記得上次到過中環IFC的Greyhound Cafe,令我對其Fusion泰菜印象深刻,今日要到太古工作,所以順道可於餐廳太古分店享用晚餐。今天比較早到,人還不算多,所以可以好好欣賞室內時尚的設計,餐廳以黑白色為設計,時尚形格,有氣氛,坐得舒適。招牌脆炸單骨雞翼 $78Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings份量十分夠,4人份都夠,但愛雞翼的我,照單全收,雞中翼切半成單骨雞翼,方便食用,生炸雞翼外脆內嫩,而且熱辣辣,正。青咖哩和牛配薄餅 $198出了幾款新菜式,其中一款是《青咖哩和牛配薄餅 $198》,餐廳擅長融會貫通,配搭不同食材烹調,以創意突出食物的色香味。今次就以泰式的青咖哩作火鍋湯底,再另配上日式的和牛和薄餅,配搭既創新,味道亦佳!青咖哩味道香濃,內有配料例如泰國茄子、泰國青豆、香葉等等。和牛色澤鮮紅十分新鮮,長長的和牛掛上了青咖哩實在惹味!薄餅亦非一般的印度薄餅,其口感煙煙韌韌,一籃的份量輕易被掃光。Desserts甜品香蕉朱古力千層蛋糕 $68 Chocolate Banana Crepe Cake最後點了餐廳招牌名物crepe cake作結,千層蛋糕賣相漂亮,厚身每層都好薄,中間既香蕉同忌廉分佈均勻,同外面既朱古力醬配合得宜,令甜度自然,而且口感亦好順滑。 continue reading

香港不乏泰國菜餐廳,今次食一間連鎖集團嘅泰國菜西餐廳,唔止泰國菜式,仲有西餐食物可選,我覺得除咗情侶/朋友,都啱一大班人嚟食。餐廳內外餐廳走高格調路線,以黑色為風格,內裏環境昏暗,氣氛較柔和。食物選擇由前菜到主菜十分多選擇,只係影左少部分,一大班人嚟食都好啱,可以嗌好多唔同款式一齊share。Longan Juice in Crushed Ice $40龍眼肉好多,比起平時嘅龍眼冰份量好似多成倍咁,店員提醒會較甜,但飲落都OK,配鹹食/辣嘢不錯。泰式沙嗲雞柳串 $108擺盤精美,沙嗲汁另上,本身雞柳串都已經醃過,沾上額外沙嗲汁更濃郁。脆炸粟米蟹肉餅 $118見到好多人都嗌嚟食,所以試下,炸物怕會太油膩,呢幾塊粟米蟹肉餅油感正常,吸油紙都唔會話有太多油份。每啖都咬到粟米爽口口感及蟹肉餅彈牙質地,好夾。泰式河蝦冬陰功湯河粉 $138我好鍾意飲冬陰公湯,呢到一款係冬陰公x意大利雲吞,另一款就係呢款。河粉唔太濕,唔會爛哂,冬陰公湯酸度十足,好開胃。鮮蝦炒金邊粉 $138鮮蝦有3粒,確係好彈牙,金邊粉同河粉一樣好易炒爛或者太濕,但呢兩碟都冇呢個問題,泰國菜係偏甜一點,我都覺得Pad Thai都要甜先好食,加埋花生碎,惹味。整體十分不錯,會再嚟光顧,款式多之餘,食物、環境都高分,價錢合理,想食泰國菜又得,加少少西式菜式亦冇問題,夠多元化。 continue reading

喺中環嘅時候經常經過呢間餐廳,一開頭以為係西餐廳,點知上網搜查發現係食泰國菜加西餐,屬新派泰國菜餐廳,亦有不少分店,嚟到太古呢一間分店食。環境餐廳統一用黑色做主調,望落去嘅感覺比較有格調同埋高級,座位好舒服。脆炸粟米蟹肉餅 $118有五件,表面已經見到粟米粒,一咬開,外層炸粉唔厚,粟米增加整體嘅口感,本身蟹肉餅彈牙,沾上泰式酸辣醬十分惹口。泰式沙嗲雞柳串 $108食泰國嘢又點可以唔嗌串燒?有雞串同豬串,我哋揀咗沙嗲雞,沙嗲醬有好多花生粒,味道濃厚,雞燒得啱啱好,唔會過老,仲有兩串蔬菜,可以中和飽肚。鮮蝦炒金邊粉 $138另外一樣食泰國菜必點嘅就一定係Phad Thai,可以話係呢間餐廳比較多人食嘅一款菜式,鮮蝦夠大粒同樣彈牙,金邊粉濕潤度啱啱好,唔會過濕過黏,鍾意食辣嘅可以撈晒所有辣椒粉,會更加香口惹味。泰式河蝦冬陰功湯河粉 $138本身想點冬陰公湯,呢一款又可以食到泰國河蝦,又可以試到冬陰公湯,何樂而不為?河蝦十分大隻,有龍蝦一半咁大,但肉質就老左少少;冬陰公湯夠晒酸,未知是否有加椰奶,比較重椰奶味,我就覺得辣味可以加多。Longan Juice in Crushed Ice $40其實即係龍眼冰,成杯表面佈滿晒龍眼肉,喜歡龍眼冰嘅朋友不能錯過,甜度亦唔算太利害。Thai Iced Coffee $40就試咗杯泰式咖啡,奶味偏重偏甜左少少,有啲似泰式奶茶咁都係偏甜。總括而言,好新穎嘅泰國菜x西餐廳,雖然走新派路線,但味道又唔會失去原有風味,餐廳環境氣氛又好,推薦各位嚟食。附:少部分餐牌參考 continue reading

Greyhound Café 在香港的海外分店我只食在IFC的那間,其高質的食物和服務已經夠我印象深刻。今晚,再次在太古城嘗到Greyhound Café的味道。其裝潢、佈置、音樂以至制服等亦一如泰國總店,務求把百份百的泰國 Greyhound Café 活靈活現帶到香港。新菜式。《招牌脆炸單骨雞翼 $78》(Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings這個是我的必點項目。以魚露、辣椒等秘製醬汁醃過夜,外皮脆卜卜,炸得香口但並沒有油膩感。雞肉濃郁惹味,單骨做法,吃得方便。《菠蘿海鮮菠蘿炒飯 $148》(Famous Pineapple fried rice with Seafood)炒飯是以鐵板的方式呈上,與一般的泰式菠蘿炒飯稍不同。以大蝦、甘筍粒、提子乾、腰果、粟米粒、肉鬆、炒蛋、火腿、洋蔥粒、大菠蘿炒黃咖喱飯,再鋪上肉鬆和菠蘿串,單是賣相已教人垂涎。而我最愛壓爛菠蘿肉令炒飯滲著菠蘿汁,令整體酸酸甜甜實在好味又潤喉。Desserts甜品《香蕉朱古力千層蛋糕 $68(Chocolate Banana Crepe Cake)香蕉夾入千層蛋糕嘅夾層裏面,再喺香蕉千層蛋糕外面淋上一層朱古力醬,令到一啖就可以同時食到千層蛋糕同香蕉 ,滿足。Drinks: 《Fruity shaky yoghurt $62》(orange, banana, pineapple, apple, yoghurt)一杯新鮮的混合果汁優格,也是不錯飯後甜品選擇。用柳橙、香蕉、鳳梨、蘋果、優格,喝起來酸酸甜甜、特別清爽。服務:十分殷勤有禮。 continue reading

Greyhound 之前兩次都係幫襯九龍塘又一城店鋪,覺得餐廳無論環境同食物質素都好唔錯,已經留下深刻印象;今晚約左個朋友去太古食晚飯,朋友咁岩提議去Greyhound ,我緊係舉腳贊成啦😋。餐廳雖然主打泰國菜,但餐廳裝修好西化,坐位舒適,空間感夠大,感覺幾高檔。單骨雞翼 ~ 雞翼已經一分成為二,不但容易進食,而且另雞肉更加入味,炸得夠乾身,但雞肉仍然保持juicy,推介👍🏻。意大利肉腸芝士餅 🌮~ 芝士迷必點,一口咬落去可以拉絲嘅小食,外層餅底兩邊都好香脆,入邊嘅肉醬餡料加埋香料同茄蓉,味道同口感都非常豐富。泰式沙嗲雞柳串 🍡~ 食串燒個醬汁至為重要,呢個沙嗲醬,味道不單止濃郁,仲有細細粒嘅花生粒粒,好正👍🏻,雞柳只有輕輕醃過嘅底味,但點左個醬汁後,成個味道生猛晒🤣伴碟嘅青瓜🥒、洋蔥、紅椒🌶串,清新爽口;粒粒多士,脆卜卜,最好就係點埋淨餘嘅沙嘜醬,好味😋。🥢泰式部隊鍋麵 ~ 呢個好有驚喜,海鮮鋪滿左成個鍋面,(青口、大蝦、帶子、魷魚圈、魚柳.... )麵底口感似伊面,配埋個冬陰公湯底熱辣辣上枱,係一個連湯都全部清晒嘅鍋麵🤣最後緊係要黎一個甜品啦,呢度出名係椰子🥥蛋糕,之前已經試過,所以今次就試下另一款,千層蛋糕。芒果千層蛋糕 🍰 ~ 大大件,兩個人share都夠晒食,千其唔好比側邊嘅忌廉嚇親,雖然忌廉好厚身下,但食落一d都唔會覺得好甜好溜咁,夾埋芒果粒一齊食,又香又creamy😋,食埋飯後甜品,感覺真係大滿足😌。整體黎講,Greyhound 出色嘅fusion 泰菜,雖然價錢屬於中上,但無論餐廳環境同食物質素,試過都會覺得物有所值👍🏻 continue reading
