午餐同朋友黎「牛繁」食日式燒肉,估唔到可以慢慢燒,慢慢嘆,因為多數午市都做定食,較少會開燒俾客人燒。呢度環境乾淨又寛闊,而且燒完個身無油煙味,非常讚。服務勤快又有禮,燒得舒服,食得開心。有8款肉類款式選擇,雞、豬、牛都有,其中牛肉種類有數款揀,包前菜的醃菠菜及芽菜、牛骨蛋花湯、日本珍珠米飯、烏龍茶/檸檬茶或水,仲可以加錢要果味梳打或啤酒,最後追加甜品雪糕。而飯可以再升級為溫泉蛋飯或烏冬之類,也可追加燒肉種類,非常豐富。元氣牛小排牛小排都好厚身,用鹽醃可食到原有味道,呢款要燒耐少少,肉質嫩帶點咬口,無筋好易食,燒肉都好保留到肉汁,牛味濃郁。元氣牛五花牛五花較薄,好快燒熟,肥美有牛脂香,入口多肉汁同非常嫩彈,而且好有燒肉香味。大崎蟹柳沙律蟹柳份量都多,椰菜好爽脆,沙律醬份量較多。前菜的芽菜同菠菜都醃得夠入味,仲有麻油香,好開胃又爽口。牛骨蛋花湯味道偏咸,較少牛骨味,但有蘿白、冬菇、蛋花……配料多,口感豐富,顏色又靚。菠蘿梳打 和 蜜桃梳打 都好冰涼好清爽,前者酸甜味會重d,後者有桃味好香甜,份量仲幾大杯,好抵飲。草莓雪糕 和 牛乳雪糕 都好凍硬,要d時間先溶到黎食,不過雪糕質感幾滑,草莓清甜,牛乳特濃又香滑。 continue reading

天氣涼左,已經食左幾日火鍋,食到有d悶😔,心血來潮唸起燒肉,行到荃灣西海之戀,知道有間新開嘅燒肉店,心動就不如行動,食左先講。睇完一輪menu, 都唔知叫咩好,因為樣樣都想食,而且太多選擇,又係選擇困難症嘅出現😑,之後店員介紹2人set,牛有4款,豬有2款,已經足夠2人食用😎😎今次選擇左呢間,堅無伏,入到店唔會太大陣味,而且入店前,店員會全身消毒先,等食客食得安心,好貼心🥰🥰特上雪箱牛五花🐄~雖然雪箱,本人好怕好油好油膩,但呢個食落,唔會過油,入口好軟身特上牛胸腹肉~有少少口,但唔會太硬,好有牛味蔥燒中落牛助肉~全條上,份量多木屐骨間牛助肉~呢個意外好食,開頭以為肉粒偏差,但呢個好有驚喜豬五花(柚子胡椒)~望落好肥,但食落唔會太油,可能加左柚子胡椒汁,減油膩,好正,好爽口豬梅花(鹽醬)~偏瘦肉多,但食落唔會好硬,而且2款豬都好幾整塊,份量相當多和風波菜~香濃麻油味👍🏿👍🏿唔會話淋泡菜~日式泡菜,味道唔會太濃和風蕃茄🍅~份量好多,成個蕃茄咁🤣好新鮮大崎蟹柳沙律🥗~減油膩感,一啖接一啖整體相當好,食物品質高,而且店員有禮貌,值得一讚,食過就上癮😎😎 continue reading
