路過這家咖啡店數次,每次都被它黑色型格的裝修所吸引,心想找天一定要來試試。終於在一個星期天的下午空出了時間,滿心期盼的走進了咖啡店。環顧四周,環境的確不錯,感覺也挺舒服。看了餐牌後,點了一個泰式冬蔭功鮮蝦湯河(配咖啡),配料很少,湯底很酸,服務一般。 continue reading

細細漆黑的門面,完全唔顯眼,行到過晒龍都發現唔到。睇地圖再返轉頭吧,原來就係元氣壽司對面。午飯時段燈光柔和,只有細小射燈幾盞,主要利用自然光,非常舒適優雅。我著到爛身爛勢走到黃埔食飯,硬係怪怪的。望咩望,未見過街坊碌咩!食太多超標喇,人家減緊磅架麻。餐牌寫住豬脾烏冬?想講豬皮嗎?還是豬脾臟?我都未食過脾臟喎。招牌檸檬茶,用青檸不是黃檸有創意,而且立方冰塊程啡色,是茶還是糖呢?茶味清新不澀不濁,檸味清淡不明顯,飽餐一頓後清清味蕾不二之選。招牌脆炸單骨雞翼,其實何解要前開一半來炸呢?大陸發明?完全不覺方便得多少,肉汁流失乾爭爭,香脆就真的夠香脆。如果單骨反翼就另作別論,拆一支骨掉丟,將雞肉外反而雞皮在內,外形極象迷你雞膇。油潤鳳脂能保存良好,雞肉炸得香口充滿肉汁,一口一支就真正方便容易食喇﹗薄切三文魚配泰式辣汁,感覺不到半點辣,酸酸甜甜香草味道非常醒胃。不辣的泰式汁搭蒜片撞埋咸鮮煙三文魚,神奇的化學作用,甜酸辛辣咸融合和味。泰式海南雞飯,有驚喜的咸酸菜湯,味濃使得食慾大增,初時還以為係黃豆涼瓜湯呢。白切雞配以三種醬汁,行星馬風格有點偏離泰式,甜酸汁、酸辣泰醬、黑豉油。去骨雞全部實肉十分聚手,合格的清淡鮮雞味。只點一種汁有點寡有點單調,混醬三合一就如虎添翼!班蘭葉飯高質,濃郁不油膩,乾爽嚥韌香噴噴,還有幾片葉藏在飯中。搭雞撈汁食,越食越想食,整碗飯消滅,竟然仲有一半雞剩低呢,雞同飯都完全唔夠喉呀﹗是日餐湯,侍應表示係粟米湯,大家腦海中同時浮現忌廉湯加幾粒粟米,茶記快餐店風格。意想不到會提供極西的粟米蓉湯,由新鮮超甜粟打蓉而成,真材實料絕不手軟,甜到漏吃不消!真心出色有誠意的,不過我一向不愛吃甜呢。帶子蘆筍香草寛麵,什麼寛麵?如來係濶條麵,大陸語言?微溫而味道略為清淡,感覺食得健康。泰國蘆筍爽爽甜甜沒有渣,雪藏帶子兩面金黃焦香,少少咸味捲著嚥韌濶條麵齊齊食較可口。啖啖鮮蟹肉炒飯,鮮蟹肉?味道與質地完全係冰鮮蟹肉碎。炒功了得,喜出望外!熱騰騰帶著鑊氣享用,蛋香飯香出眾,讓乾瘦冰鮮蟹肉碎躺在大大啖炒飯才塞入嘴仔,更舒服更滿足!泰式辣汁伴安格斯西冷配木瓜沙律及糯米飯,薄切西冷粉紅嫩嫩的,微溫微甜靜態的表現,搭著黏黏帶甜糯米飯同吃,有著飯團的意境。泰式滷水鴨湯河粉,都話走蔥走芽菜咯,挑走照食算數﹗鴨腿肉質結實不過腍不霉肉,陣陣滷水幽香,合格食得過!不過都係大埔水門雞飯出品既鴨腿湯河較出色。長長滑滑熱烘烘的河粉整團沉在水底,要耐心慢慢攪拌散開才可以順利享用。晶瑩完整半透明,吸盡湯汁濕濕啜入,滑中嚥韌少許黏,味濃可口辛辣真心蠻不錯!重重的豉油湯底,灑上大量辣椒粉,刺激好飲喎,差點全部飲掉。泰式炸魷魚圈,細細碌圈細細,鬆脆淡淡,灑灑青檸汁,沾點松露沙律醬較精彩。泰式辣炸雞配蛋黃醬,口感空盪盪,外脆內嫩不過質地怪怪。食得到香茅,食得到檸檬葉,有蛋黃醬比無醬好。香紅咖哩鴨飯,香甜不辣厚滑甜咖哩汁,連鬆化鴨肉撈飯齊啪夠開胃,不經意一粒飯都無剩! continue reading

中午經過黃埔花園11期,本人喜歡吃日本菜或泰國菜,見到好多人响嗰間Greyhound cafe好多人等,入面又不是沒有位置,點解会有咁多人等,等乜呢,原來呢間嘢推出半價takeaway優惠半價食品,見到都嘩,嘩,嘩,好抵呀,見到由小食到主食至甜品,飲品樣樣都有,我就鐘意佢地炒雞碎飯+雞翼+泰式奶菜都係$126,平時吃都要$250多,現在半價, 但係我位置有限,否則我都食埋佢地D精選千層蛋糕值得推介其他食家 continue reading

Greyhouse cafe 係一間西式嘅泰國菜我食過好多次了,不過每次都係係尖沙嘴嗰間食,黃埔呢間係第一次幫襯。之前都係晚飯時間單點野食,今次就試下佢嘅午餐啦。原本以為係普通西式嘅粟米湯,但原來係泰式風味。粟米湯飲落去酸酸地,仲有啲泰國香料嘅味道,我估應該係加左香茅。湯入面有滿滿粟米蓉,口感超豐富。😋😋海南雞飯🤤份量超足,雞肉好嫩口,仲有三種醬汁。有埋湯送,不過個湯真係又好酸又好咸,送飯先得😂😂個蛋煎得好脆,而蛋黃係流心嘅,如果唔鍾意食生蛋黃嘅朋友,記得叫佢煎熟。肉碎嘅味道基本上同大部分泰國餐廳整嘅差不多。同海南雞飯一樣係有湯送,不過都係嗰句,要送飯先得,真係好咸😂😂😂 continue reading

見到openrice黃埔竟然開左greyhound,就想過黎試下。我地3個人黎食,經openrice 訂位除左賺咗25miles, 黎到仲唔洗等位,可以直接入座,但應該係因為肺炎關係,午市都唔係太多人。平日黎,佢會有午市餐牌,價錢中等,由108蚊起,但款式就唔算太多,108蚊嘅lunch set 都係得啲湯粉,同埋唔跟沙律或者餐湯。不過你都可以叫返個main menu 會多款啲揀。MAIN MENU:午市餐牌:餐前沙律個汁幾好,酸酸甜甜幾開胃飲品建議叫檸檬茶,因為佢個冰係用茶黎做,唔會有其他餐廳越飲越淡嘅問題除左以上三個主餐外,我哋仲用半價另外再叫多左個小食埋單最後唔洗500蚊🙈🙈其實都幾抵 continue reading
