聽朋友說這家店好像只能維持一段不長的時間之後會轉成Oyster Bar可惜了因為在下不愛食蠣所以也襯今天下課了去食一餐時間大概是晚上9:00街上行人不多附近酒吧也沒幾隻貓仔是太早還是太晚了?店內這一刻在下包場了感覺還滿寬敞的同事廚房應有有3,4位侍應3個大概25座位放那麼多人也就是說平常應該也是很忙的在下有幸包場今天要好好享受餐點即叫即做所以需幾分鐘等待等待中看到店子裡頭一塊特大的旗印上了牛脷大輔從天花到地面氣勢十足點了一份華味雞定食仄分秋葵和燒茄子🍆實不相瞞眼觀是很失望的雞雞好像燒得有點焦了雞肉沒了彈性(理所當然那是雪藏的)豆腐上的和風芝麻醬有點太濃呃的確是有點失望但食下去其實沒那麼差啊對在下而言是不過不失(在下要求高)最驚喜的是味噌湯裡也有牛一喝下去就是重重的牛味還有三兩件肉在內愛牛的人必要來另外燒茄子🍆也是原條剩燒沒任何汁醬添加上碟時只有木魚花和䓤粒喜歡清淡的我很喜歡 continue reading

早個幾月前食的。 汁燒牛脷飯有牛脷湯 同 配菜 汁燒牛脷, 正。 有日本feel, 一片片上,厚度剛好, 口感一流。 期望中既咬口。 跟埋大蔥, 好好送飯。 牛脷湯 入面既係牛脷粒, 口感係腍身既。 都Ok 呀。 食左幾錢 唔太記得, 好似百拎蚊個set, 加左支梳打水,同叫左杯梅酒,價錢都唔記得,冇印象既黎講就應該唔太貴掛,自制梅酒梳打, 哈哈。 呢間專做牛脷既店,我鍾意濃味同照燒汁。 會返食。 P.s. 其實之後 先後有兩次晚上10點幾特登返去想再食, 但開門時間應該改左? 但明明第一次食果陣已經11點。 希望下次經開再去有得食。 continue reading

開左一段時間都好想試 同同事早幾日食lunch就話不如試下呢間啦!一行三人 其中一個人個餐等左九個字都仲未到,我自己個餐都食完啦,再問個侍應佢先話漏左落單(三個人一齊落單 都可以漏單 間鋪唔係好大 當日客人亦都唔係好多😑)個牛舌偏乾 味道ok 不過味道始終同日本無得比 鋪頭入面有日本人做侍應開頭我仲有點期待😔然後侍應主動:「唔好意思阿漏單我地送返個小食比你丫」咁我地揀左吉列炸牛脷 然後碟野一黎到 我同同事對望忍笑有無人可以話比我聽呢幾舊咩黎!?完全無用filter 實物真係咁黑 仲要好硬 我地一人食左一舊就食唔到落去....... 唉 如果無心整既不如你唔好整算啦。最後每人around 90蚊,咁既質素好唔抵,已經好耐無打食評☹️食完呢間真係忍唔住😂一試難忘😎 continue reading

未入門口已經在猶豫要不要改變主意,因為一個客人都沒有....就算係平日晚上6:30也不至於吧...但因為好想食牛舌所以還是進去了叫了照燒牛舌飯,$138。牛舌即叫即燒,飯上有生蔥,太辣吃不到,牛舌十分軟腍,可是沒有牛肉味,不說還不知道自己在吃牛,基本上係靠照燒汁撈飯。牛舌湯味道略濃,湯內也是有生蔥,生蔥味蓋過了湯味。2款前菜漬物,一款是醋青紅椒,味道是不錯的,奈何不喜歡青紅椒的味道,另一款是醃旺菜,酸酸咸咸的味道,不太喜歡。總的來說是失望的,放題的牛舌的牛味也比這間重。P.S. 吃完飯7點,只多了一枱客人。 continue reading
