點了$160的亂切牛排,塊板凍嘅令到啲牛扒唔熟!話係自助沙律吧,但女侍應望了我一眼,之後就話不會再提供粟米及青瓜真係無語!羅宋湯淡而無味!我對牛極健失望,以後並不會再幫襯!

【自煮石板牛體驗】自助石燒牛扒!肉控可試「亂切牛」驚喜彈牙,鰻魚正常惹味這間自助形式的石板牛扒餐廳,也算高性價比與DIY趣味性吸引不少食肉獸。從點餐到烹調全程自助,適合追求自由度與飽足感的食客!餐廳採用半自助模式,門口設自助點餐機,可選擇牛肩排、封門柳、亂切牛等部位,另有鰻魚、雞扒等非牛選擇。付款後員工送餐,自己可到自助區無限添食日式牛肉湯、沙律吧與米飯。裝潢走簡約風,座位間距適中肉類實測:亂切牛驚喜勝封門柳*這次點了兩款牛肉與鰻魚餐: 1. 封門柳(300g) 肉質未如預期軟嫩,雖帶炭烤香氣,但纖維較粗,需仔細咀嚼。建議切成小塊並控制石板溫度,避免過熟影響口感。 2. 亂切牛(300g)> ,唔知自己食緊邊款牛 混搭不同部位的牛肉,內裡保持粉嫩多汁。肉味濃郁且油脂分布均勻,沾上蒜蓉燒汁更提鮮,滿足感十足。 3. 鰻魚 鰻魚鋪於熱石上,邊緣微焦帶脆皮,提醒不要放在石板上太耐,否則鰻魚皮會燒燶如果突然想食牛,又唔想自己煮呢間餐廳可以一試。

白飯/羅宋湯任飲任食,大吃男士最岩,食幾多飯添幾次湯都可以,沙拉菜任食。喜歡牛舌($60 左右連任食白飯+羅宋湯+沙拉),及牛肩扒($80 左右連任食白飯+羅宋湯+沙拉),羅宋湯牛肉味勁重,放好多邊角料牛肉,所以好飲!

經過這店很多次,但都不見多人,今天就來試試。6:30進來,全場冇人,有點伏的感覺。店員很主動推介,選了肉眼和牛舌。飯、湯、前菜、醬料自助。牛扒連鐵板上,肉的質素出奇的好,店內環境整潔,店員主動服務,食物質素很好,不明白為何人不多。兩個人,二百多元据個扒,抵到爛👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
