今日同朋友去德福睇戲,睇完戲就去咗淘大商場搵嘢食,嗰邊又多嘢食性價比又高😙今次就俾我哋發現咗一間出名食釜飯嘅餐廳🍴見到佢哋做主打唔同嘅鰻魚,我哋決定咗一陣間入去食!佢哋嘅特色招牌釜飯,即係日本人嘅煲仔飯,佢哋就係加高湯,唔似我哋會加豉油。試咗個人氣第一嘅汁燒牛肉釜飯同埋必食嘅鰻魚飯,鰻魚飯就有不同選擇,我哋就點左金魂好似平時食開有燒汁的鰻魚!金魂(蒲燒)鰻魚飯 $88鰻魚飯會配搭餐廳自己秘制嘅鰻魚汁,鋪在金黃色的鰻魚上,令到整個飯嘅味覺層次提高了,令到不知不覺就食曬d飯!鰻魚都好肥美且份量都多,都好香口好快就食曬😙汁燒牛肉釜 $68牛肉飯都係份量十足,而且除咗牛肉仲有其他配菜,有半隻半熟温泉蛋、蟲草菇同埋粟米仔,夾埋牛肉汁同飯都好豐富,我覺得CP值高之選!除了兩個飯仲叫咗兩個小食,分別係吉列牛舌同埋博多餃子🥟第一次食吉列牛舌都覺得好新奇,炸粉嘅皮唔會好厚,有時又唔會真係好乾!食日本餐廳都好鍾意叫餃子嚟食,都係煎到個皮好脆口,但係內裏嘅餡料依然好Juice👍🏻👍🏻餐廳都幾多人,如果想食飯就預咗去或者可以訂定位,鍾意食鰻魚嘅朋友就要試吓佢哋嘅鰻魚飯!如果鍾意食湯飯都可以加錢叫佢哋加高湯! continue reading

平時係淘大真係會直行直過完美地skip左依間,因為門面唔算特別吸引好blingbling。但原來佢入遲咗openrice熱店大賞,店內環境空間比想像中大好多,而且裝修最加分!又揮春又poster又大頭公仔吊飾🐸🐷釜飯係日本人嘅煲仔飯,但比較味淡因為用高湯而唔係我哋甘加醬油,menu仲有其他款式例如花魚豬扒牛肉雞脾扒釜飯。🐷小提示:午市1200-1430 下午茶1430-1630下午茶價錢平好多但份量同樣好大,香港食鰻魚飯本身吾平但依度算貼地,如果再嫌鬼可以考慮食下午茶😳一坐低就會奉上每人一碗麵豉湯同一小碟大豆芽,似唔辣泡菜汁撈大豆芽、唔太鹹熱辣辣好舒服嘅麵豉湯🥰,仲會附送埋飲品!👓金魂 午市$98 下午茶$78餐廳招牌嘅鰻魚飯!加入鰹魚湯底以高壓蒸煮,所以個飯底有清香味而唔係齋白飯,而且用咗日本米愛知縣越光米,圓粒粒咬口分明。飯底其實都幾大兜,應該有一碗半份量。鰻魚真係有手掌咁大塊,同埋魚肉好厚身,都彈牙,唔太多骨冇腥味。鰻魚唔太明顯炭燒香味,反而比較重燒汁甜味,似汁燒鰻魚,鰻魚來自店主自設鰻魚養殖場,所以肥大肉厚👓串燒玉子 $28/2件誤會咗係玉子燒,因為佢係冇餡料嘅甜蛋,味道偏甜,質感偏實身雖然係大舊食完會好飽肚,所以有少許單調,如果有餡料會開心啲!👓吉列紫薯餅 $38/2件如果好紫薯的話你會覺得都幾好食,似炸薯餅咁沾上炸粉外層係香脆可口唔油膩,餡料係紫薯蓉,味道都偏甜。相比下好食過玉子! continue reading

生日飯決定食淘大呢間日式釜飯餐廳。晚上7點半要排大約15分鐘。很愛食鰻魚飯和玉子燒的我,當然要叫呢兩樣菜。另外,屋企人仲叫左其他的三味菜。1.鰻魚(金魂)(特)( $88)鰻魚肥美,醬汁亦十分好味,如果你不太喜歡甜醬油可以叫其他釜飯試。2.汁燒牛肉釜( $68)牛肉不會太硬,而且咬落JUICY3.黑松露玉子燒($18/串)玉子燒燒得剛剛好,個人覺得黑松露有點槍去玉子燒的蛋味,但都好味道😋4.鹽燒牛舌( $38)不喜歡吃牛舌的我讓家人試味,他們表示味道OK,但佢地覺得唔太值得$38。5.日式炸雞($48)炸雞一般,有點乾身。6.香賓葡萄梳打一間CP值高的日式釜飯餐廳😋很愛食鰻魚飯的我,暫時覺得呢度又抵食,又肥美。鰻魚飯及釜飯均值得推薦。 continue reading
