To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 近排係網上見到好多人都食左呢間餐廳,見到佢地既waffle 好似好吸引,所以今晚就自己一個黎到呢間餐廳試試!餐廳以開放式的設計,有卡位亦有普通位!這裡落單是用手機上網落單,很方便!落單後很快就有野食啦!勁量早餐,呢份早餐非常大份,搞到我都食唔哂!早餐包括有3隻太陽蛋、煙肉、腸仔、煙三文魚、多士同埋窩夫!雞蛋可以揀係咩蛋既,見好耐冇食太陽蛋,所以就點了,非常惹味!多士有提供牛油同埋果醬,果醬酸酸甜甜,令人可以食多兩塊包!煙三文魚有粒酸豆係上面,可以緩和一下咸味!而這份早餐還有炸薯粒,這裡的薯粒是細細粒的,外脆內軟,味道幾正!而窩夫+$12揀選了斑蘭窩夫,因為是斑蘭蛋糕,所以窩夫也是綠色的!窩夫有點脆口,有淡淡的斑蘭味,枱上有好大枝的蜜糖,可以自由落幾多蜜糖,很甜很好吃!檸檬薄荷梳打,這裡的檸檬梳打都幾夠酸,很開胃呢!見到這裡的甜品有些也整得很特別,下次要帶埋朋友黎試試先! continue reading

今次是第三次食Green Waffle,前兩次都是在中環,質素不錯。前兩日忙完已經接近九點,就去了希慎上面food court逛逛,剛巧看到有Green Waffle,一於入去幫襯下,順便回味一下它的招牌菜——鑊仔薯粒!——————————🔹香辣番茄香腸薯粒鑊仔 baby size$79每次來到,當然要點它的招牌鑊仔啦!薯粒依然係外脆內軟,香口焦脆,將番茄、香腸、青椒及車打芝士全部拌勻,加上半熟水波蛋,蛋汁混和半融芝士,鹹鹹香香,特別惹味!但個人認為,如果製作薯粒時,加少少蜜糖去煮,就更加perfect了!🔸Dinner Set A$178晚餐有三款,這次就選了費城芝士牛肉熱狗伴烤菠蘿及薯條。餐湯是甘筍湯,稠身濃郁,非常開胃。熱狗超!級!大份,裏面夾著大量牛肉及洋蔥,面上是費城芝士及醃青椒,口味濃郁,足料又heavy,激似外國style~薯條熱辣脆口,加上香甜多汁的燒菠蘿,整體配合得宜!套餐還包一份甜品:窩夫伴雪糕及新鮮生果。雲呢拿雪糕與外面的不同,口感相對軟滑,窩夫新鮮即製,質感紮實富蛋香,配合雪糕及朱古力醬,味道達至微妙的平衡!加上旁邊的番石榴、士多啤梨及香蕉,幫助中和膩感~ continue reading

9月開學啦, 又密密同湊完阿仔返學嘅bestie食好D, 搭𨋢上希慎13樓, li問好Open嘅餐廳lunch menu真係豐富, 散嗌本menu圖文並茂All Day Breakfast, 意粉, 意大利飯, pancake都有. 一人一款share先.>煙三文魚英式鬆餅 (HKD112)我地加HKD10將炸薯粒轉蕃薯🍠粒. 又甜又好味, 兩隻水波蛋一拮係濃稠嘅流心❤️, 蛋黃醬同流心蛋黃點煙三文魚嘅英式包, moist得黎好有風味, 煙三文魚更係無expect到咁多份量. 包面塗左牛油金黃色, 咬落竟然超級軟熟!! 誠意之作👍🏻.>秘製刨牛肉芝士漢堡伴薯條及沙律 (HKD90)一定要大推li個牛肉芝士burger🤩, 由超多牛肉片疊到勁厚嘅burger, 加上熔岩般嘅芝士, 烘得軟熟嘅burger包實在太好味了. 特粗身薯條灑上椒鹽完全停不了口, 帶點甜味嘅油醋沙律🥗夠哂新鮮.>餐飲包凍熱茶啡, 食左咁多薯條同甜薯一於來杯熱檸水消一消脂. continue reading
