另外我頗喜歡店家個辣椒油,佢地話係祖傳DIY用十幾款材料整出黎,我用黎配合撈粗牛腩簡直無得頂,辣度出色但唔會停留好耐,大家一定要試!!

今日去咗灣仔動漫展,完咗之後同朋友去左修頓附近食飯,發現咗呢間港式粉麵店,聽聞係已經傳承咗50多年嚟嘅味道。我哋簡簡單單叫咗一個坑腩四寶撈粗同埋湯河,除咗牛腩之外,有齊魚蛋、魚片、牛丸、雲吞。魚蛋魚片爽口彈牙,魚片更是標榜每日新鮮炸好,真材實料,食落真係同出邊唔同,更有魚香味。牛丸牛腩亦都十分出色,牛丸彈牙有咬口,牛切腩炆得好入味,口感外爽內軟,亦都有整整五塊,十分滿足。雲吞都好大粒足料。對比湯河,撈粗麵吸收晒豉油嘅甜香,配上爽彈嘅麵條,個人更加欣賞。另外朋友係「多士控」,我哋帶齊餐廳兩款唔同嘅多士,分別係鮮油奶多士同埋西多士。多士配上鮮牛油同埋煉奶,加倍邪惡;西多士炸得香脆,配上滿滿嘅糖漿,幸福感倍增。另外我哋都嗌咗蠔油時菜,一杯雜果賓治,同埋一杯忌廉紅豆冰,亦都十分不錯。總括而言,呢間粉麵店性價比高,食物質素不錯,值得推薦。

前幾日我同朋友行完街,累到腳都唔掂,決定搵間茶餐廳食個下午茶。入到去,我即刻點咗杯熱奶茶,啖啖滑,唔會太甜,真係好適合呢個時候。我仲叫咗碗河粉,裡面有牛腩、魚蛋同魚片頭。牛腩好入味,肉質唔韌,咬落去正正好;魚蛋就彈牙,整體湯底都幾鮮甜,飲落去心情都好好。魚片頭意外地好味,鮮嫩唔油膩,配埋河粉一齊食,味道幾搭。食完之後,覺得整個下午都充滿能量,真係好滿足。坐喺茶餐廳,環境輕鬆,朋友一齊吹水,真係唔錯。

前幾日我同朋友行完街,累到腳都唔掂,決定搵間茶餐廳食個下午茶。入到去,我即刻點咗杯熱奶茶,啖啖滑,唔會太甜,真係好適合呢個時候。

我仲叫咗碗河粉,裡面有牛腩、魚蛋同魚片頭。牛腩好入味,肉質唔韌,咬落去正正好;魚蛋就彈牙,整體湯底都幾鮮甜,飲落去心情都好好。

魚片頭意外地好味,鮮嫩唔油膩,配埋河粉一齊食,味道幾搭。食完之後,覺得整個下午都充滿能量,真係好滿足。坐喺茶餐廳,環境輕鬆,朋友一齊吹水,真係唔錯。

My friend ordered the French Toast. Topped with butter, the thick toast had a crispy exterior and soft interior. It was hotly-served, smelled aromatic and looked attractive with its golden appearance. Adding the golden syrup enhanced its sweetness.
