近期辛勞工作過後,很想好好的款待自己,試了想試一段時間但從未試過的Greyhound Cafe。Greyhound Cafe於網上得之是泰國時裝品牌,於曼谷商場一邊販賣時裝服飾,另一邊就開設cafe。[招牌椰子千層蛋糕,$78]椰子千層蛋糕據說是餐廳招牌菜,蛋糕望上去有十層左右,中間夾上椰子碎片,插上三片小鹿餅乾,上面又再灑上椰子碎及糖霜,很有聖誕氣息。餅皮夠薄,忌廉香滑,質感既輕且軟,層次分明,入口 creamy。 continue reading

Greyhound Cafe於很多年前往曼谷視為必食名店,很記得初次光顧時,試了著名的脆炸單骨雞翼,小小乾乾的,但酥脆多汁,印象深刻。餐廳分店於Popcorn開了一段時間,比起初開店時,少了長長的人龍,可以靜靜的好好欣賞室內時尚的設計。餐廳以黑色為主調,配以白線繪畫的幽默漫畫,時尚形格。餐牌選擇很多,一時之間不知從何入手,幸好有廚師精選,選了幾款一試。招牌脆炸單骨雞翼雞中翼切半成單骨雞翼,方便食用。雞翼以魚露醃製,並採用生炸方式,外型雖然細細的但酥脆熱辣。鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵意粉經鮮甜墨汁包圍下,每一口都嘗盡鮮味,魷魚大蝦及帶子鮮甜彈牙。整個意粉因青胡椒粒關係而微辣,很香濃惹味。招牌椰子千層蛋糕千層蛋糕以鮮忌廉均勻塗於每一層,夾上鮮椰子碎,味道鮮甜得很,蛋糕入口即溶,忌廉輕軟幼滑。 continue reading

今晚收工想食泰國菜,知道屋企附近有呢間Greyhound,係食啲fusion野,好耐未食過,就約左個朋友一齊去。<Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls> ($98)米紙卷係我食泰國野時必食既食物,呢度米紙卷入面有蝦、雞,口感清爽,用生菜同薄荷葉包起,再點啲酸酸地既汁,感覺非常開胃。<Light Tom Yum Soup> ($128)雖然話係light,但係對我黎講飲落都係非常香濃,帶有少少酸辣。入面有大大隻大頭蝦,好厚肉。仲有幾粒薄薄既雲吞仔,作為開胃餐湯好唔錯。<Phad Thai with Fresh Prawns> ($138)金邊粉都係我食泰國菜必點。最鍾意花生同麻醬味。呢度呢份仲帶有少少辣味,同我平時食開偏甜既有少少唔同。面頭既蝦都幾大隻,爽口彈牙。<Spaghetti Cha Cha Cha> ($148)黑色既意粉好特別,用上花椒一齊煮個汁,呢味都比較辣,面頭有帶子同鮮蝦。<Fruity Shaky Yogurt> ($62)我叫左呢個有多款水果包括香蕉、橙、香蕉、菠蘿等等打成既乳酪,甜度啱啱好,係來自水果既自然甜。水含量都控制得唔錯,唔會太結。<Passion Fashion> ($62)朋友呢個係熱情果做底,青檸同薄荷調味既清新飲品。<Thai Coffee Crepe Cake> ($78)早聽過呢度既千層蛋糕係必食。我地就算食到飽飽地都係照叫左兩個。我係個咖啡控,當然選擇咖啡。上面有三塊鹿型既餅,另跟cream。咖啡味濃,無令我失望。<Green Tea Crepe Cake> ($78)朋友呢個綠茶味好似抵食啲,每層中間夾有脆粒同紅豆,口感豐富仲有綠茶朱古力係旁邊。一樣跟cream。性價比高。今晚勁飽,都見識到泰菜fusion,同埋食到美味千層蛋糕,好滿足。 continue reading

星期日去咗西貢行山,大約行到下午4點幾就喺將軍澳大大小小商場行吓。行到咁上下就要醫肚喇。因為晚飯時間尚早,所以餐廳都唔多人,唔駛等位。兩個人叫咗兩個前菜,兩個主菜,兩款甜品,其實諗翻都覺得過份,好在早上做運動有消耗到。頭盤先嚟一碟泰式三文魚薄片,叫嘅時候無想像過係咩味,以為只係一般沙律前菜咁,泰式呢個只係得個名。估唔到食落驚喜喎!所謂泰式原來係類似食泰式生蝦嘅醬汁,微酸少辣,配上三文魚食都係第一次,都幾特別,幾惹味。另一前菜係冬蔭公配意大利雲呑,一大由於我自己鐘意濃味嘅,呢碗冬蔭公湯味道就略為淡咗少少。至於雲呑的的骰骰,勝在唔會食唔落之後嘅主菜。主菜分別叫咗蟹肉黃咖哩飯同鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵。蟹肉黃咖哩飯顏色好搶眼,擺上枱無耐已經急不及待要去試吓佢。同平時嘅咖哩有d唔同,呢個係比較杰身,用嚟撈飯真係一流嘅!黃咖哩唔辣,反而有淡淡嘅蛋香,配上蟹肉,完全無搶去蟹肉嘅鮮味。另一道主菜鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵,帶子係珍寶size,就算煮熟咗,直徑都有一個乒乓波咁大!蝦亦都肉質夠結實而且彈牙,非常唔錯!墨魚汁麵比一般意粉味道較濃,配上簡單海鮮已經幾好味,呢個食落去有少少辣辣哋,都幾正架!最後兩個甜品分別係招牌椰子千層蛋糕同埋芒果糯米飯。椰子千層蛋龍有粒粒椰子肉,椰香味十足,真係不愧為招牌貨!至於芒果糯米飯更加無需介紹,去泰國餐廳必食嘅甜品,永無失敗啦! continue reading

在將軍澳放工後,約了朋友去食一間泰國fusion 菜。餐廳以黑白色為調,而且座位十分之多。還有一個bar枱。點了一個越式蝦雞肉紙米卷$98。一個冬陰公配意大利雲吞$128。鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵$148,鮮蝦炒金邊粉$138,泰式咖啡千層蛋糕$78,綠茶千層蛋糕$78。而飲品就叫了passion yoghurt$62。 同fruity shaky yoghurt $62。越式蝦雞肉紙米卷$98紙米卷外層很薄,而內層很飽滿。有很多雞肉同一隻大蝦。蝦仁🍤爽脆,沾水泰式醬汁更為可口。冬陰公配意大利雲吞$128冬陰公酸辣,辣味十分。很重香料的味道。不過真係太辣所以飲了很少。這是偏辣的冬陰公,而雲吞吸收了冬陰公湯變得十分野味。鮮蝦炒金邊粉$138金邊粉份量很多,除了甜味外,辣味更為突出。鍾意食辣的人會越食越開胃,因為辣辣的香料湧上了味蕾。配菜蝦仁🍤都很爽脆。鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵$158意大利麵較為硬身,而帶子鮮甜可口。滿滿的蝦子配意大利麵,增加了咬口。不過麵汁偏辣,還用了辣的香料,麵汁同麵條不太夾。綠茶千層蛋糕$78超濃綠茶味。而且千層糕每層皮厚度都是一樣的薄,而內層cream 絕對不膩。在cream中間還夾雜了紅豆等餡料,十分有口感。泰式咖啡千層蛋糕$78咖啡味偏甜,咖啡的香很濃密,不過甜冰都分好,沒有咖啡太濃的苦澀。passion $62同fruity shaky yoghurt$62passion yoghurt味道比較濃,感覺有多種果汁混合而成。fruity shaky yoghurt就較順滑。整體不錯,但價錢偏貴。 continue reading
