濫or high class D,就算去到日本,一風堂既拉麵都好似比一蘭的好食。不過講返香港,今日食銅鑼灣呢間既一風堂,佢碗拉麵係唔差既,都好有日本既感覺,我諗都係可以滿足到鐘意食拉麵既朋友,但佢既小食就真係比較一般。** 特製赤丸新味 $88** 名古屋風雞翼 $38呢個雞翼本身對佢既期望都幾高,因為雞翼其實都比較難會唔好食,不過佢呢個就做得好油,出面層炸粉厚,第一啖食落去油膩之餘又厚粉,感覺已經唔太舒服。而味道就只係得出面塊皮有濃厚既頭油醬油味,肉入面係無味既。其實都心諗,可能名古屋雞翼係禁既呢,不過禁岩小編同一位禁岩去完名古屋旅行既朋友去食。。。。聽佢講完。。就知了😂 continue reading

星期三放工, 不免會有點失落,畢竟還有兩天才放假, 因此走到銅鑼灣chill 一下, before chill, 先去食個拉麵打底! 銅鑼灣限定?見到就想試試佢! 畢竟價錢都合理,隻生蛋黃又幾吸引。好!拉麵一到,係有少少失望,湯底較為油膩,看到一些油脂浮在表面,因為咁樣,知道係豬骨湯底,係上麵之前,先於碗中放油脂,有提鮮之作用,所以湯內有濃濃的甜味,但豬肉入口較乾, 而令人期待的蛋黃 混和拉麵一齊入口,令拉麵更滑,蛋香味更濃郁。拉麵而外,最為令我期待就是呢一杯茶,不同的拉麵店都會有些不同,而今次呢杯,入口清甜,更可去除油膩感,不經不覺都飲了一壺 continue reading

呢度都唔易搵呀 雖然係時代對面,但因為棟大廈門口show個招牌好細,差d睇過龍👀👀上到去十二點半,無咩人,即刻可以入座👯但係座自閉位,姐係對牆嘅位😅叫左一碗一風堂辣肉味噌拉麵(中辣,超硬麵)🍜一碗雞醬油拉麵(正常硬度)🍜加杯菠蘿梳打🍹先到辣肉味噌拉麵,店員好細心提供圍裙💕👍枱上有芽菜、生蒜、芝麻,可以按自己口味再調校味道😊一著麵連湯試第一啖,幾香,但麵度唔夠硬,明明叫左超硬🤔因為叫左中辣,辣味掩蓋湯嘅味道,可惜😣塊豬肉幾好食,好鬆化😋😋😋雞醬油拉麵係另一種拉麵,透透地明,粗小小,更加有咬口👍🏻相比味噌拉麵,呢碗相對較清,但味道個人認為好食d嘅😋有三塊雞肉,應該係雞胸肉黎,就無咩特別😝菠蘿梳打就無咩菠蘿味,但都幾好味😂整體黎講,野食唔算好好好味,算係不過不失😛😛但服務就好好👍🏻😊 continue reading

五周年海老豚骨拉麵🍜豚骨湯配濃厚龍蝦湯特製海老豚骨湯再以蝦子和蝦粉製成麵底非常濃郁的蝦湯,食到😋😋脷$88價錢合理而且座位舒適,服務週到。只是有射燈照住,越食越熱😅驚喜之作,竟然是鰻魚石頭鍋飯連石鍋上,熱辣辣,香噴噴。鰻魚很淋,鰻魚汁很多,以這作結,非常滿足。 continue reading
