郊外有唔少鄉村餐廳,茶檔大多由當地人經營,呢間都唔例外。之後仲有行程,只點幾過經典客家菜。梅菜扣肉,豬肉肥瘦分明(唔食肥肉嘅可以唔使睇,唔好掂。叫咗又淨係食瘦肉嘅,應該被踢出店外)梅菜唔太甜,肉,汁份量平衡。人人白飯一大碗。煎蠔餅,新鮮肥大,用薑同芫荽亦都唔使點遇到魚露別有客家風味。食完至知原來曾氏兄弟已經有唔少傳媒報道,傾一下才發現原來佢哋喺法國開咗好幾家成功中菜館。所以雖然係食客家菜,餐廳有唔少細節,亦都同客家村風味好配合。食物出色,但係其實食嘅更多係環境,同店主好客之道。 continue reading

行山老友極力推介點可以鼓勵唔做運動既大家郁動一下筋骨,試下踏出第一步去多做運動去努力💪🏻消脂?竟然都係要靠食我哋一行12人朝早8:30喺西貢海下灣出發,行咗大概四個鐘,大概午飯時間果陣就會經過依間客家菜餐廳🍴,好彩有開門真係極力推介!今次叫嘅餸都係靠朋友老馬識途,佢嚟咗不下數十次,梗係由佢發板啦!佢點咗客家豬腩肉,黃酒炆雞,古法蒸鴨,香煎號仔餅,花生炆雞腳,客家炒飯,客家釀豆腐同客家炒米粉!我最鍾意啲客家豬腩肉,客家豬腩肉首先拎出嚟嗰陣已經好吸引,豬肉皮同脂肪同一層層肉係真係好似細個讀書果陣教科書📗介紹既傳統靚靚豬腩肉嘅樣,一層接一層未食之前真係可以好似藝術品咁觀賞一下。我平時好少食油膩嘢,但見到依碟梅菜扣肉都忍唔住食咗兩舊,豬肉食起上嚟一啲都唔油膩,再加上面頭嘅梅菜,仲有啲精華梅菜汁,簡直係撈飯絕配!係行完山補充體力嘅最佳方法!仲有不得不提,喺呢度仲係用傳統嘅公雞碗碗碟碟,所以我都忍唔住影咗一啲相。呢度嘅茶亦都好好飲,飲得出茶葉係靚野,茶係好傳統好濃郁,仲係無限添飲嘅食到咁上下我哋周圍望下打吓卡,竟然見到店鋪晒豬腩肉,所以嚟到呢度記得一定叫豬腩肉啊,係自家製㗎,喺第二度食唔到㗎。哈哈 continue reading

今日行山嘅午餐嚟咗呢度呢間客家菜,食物都幾似農家菜,味道正正常常,有田園風味。餐牌兩頁,場地都大,有遮蔭座位亦有露天座位。黃酒炆雞,呢個幾特別,調味甜甜地,因為落咗黃酒。客家蒸釀豆腐,豆腐係滑豆腐,上面有啲魚肉。調味唔係好夠。香煎蠔仔餅,蠔仔嘅數量都幾多,拍得住潮州菜。豉油王炒麵,冇特別油,但豉油味亦唔係好重。蒜蓉菜心,juicy。鮮魚菜湯,都幾多條魚,不過就要小心魚骨。個湯底嘅魚味非常重,唔腥,幾有驚喜。 continue reading
