長輩於飯局中提起「君悅酒店」間意大利餐廳「Grissini」水準幾高,見到個個聽到流哂口水,二話不說即擇日兼訂埋位請肥肥家族一試,實在太客氣啦!據悉,網上訂座必先預繳訂金,$500/位,唔可以取消,改期亦有限制,十分嚴謹。五星級酒店大堂延伸至升降機到餐廳嘅樓底都一樣咁高,氣派十足。用餐大堂空間感足,開揚通爽,六人被安排入座落地玻璃窗旁,雖則係雨天都可欣賞到維港嘅景色。餐桌上嘅枱布、餐具、餐巾同餐牌全部都白雪雪,感覺好乾淨衛生。意英混合嘅餐牌未必人人識睇,幸好年輕嘅服務生極之有耐性,面對問題多多嘅薯爺都樂意一一解答。其中五道菜廚師節令套餐($1,080/位)一定要全枱人點;席上有兩隻雀仔肚,自然冇資格點。主人家乃「Club at the Hyatt」會員,除咗可享折扣優惠之外,持券亦可同時於餐廳飲用指定紅酒。Auntie專登點咗名牌香檳俾一向唔飲紅酒嘅XO仔,係咪好有心呢?!點好菜,迅即有餐店以其起名嘅Grissini麵包條食,暖手嘅包品酥脆鬆化,塗點牛油更覺芳香,正到未上頭盤已經食哂咁多條,美味程度不言而喻!哥哥仔見大家咁肚餓,仲快速地俾多份大家享用,細心周到得很!40+ month aged S.
