菠蘿海鮮炒飯 HK$96 唔算有鑊氣,但係份量好足,而且擺盤幾好睇。泰式蝦刺身 HK$90 + 龍眼冰 HK$10跟餐 /HK$32正常加單泰式蝦刺身的蝦肉不過不失,可能天熱所以冰溶得很快,建議一上桌就馬上完成。龍眼冰已經叫了小冰,但可以看見大半杯八成都是冰塊,味道以泰菜來說不算偏甜,但是正價HKD32實在有點昂貴。 沙嗲串燒半打  HK$84+ 飛天通菜 HK$66沙嗲串燒半打中雞牛豬各2件,這個的醬汁沙嗲醬非常出色,點後把平平無奇的串燒帶起香味,如果串燒有鑊氣就更好了。飛天通菜普通,又是欠缺鑊氣,失去泰式風味。香燒豬頸肉 HK$70 + 泰式鳳爪 HK$12跟餐小食香燒豬頸肉又是欠缺鑊氣,食物切得比較薄,少了啖啖肉的口感層次。泰式鳳爪非常入味,酸酸辣辣而且份量10分足夠,值得一讚!泰式金邊粉 HK$68 LUNCH SET不是正價餐牌而點,lunch set 的份量有點少,未到夠濃但沒有泰國的風味。燒牛脷 HK$48 + 大蝦炸蝦餅 HK$80燒牛脷的賣相擺設非常吸引,相對其他菜式這個叫做比較香,牛脷的厚度增加口感!炸蝦餅略嫌不太夠彈牙,但上菜時的熱度令菜式減少油膩感。泰式海南雞飯 HK$68 LUNCH SET + 泰式炸魚餅HK$12跟餐小食海南雞飯及炸魚餅最後上,忘記了拍照,海南雞飯的份量10分充足,海南雞肉不算嫩滑但有點新加坡天天的味道,炸魚餅沒有什麼特別,相對不及泰式鳳爪抵食。 continue reading

今日同屋企人一齊去試左呢間係油塘既泰國野,平時去親麵好多人排隊,難得今日小左人,當然環去試下啦!呢道菜叫肉鬆炒菜,肉鬆同個汁配起上黎有甜有咸,非常之配!而且個菜又相當入味,好適合送飯!呢個沙爹牛肉串超級好味!牛肉口感軟,唔會好乾同埋好難咬!入口即溶加上點上沙爹醬簡直係絕配值得一試!呢條鯖魚又係世界級,佢個口感唔乾,有魚汁,而且加上檸檬汁,相當好味!又大條,夠一家人食。仲嗌左一份泰式薄餅同埋黃咖喱,薄餅加上咖喱汁真係好夾,而且咖喱咖辣,送飯/送薄餅麵係一流。 continue reading

一直都覺得呢間泰國野幾好食,而且飲品有買一送一優惠,好抵飲一般叫龍眼冰個啲都好飲,偏甜,真係有龍眼一黎梗係每人叫1個椰青黎($38)飲先飛天通菜 ($65)味道偏淡,唔太夠味,但通菜炒得爽脆,可以一試醬燒魷魚筒($78)魷魚新魷,燒得幾香,又彈牙,一啲都唔會太乾,不過都唔太夠味,可能點佢配既醬汁會好啲蛋黃軟殼蟹好好味炸粉夠薄,有啲蛋黃咸香味,有唔會炒得太濕,配埋唔難整得好食既軟殻蟹,Perfect,個人覺得整得好食過沙嗲王。泰式金邊粉($80)之後就係黎親都必叫既金邊粉。撈均佢黎食,有啲花生既脆口,又有芽菜既夾口,加埋軟林林既金邊粉,好夾而且炒得夠味,乾身,推介!香芋海鮮煲仔焗飯 ($80)呢個飯都好好味,有芋頭粒炒飯,而且啲芋頭入面都好有味,加上夠多海鮮,每食一啖都食到唔同野田螺唔記得呢個叫咩名,待應好貼心,會俾啲牙籤你篤黎食,味道不過不失。另外,呢到仲有青、黃、紅咖哩,可以配豬、雞、羊,都整得好好食,啲牛好林,配埋油酥餅一流!都好推介食,可惜冇影相。普遍份量唔算好大,係金邊粉比較大碟,所以人多可以叫多幾碟,試下唔同野食 continue reading

走入來油塘搵朋友,第一次係油塘大本營搵嘢食!泰國菜朋友介紹咗間泰國菜,我哋book定位。間餐廳坐位分兩邊,一邊開放式,一邊就係室內。開頭我被安排坐左係室內,但係我覺得冷氣太凍要求坐去室外,侍應都好樂意幫忙門口有個開放式廚房,入面有個師傅喺度搓薄餅,即係呢度有即叫即整薄餅食啦,yeah!鐵板黑椒炒腐皮粟米仔呢個配搭有晒我鍾意食嘅嘢,正! 上碟熱辣辣, 黑椒好惹味,腐皮係我最愛,食到停唔到口,個人十分推薦。清炒芥蘭- 芥蘭好爽脆,好食!泰式青咖喱雞 - 個人唔食得辣,呢個青咖喱都OK,辣度可以接受。咖喱當然係配薄餅。油鬆餅即叫即製,上碟嘅時候係熱辣辣,配咖喱好正好食!今餐啲餸好啱胃口,餐廳環境氣氛都唔錯,又同朋友敘舊好開心! 題外話,係餐廳見到專家Dickson,佢嘅形象真係同平時見到一樣毒 continue reading

食物唔差,環境唔錯,但唯一問題價錢太貴。金邊粉炒得好唔錯,咖啡都夠香,無位的話仲可以外賣。門外有塊大玻璃,不時有師傅係度製薄餅,真功夫,味道都好好,好多人都係果個位影相打卡。 continue reading
