又到星期六唔煮飯的日子,今次揀了日式燒肉作午餐。尖沙咀一帶有很多選擇,午餐時段要搵一間比較抵食的小店,於是揀了「牛繁」。此店來自日本,分店主要集中在東京都,都外分店就分布在神奈川、千葉、埼玉及山梨周邊四個縣;海外分店暫時拓展至越南、美國及香港,數量亦只有幾間,規模比不上「牛角」。裝修風格唔似「牛角」,反而諗起「Futago HK 大阪燒肉」。環境同樣比較擠迫,裝修風格同樣比較庶民,但就勝在營造了一種熱鬧的環境;不難想像餐廳坐滿客人時的熱鬧喧嘩氣氛。同樣採用迷你版煤氣明火烤爐,這款燒肉烤爐充滿日本庶民燒肉店風味,唔知係唔係日本進口。一如其他燒肉店,每枱設有抽風系統;但這個透明圓罩實在有點誇張,雖然加強了抽油煙效率、有效制止油煙擴散,但就影響客人燒烤過程,要放一件肉在烤爐上也有點困難。一心諗住食午市套餐,原來週末沒有供應,只好單點。餐牌內的單點燒肉價錢唔算貴,同「牛角」及「Futago HK」差不多同一個級數。唔同烤肉有唔同調味配搭,共有六款口味:鹽醬、汁燒、柚子胡椒、香草醬、味噌及辛味噌 ;其中幾款全店最貴的燒肉又提供代客燒烤服務,感覺同「Futago HK」如出一轍。真係食唔出嚴選櫻姬雞腿肉($78)同其他日式燒肉店的雞腿肉有什麼不同,雖然名稱特別,但又唔似係九州地雞那種結實爽彈有嚼勁的質感。入口有雞味、肉質軟腍,應該只係普通雞腿肉,但可能係日本進口?揀了「牛繁」名物之一的薄切特上鹽香牛舌($98),以為係簡單用海鹽調味,點知真係有鹽又有醬。牛舌切得很薄,每面只需烤大概半分鐘左右。烤好一面,反轉,再放下少許蔥花;本來夾着蔥花吃烤牛舌應該很好味,偏偏牛舌切得太細塊,對摺之後,蔥花都散落在烤爐上。雖然少了蔥花,但牛舌很爽口彈牙,好食。和牛板腱有厚切薄切兩種選擇,揀了薄切,貪其有生雞蛋黃。極上和牛板腱配月見汁($178)一客兩片,選用澳洲M9和牛,難怪佈滿油花;雖然及不上日本和牛的細密均勻分布,但賣相仍然相當吸引。睇英文翻譯,原來板腱即是 Misuji。忽然諗起之前食高級日本燒肉,都有相同部位,但就會進一步將前後附近的牛肉部位再進一步細分成不同稱謂。講返呢一件澳洲M9和牛板腱(Misuji),兩面各烤5秒左右,五成熟剛剛好。蘸一點雞蛋黃及醬油,入口軟滑、有油花香氣,但未至於入口即溶;有肉香、但未夠濃郁。上一次在某高級日本燒肉店食的那一件 Misuji(ミスジ)仍然印象深刻,眼前這一件的味道及油花細密度當然比不上,但以性價比而論已相當好 ⋯⋯ 同一個價錢只能食到一片同樣大小的日本和牛。敗筆之處反而在於月見汁,和牛板腱已用醬油稍作調味,配生雞蛋黃已綽綽有餘,根本不用再額外添加燒肉醬汁,掩蓋雞蛋黃香之餘,味道亦變得太鹹。另一款「牛繁」名物壼漬牛肋條($108)可說是抵食之選,分量多,一壼有兩條。牛肋肉肉質纖維密度較高,需要較長燒烤時間;由於用了醬油浸漬,很容易就將四面烤至略見焦香;然後剪成細細塊,再烤烤切口位置即成。肉味濃郁,雖然脂肪較少,但肉質亦相當柔軟;咬落鬆軟、有咬口,但又唔會咀嚼不爛。鍾情烤肉香、牛肉味濃的絕不能錯過牛肋肉。同「牛角」屬同一個級數的大眾化日式燒肉店,「牛繁」味道就較為出色,亦更有大眾化燒肉店的熱鬧氣氛。如果要揀同一類型的燒肉店,「Futago HK」出名難訂枱,以後多了一個選擇。 continue reading

這家日本人氣燒肉店,網上評價它價廉物美,物有所值。所以放假晚上去尖沙咀試吓,如果揸車好難搵位,附近錶位好full ,泊美麗華廣場也要等位,行幾分鐘過嚟,燒肉店非常之多人滿坐,好彩我一早訂了位,如果唔係一定無位,坐位都算適中唔算好迫,環境ok ,店員服務都好,重點是牛肉的品質也很好,每碟都好滿意,價格方面都親民,一家四口食咗$1200,唔算貴,但抽風系統就不太好,成間鋪都好大浸燒肉煙味,有待改善。下次還會再來! continue reading

Asked us to change our booking time on a Friday otherwise they will have to cancel us. Only gave us one day notice even though we pre-booked a week ahead.Also claimed that we couldn’t redeem complementary desserts since they closed our bill already. WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. continue reading

之前其都試過食牛繁嘅lunch覺得唔錯就翻兜不過今次星期日去食體驗好唔同三週年佢有限定set叫咗佢$528個餐有牛肋條、蔥燒中落牛肋肉、特上牛五花、特上牛胸腹肉、蔥燒鹽香薄切牛舌另外經openrice訂位6點半前可以優惠價加一塊肉眼牛扒呢個餐好抵食啱曬食肉獸~~而且佢樣樣牛肉都唔錯賣飛佛係牛舌啦~落單後所有食物極速送到好快手不過要彈下佢嘅抽風系統當日6點半入座一開頭都覺得冇咩嘢不過到7、8點左右就嚟料成間鋪頭都煙霧瀰漫煙住我隻眼咁嚟燒後尾頂唔順,快快手食完俾錢埋單 continue reading

原本興高采烈收工諗住餐好飯,諗住搵間食日式燒肉架啦,經過見到就入咗去,8.50分入去食冇人招呼。。。 有枱但唔入得去坐,叫嘢食冇人理,加單咩都冇,焗要嗌貴野。。。最尾5分鐘先話要閂舖,又冇提早15分鐘提醒。。。直接行過黎同我哋講收錢last order 跟住我哋諗住勁趕咁擺晒啲嘢落去燒啦,燒到最尾嗰個,但都燒唔切,一夠鐘就熄電冇火員工掛住抹枱執嘢,趕收工。。。完全冇服務食物質素尙可,食左$1000但食到一肚氣 continue reading
