蔥頭醬油鷄嘅肉質好嫩滑,醬油嘅味道唔會好鹹!
養生藜麥浸水芥嘅嘅芥菜無咗苦澀味,味道都幾清甜!
臘味糯米飯都算乾身,但臘味嘅份量唔算太多!
農家粗糧糕嘅粗糧係燕麥,質感真係比較「粗嚡」,但都幾鬆軟!
另外我們單點咗個雙冬羊腩煲嘅羊腩好腍好入味,

客家好棧最近推出左啲新菜式,價錢好抵,好似呢個豬軟骨煲甘,只係$38渣。
剛剛煮起,上枱時個湯仲十分滾動, 平時食既都係濃味既汁煮豬軟骨,今次見到豬軟骨白雪雪甘有種光脫脫(!?)落左妝既感覺,看起來像是平時的煲湯豬肉。
吃起來感到有點失望,口感跟軟淋的扣肉相反,結實煙韌,個軟骨幾乎咬唔爛,進食得好辛苦,味道小小咸。湯底是以咸菜蘿蔔滾出來的,有小小奶白色,亦有上湯的味道。不過咸菜超咸,蘿蔔還可以,無渣,入味但不死咸。

能夠在屋企樓下吃到好味的梅菜扣肉,確實感到幸福。但撇除食物質素,服務態度真的頗為惡劣,追加一個白飯叫左三轉服務人員才有,你推我我推你。梅菜扣肉的大碗餸汁處處,又油又濕,希望店家改善。

星期日Family Day,茶樓總是人山人海,坐滿一家大細,共聚天倫之樂。點心來來去去都是那數十款,沒有什麼特別。食物價錢都算合理,照片時間:食物普遍偏鹹,味精較多,吃完了很口渴,要不停喝水。如果不是為了遷就老人家,應該沒有下次了。

假期最後一天的中餐,和家人係黃大仙中心飲茶。點左7樣菜,點極第八樣的飯都無,叫左3樣都無,叫咩無咩令家人相當生氣。在這期間,七樣點心都來了,味道也很一般,有些不好味,例如薑汁糕沒有彈性,很粉,軟林林,有點難吃。鳳爪太咸,叉燒包沒開口,蝦餃皮太厚。可是茶很香純倒是不錯,馬拉糕卷甜甜一小個,也不錯。

杏仁茶: 一如其他稻香集團布售的杏仁茶, 價錢雖然便宜, 但明顯是用杏仁粉加水開的. 杏仁味道很淡之外, 當中還有不少結成一粒粒的粉粒, 大大影響口感!

服務方面, 侍應偏少, 而且也是馬馬虎虎的, 召喚加水或其他的都要等很久時間. 食物水準也是令人搖頭, 如果與之前的添好運相比, 除了服務都是同樣惡劣外, 食物的水準相差太遠, 這間連屋村酒樓也及不上! 所以, 排隊人龍與食店質素絕對有關係, 次還是選要排隊的好了...

星期日應邀到客家好棧飲下午茶桌面沒桌布之餘地上也不整潔油油的地板使人失去品茗的雅致這裡氣氛熱鬧得有點過份和同桌對面的家人說話也要喊出來才聽到點心不好吃馬拉糕是淺黃色的雞蛋糕鮮竹卷的餡料很奇怪味道像放了很久的鯪魚肉腸粉的皮像一層含有膠質的薄膜是彈牙而咬不斷的薄膜整個氛圍令人感到不舒服只想快快埋單離開那是一個很糟糕的飲茶經驗

腸粉的皮像一層含有膠質的薄膜
是彈牙而咬不斷的薄膜
整個氛圍令人感到不舒服
只想快快埋單離開
那是一個很糟糕的飲茶經驗

星期五晚同女友去左黃大仙附近探人, 夜晚去呢度睇下有咩食, 上openrice見到有呢間, 一於試試!到達時大約係晚上八點幾, 門口都企滿人, 心諗有排等, 好大可能要轉地方, 點知一攞左票, 等一陣就有位, 仲要係卡位, 不過當晚可能係做節的關係, 成間店都係人, 都幾嘈, 不過地方都仲係幾乾淨, 而且侍應又跟得幾貼, 又有禮貌, 真係要讚我地叫左------------------->五香牛展 - 牛展都幾腍, 幾入味, 好香的五香味, 腌得好好味, 份量又夠! $28抵食!豆豉鯪魚炒油蜜菜 - 菜好新鮮, 爽口, 炒得好夠火喉, 不過 豆豉鯪魚就少左D........秘汁煎釀豆腐 - 個汁少少咸好香好惹味, 豆腐個面都煎得好脆, 而裡面仲係好滑, 不過釀果舊肉就細到呢------->一毫子都大過佢!砵仔蒸飯 - 又煮得好好WOR, 一粒粒的飯, 唔似好多食店落得太多水!呢個品牌的食店一向都係抵食而味道不錯的!

晚飯就食過幾次喇, 飲茶都係第一次兩個人坐既台, 其實比四個人坐都得, 所以坐得幾舒服, 台面又可以放多d野食先黎雲吞, 皮簿餡靚, 而且面頭既蒜蓉整得夠香雞絲粉皮夠麻香, 粉皮夠滑, 不過雞肉既份量少左dd三色腸粉, 呢個真係岩哂想試哂咁多款腸粉既人, 牛肉腸, 叉燒腸 & 蝦腸各一, 三款都好足料, 最好食係叉燒腸沙薑豬肚就麻麻了, 冇咩沙薑味雞扎夠足料, 魚肚索哂雞肉d汁, 好好食最正係糯米飯, 整得唔油, 夠乾身, 仲有好香既腊味味菠蘿包唔會太甜, 個皮又夠脆 唔錯最緊要係價錢唔貴, 唔怪得成日都咁多人排隊

難得可以和媽子午餐, 於是去客家好棧飲茶, 兩個人, 三籠點心.此茶樓水準一向中等, 我本人至愛燒賣, 大大粒蝦很爽口, 吃得開懷!鳳爪就一般, 咸了點, 不太出色.媽子今天點了一樣平時少吃的糯米飯, 想搞搞新意思.上枱時見用一個盅盛著, 用湯匙一淘, 嚇呆了, 盅底的糯米飯全部是油浸的.最後, 我們唯有隔一輪油, 勉強吃了幾口...

當日5人同行到客家好棧飲茶,嘩!真抵食,自問本人一向要求高,叫左大部份野食都好好,鮮蝦腐皮卷~ 好食,牛肉~好食,鳳爪~非常入味,好好食,三色腸粉~好滑,炸雲吞~好脆,燒賣,好味道,叉燒包~麻麻地,鼓油皇炒麵,星期四特價超扺$28,福建炒飯都只係$58咋,埋單只係$190,唔駛加一同茶介,真係又好食又抵呀!
