朋友係「安利大排檔」嘅粉絲,每次去東大街都會食返碗切腩撈粗。今日相約灣仔午膳,第一時間醒起大王東街呢間「廣麪子」。據知餐廳係筲箕灣「安利」開設嘅副線,店內裝潢簡約,年輕時尚。餐牌跟老店大同小異,招牌魚蛋魚片、切腩、炸魚皮、厚西多等,全部都可以喺呢度搵到。我哋點咗👇切腩雙拼撈粗 ($64)  切腩肥瘦度啱啱好,肉質軟腍,入口完全唔韌;魚片每日新鮮炸,片頭很有彈性,充滿魚肉嘅鮮味。麵條爽彈,加入秘製豉油及麻油撈勻,非常惹味,絕對係 no.1 人氣之選!.另外呢碗淨清湯沙腩 ($190)  水準亦一流,湯底味道好清甜,入口沒有絲毫味精。沙腩厚度十足,大大件,肉質腍滑又唔黏牙,食落牛味好濃郁。酥炸魚皮 ($26) 魚皮用上黃鱔皮每日新鮮即炸,入口脆卜卜,用嚟浸湯食啱晒。鮮奶油多士 ($16)  牛油夾喺剛剛烘起嘅厚切多士內,再沾上一層煉奶,入口外脆內鬆軟,香口又美味。西多士 ($28)  西多好厚身,外表呈金黃色,上檯時仍熱辣辣,面層放咗一塊牛油,吃起來香氣十足,再淋上糖漿,簡直係完美配搭。食完仲可以慢慢嘆埋杯香滑嘅熱奶茶 (+$8)  先走,非常寫意。今餐食得好滿足,食物真材實料,麵食保留咗傳統 50 年嘅味道,連辣椒油都係用祖傳秘方,選用十多款材料自家炮製,點魚蛋或片頭食,有辣勁又有辣香。 continue reading

今次專誠慕名而來因為聽朋友介紹有間開業50年麵店重點係朋友推薦話好好食尤其係切腩必食! 切腩雙拼麵第一次嚟每款餸都覺得好吸引咁 為咗試依度切腩而嚟當然就要嗌佢啦仲加埋牛丸之後聽到每枱都會叫切腩超香啖啖肉牛丸好爽口有彈性兩種牛都有好香濃牛味 加埋店舖祖傳自家製辣椒油辣椒油用十多款材料炮製超級香又惹味加落麵度之後令麵成個層次都提升咗 酥炸魚皮 店既魚皮、魚片日日新鮮炸今次一個人食唔到太多所以只叫住魚皮先不愧為新鮮炸魚皮超酥脆就好似薯片咁就算浸完湯都依然脆口好好味 蠔油菜 有菜心同生菜揀菜好鮮甜蠔油都比得好「蠔」氣! 仲加咗特飲(+$18就有)忌廉朱古力 朱古力味好濃忌廉好香甜軟滑但兩者溝埋又唔會太甜好膩超級推薦!!! 職員都好好人  continue reading

廣麪子筲箕灣「安利」開設的副線,在灣仔返工的我當然要一試,而灣仔店的餐牌和老店差不多切腩魚片撈粗 $64 一上檯見到個粗面撈到色水好靚,有光澤之餘又條條都上色,而切腩的肥瘦好均勻,肉質好軟,又不會鞋口,牛味香濃。另外,魚片香口,味道很好同行朋加點了一個三拼 $54魚蛋,墨丸和雲吞三拼,丸類彈牙而且味道濃郁,雲吞的蝦也是很大隻清湯沙腩 $190沙腩是有筋膜及脂肪包住的,肉汁香甜,配上湯底味道好清甜,入口一點油膩感也沒有。而且沙腩份量很多,每件也大大件,牛味好濃,味道品質絕對配得起個價錢。廣麪子📍灣仔大王東街2-4號安興大廈地舖 continue reading
