Didn’t get to try the wanchai GFL when it was still in wanchai. Now it already moved to the Murray and the old one already changed their name! Had too much expectations of this place so was a bit of disappointment 😶. But look at these AMAAAZEBALLSSS🏀🏀. One of the best deep fried sesame balls I had! It’s so big that they needed to cut it up for us! The eel was nice too but others were average. 🤷🏻‍♂️~600 pp for dinner. ~350 pp for lunch.

,但心覺五星級酒店中菜廳應該唔會冇校對,所以亦不敢提出異議。)叉燒餐包賣相金黃,可惜包皮過厚,不單唔似墨西哥包咁鬆巧,又唔似蒸叉燒包咁軟熟,盡管叉燒餡有多甜美都難以補救包身o既缺憾,價錢就酒店級,質素就。。。

週六中午家人一心為參觀新開o既五星級酒店「The Murray」而光顧酒店中菜廳「國福樓」,真係冇諗到會如此失望!餐店狹窄得唔夠大方得體,未食已印象分大減,十二人飲茶試咗成三十二款點心燒味,埋單要成五千多元,當中大部份菜式質素仲要流流地,個人覺得絕對唔值,即使服務再好都難以說服客人要黎幫襯,美食天堂有咁多好野食,XO仔一定唔會返轉頭囉

今日一班兄弟姐妹同媽咪慶祝母親節, 媽咪係加拿大番黎,住係Murray The Nicolas Hotel. 番到黎緊係想食廣東菜.原來國福樓係Murray開左.聽聞都貴.但一年得一次母親節, 媽咪又甘遠番黎.就去試吓. 一早訂左枱,好快就坐低.餐廳環境唔錯,地方好闊落,如果日頭黎都應該好舒服.因為餐廳設計有好多自然光入到黎. 經理非常親切為我地介紹了幾道菜式. 杏汁杏仁白菜豬肺湯,老火湯好甜,而且加了杏汁更加潤.媽咪都話好. 頭抽新鮮南非鮑魚,口感豐富. 砵酒牛脷牛尾好香濃. 上湯杞子浸菠菜苗, 菠菜苗食落好嫩, 上湯味道可以食到金華火腿.到甜品,經理推介燈影煎堆, 嘩!好大個好圓,大過我拳頭. 煎堆好薄身,呢個無介紹錯,好好食. 發覺佢地係食物買相方面冇好花心思去裝飾,好似屋企餸,但食物味道就非常之唔錯. 媽咪緊係食得好開心喇.

國福樓這家中環新店,裝潢風格比舊灣仔鋪顯然不一樣,檔次明顯提高了!食物質素方面,亦保持以往的水準。今次吃了七日鮮,鮑魚炆花膠及鹹切鷄。七日鮮這種魚是貴在罕有,勝在新鮮。這種樣貌像撻沙魚,味道卻是較為鮮味及肉質嫩但有咬口。鮑魚和花膠這種上等材料,在這裏吃多數不會失手,果然是沒有令人失望!剩下的鮑魚汁也不想浪費,完全有衝動想叫碗白飯撈汁!鹹切雞十分惹味,雖然肉略嫌有點不夠滑,但尚可接受。總括來說食物質素能保持一貫高水平!

七日鮮這種魚是貴在罕有,勝在新鮮。這種樣貌像撻沙魚,味道卻是較為鮮味及肉質嫩但有咬口。

鮑魚和花膠這種上等材料,在這裏吃多數不會失手,果然是沒有令人失望!剩下的鮑魚汁也不想浪費,完全有衝動想叫碗白飯撈汁!

鹹切雞十分惹味,雖然肉略嫌有點不夠滑,但尚可接受。

總括來說食物質素能保持一貫高水平!

新環境今日同朋友去試吓。係金鐘行過去都唔係好遠。第一個感覺同之前好唔同。Modern 好多之前皇悅比較traditional。一上去見到環境設計好有氣派。仲有2隻好可愛熊貓。 叫了幾款點心,同佢出名國福荷葉飯。食物保持到一貫水準。好味!可惜得我同朋友去食叫唔到好多款。見到另一枱點左個鮑魚酥,鮑魚都好大隻下次一定要試。整體環境靚左,裝修有氣派,空間感十足,我覺得唔錯。下次再同多幾個朋友去食晚飯。

上星期同朋友去試試呢間係美利酒店新開既中餐 個人係香港有不少好食既中菜 精緻又美味 所以對呢間自稱六星級酒店既中菜 有一定既期待 但最後非常之失望😞我地一入到去 見到d staff 全部都係阿姐 同平時酒樓既阿姐無咩大分別 呢個跟平時星級中菜既高級待應好吾同個刻以為自己去左酒樓食物方面 我地見到個餐牌 其實d菜式同平時酒樓既無咩大分別 但價錢就貴左五六倍 揀左好耐都吾知揀咩好 但咁可能係名一樣 但期待好好食呢?我地就揀左燒味拼盤 叉燒同燒肉 講真 呢個水準真係茶餐廳 記得個價錢係 300蚊 之後揀左燕窩釀竹笙 好似每位300幾 但得一條竹笙就兩條拌菜 味道真係無咩特別 好失望然後仲揀左依麵同菠蘿炒豬肉 仲有一個菜全部既水準只係酒樓水準 食材都只係用普通野 無黑毛豬 兩位埋單要差不多2500 總括泥講 呢餐係失望極致既一餐中菜!吾會再去

之後揀左燕窩釀竹笙 好似每位300幾 但得一條竹笙就兩條拌菜
味道真係無咩特別 好失望

然後仲揀左依麵同菠蘿炒豬肉 仲有一個菜

全部既水準只係酒樓水準 食材都只係用普通野 無黑毛豬
兩位埋單要差不多2500

總括泥講 呢餐係失望極致既一餐中菜!
吾會再去
