圖中米黃綠色較扁身果隻就係Pistachio味啦,入口細滑,無冰粒,口感做得唔錯
,而且當用隻匙羮"筆"出黎果陣,D雪糕係有拉絲效果嫁


但係,最震撼既,唔係口感,而係佢既味道同層次
當你放入口頭1,2秒,你會覺得「車!都冇咩特別者,成$59蚊賣到咁貴,得淡淡輕盈既開心果味,好似比人呃左咁
」,但賴生望一望屈小姐對水汪汪既大眼,突然由一雙明月變做一雙彎月,又展露出佢食到佢滿意既幸福笑容,賴生就知道呢杯雪糕應該殊不簡單,賴生就將佢吞落去,咁就出事啦
,開心果既味道隨住吞嚥後既秒數逐步上升,就好似由1級颱風警告訊號,慢慢上到3號,上8號,9號,然後上到10號!颶風級既開心果味係口入面肆虐!十級正
,佢果種慢慢湧上黎既層次好正
!最後,要講講屈小姐既Comment :「點解我食雪糕會覺得熱氣?好似食左好多開心果咁,呢杯雪糕究竟落左幾多開心果?係食得多先會覺得熱氣架麻~~~」,語畢,隨之而黎既,係第2口開心果雪糕既進攻


2)Coconut 椰子味(左):5⭐️


圖中白色,高D果隻就係椰子味啦,係賴生揀嫁
同樣地,有拉絲效果
放入口之後,又係滿滿濃濃既椰子味,不過佢就冇味道既層次,入口到收尾,都同樣係咁重椰子味,佢椰子味既濃度又同飲緊純椰汁將近無異!

不過Grom係唔會令你失望既,椰子雪糕係帶椰子肉粒同椰絲嫁!令雪糕充滿粒粒口感
同時又比你知道,真係用椰子整既




最後,賴生同屈小姐都要投訴!點解個雪糕杯已經咁細杯,都仲托高左0.3cm嫁
,咪食少左囉


投訴完畢,我地決定左下次黎食杯medium,3隻味補番數

Gelato 及 sorbet 的定價都幾進取,較那家「H」字頭的美國品牌還要貴一些,又分成五個大小:Kids ($39)、Small ($59)、Medium ($69)、Large ($79)、Extra Large ($99)。除了 gelato 及 sorbet,還有其他衍生甜品,affogato (expresso 加 gelato)、ghiacciolo (果汁冰棒)、granita siciliana (類似思樂冰?未食過唔肯定),甚至 milkshake,當然唔係普通奶昔,而是採用進口有機牛奶混和 gelato 的高質素 milkshake。

Limone ghiacciolo 呈現非常淡的黃白色,與坊間平價檸檬冰條的鮮黃色截然不同,引證了不添加任何色素的品牌宗旨。選用產自意大利西西里島 Suracusa 的優質檸檬榨取的果汁,冰棒充滿天然檸檬清香及酸味,並沒有那種人造的假檸檬酸甜味。雖然這枝冰棒一點都不便宜,但又似乎貴得幾有道理。

幫襯「Grom」,無理由唔食 gelato。Gelato 同一般雪糕 ice-cream 的分别在於乳脂含量較低、糖份含量較高;而且又用了較低的攪拌速度進行凝固,避免混入過多空氣,所以 gelato 較一般雪糕的密度更高,口感因此更加細滑、也更黏口。

要了一杯 Gelato Small ($59)。本來可以揀兩個味道,但小公主兩母女太鍾意朱古力雪糕,結果兩款口味都揀了 Cioccolato Extranoir。唔知點解,睇外表好似是兩殼不同口味的 gelato,顏色都有幾明顯的分別,但食落去又的確是同一個口味。

選用來自南美厄瓜多爾的可可豆,gelato 內當然不會缺少細細粒的朱古力碎。朱古力味超級香濃,而且甜度不算高。口感的確十分幼滑,每一啖都非常充實,基本上品嚐不出空氣、水份,一丁點的冰沙也沒有,與普通雪糕是兩種截然不同的口感,有點黏著口腔,但又不覺得糊稠。

Matcha - Pistachio - Candied chestnut

Very sticky and milky gelato, which isn't on the smooth side but definitely rich in flavour:
Matcha🍵 on the slightly bitter side of the green tea flavour, which meets my preference. I like the rich tea flavour which fills your mouth refreshingly.

Pistachio🍦 is nicely nutty. It is the real taste of pistachio instead of those artificial flavouring. One of the best pistachio gelato that I have had.

and last but not least the special flavour of the month - Candied chestnut🌰 - honey sweetened but not overly done with a slightly roasted taste! Unlike eating real chestnuts, this won't leave you with itchy throat. This flavour is really special and unique with creativity.

One of the most expensive icecream that I have had, but also one of the best! Since it is not just ordinary icecream but lower-fat content gelato, I would still recommend sweet teeth to try!

作為雪糕控,一見到有意大利gelato新店進駐香港市場,當然又忍不住去試!第一次食選了雙球,價錢要$59有點貴,不過租得IFC鋪位,再加上標榜不含任何化學添加劑,於意大利生產工場製造,再將雪糕漿運來香港每日新鮮製造,食過就明白原來價錢與質素也成正比。雪糕質感相當綿密幼滑,空氣含量少,吃入口感覺很實在,質地濃稠略帶黏性,溶化速度亦較慢。招牌貨CREMA DI GROM內含朱古力粒和曲奇碎,令口感層次更加豐富,甜度剛剛好,不會過甜。我覺得最好味的是這款dark chocolate,微苦朱古力味極之濃郁,有著細緻香醇的美味。

It comes in a small cup, both are very smooth and creamy, whilst the taste is definitely refined. In addition, GROM has lately figured out a lactose and fat free treats – ghiaccioli, which is basically a 100% natural fruit popsicles made with mineral water.
