To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 基本係包迷你沙律,有比較多既日式芝麻醬🙈仲有昆布湯,同埋可以無料追加既牛角飯,係已經落左有紫菜、蔥花、燒肉醬汁,個人覺得濃得黎少鹹,所以同另一個餐既白飯撈埋一齊幾好😌最後有飲品☕️講返主打既燒肉,依舊叫左鹽燒,鹹度比起之前有改善,微鹹調味岩好🤔牛肋肉入口較為韌,肩脊肉同腹胸肉相對之下算係軟腍一點,肉味亦都香濃些許🐮薄身牛舌尚算正常,最大問題係厚燒牛舌,莫講話吞,係韌到咬都咬唔開,本身都以為咁岩一舊係咁諗住就咁食第二舊算,點知第二舊都係咁,唔知係咪太早到既關係比之前嗰日剩低唔太新鮮既我定點🤪反應過後佢換左兩舊新既黎,淨係睇樣都知差好好多級,爽口得多,即刻係7.5/10🤤返歸睇返原來以往都有人對呢個Set F有同感就係咩都韌,下次都係叫其他餐😬

夫君喜歡吃這裏的丹麥雞胸肉,所以揀咗「燒肉C 餐」,有丹麥雞胸肉和皇冠豚扒。但包子喜歡食牛角飯,所以就選擇左「特選牛五品燒肉盛合」,因普通燒肉餐只跟白飯。😬呢個combination 就可以食齊牛、豬、雞。😉😉
每個餐都會包飯(任添)沙侓,海帶湯及飲品。

牛魔王必點,有齊5種部位既牛,包括腹胸肉,肩脊肉,牛舌,厚切牛舌及牛助肉。牛既紋路好靚,油脂分佈平均,每款牛都好有牛味,算腍不韌。最推介呢度嘅牛角飯,雖然只是比白飯多了紫菜,蔥花以及燒肉醬汁,但是簡單的配料和燒肉一起吃就已十分美味。😋😋

這款雞胸肉不像其他店一般不鞋而且很嫩囗,夫君最欣賞!豬扒今次燒得過了火,所以有點韌!
$200有找埋單,價錢合理。美中不足,如果肉既份量再多少少會更好!😬😬
牛角特選牛5品燒肉盛合,有牛肋肉、肩脊肉、牛舌、厚燒牛舌、腹胸肉。雖話一分錢一分貨,兩者只差$20,但牛角特選牛5品燒肉盛中,除牛舌是薄切所以燒完吃都唔覺靱,其他都很韌,尤其厚燒牛舌,簡直花很多牙力才能𡁻得開。
牛肋肉4品燒肉盛合,有牛肋肉、骨付牛肋肉、上級牛肋肉、網燒一口牛。牛肋肉4品燒肉盛合,雖只得4種,可份量也不少於5品。這盤肉燒後吃就明顯有肉味和軟腍,這套肉好食好多。
包迷你沙律,有粟米、洋蔥絲、沙律菜配日式芝麻醬。
昆布湯,有少許鹹味的清湯而已。
牛角飯,用中型湯碗盛,將醬汁和大量紫菜混和飯來吃已經很美味。
飲品選擇也多,連活乳酸梳打都有。選柚子茶和無糖可樂

我地一人叫左一份燒肉套餐,另外將跟餐白飯升級做香蔥溫泉玉子飯。
肉既份量冇想像中多,但係都夠食既,我地揀左牛舌、牛肋骨、豬頸肉,牛舌配辣汁好正!
香蔥溫泉玉子飯竟然好食到令我忍唔住追加左一次,好香紫菜同蔥味,仲有撈埋溫泉玉子,真係回味無窮
仲有全餐七折,又好食又抵食,一定會再去!
