係銅鑼灣食過覺得唔錯,諗住再食!點知呢間味道同服務爭好遠,一個字「差」!去俾錢食飯都要受氣咁!叫個待應加加水,某職員反啤個客,好似想發爛渣咁!芋頭煲,切到一層層係幾靚,對於蔥怪嚟講係開心!但d蔥補唔返心靈!豬手煲,豬手都整得淋!開頭幾惹味,不過食左一兩舊就有點漏!另外餐廳好應聲,完全唔岩同朋友食飯吹水!味道上銅鑼灣果間整得好食啲!重點係職員繼續咁招呼客人,我諗好難有下次!重要收10%服務費,都唔知有咩服務可言!除非想受氣,如果唔係真係唔好幫襯! continue reading

自從上次去食過主打江浙菜既【綠茶餐廳】覺得quality幾好、今次就去左新開既apm分店食晚餐。龍井烤鷄:烤鷄皮脆肉嫩,外皮烤得金黃香脆,咬落去有少少龍井茶嘅清香,但唔算好突出。雞肉本身調味都已經好濃郁、鷄胸都非常嫩滑。份量適中,兩個人分享剛剛好。杭式片兒川:呢款係江浙地區嘅傳統麵食,湯底用雪菜、筍片同肉片煮成,味道鮮甜帶少少酸香,幾開胃。麵條偏軟身,類似上海粗麵,湯底有少少偏油。不過係幾特別。 野菜腐皮卷:豆腐乾皮包住菌菇野菜等,口感爽脆清新。呢道味道非常清淡,食落唔會油膩。土豆芝士塔:外層係酥皮,入面係薯蓉混合煙肉等,薯蓉幼滑。芝士應該係上層既醬、但個人覺得唔係芝士味反而似沙律醬。喉口鮮肉包:包既外皮鬆軟,咬開入面嘅肉餡都算多,帶少少甜味,類似小籠包嘅風格。不過汁水無禁多,味道算係唔錯。江南綠茶餅:全餐最出色嘅甜品!外皮炸得香脆,表面灑滿芝麻,咬開入面係芋泥餡,甜度適中,綠茶味清香搭配芋泥唔會太膩。熱辣辣上枱時食最好味。 continue reading

江浙菜過江龍整體定價唔高所以人山人海,晚餐收工時間超多人等位🫨 餐廳裝修都幾有心思 好多中式元素例如山水畫、竹葉等🎍 值得試下據說還原經典中菜既蔥香脆皮烤鴨($128) 鴨肉唔會烤得過乾 旁邊有巨多蔥油 夾埋一齊食香氣十足 同一般烤鴨風味唔同🦆 涼菜方面 呢款三色燒椒杭茄($58)完全係估佢唔到咁出色 茄子已經抽成絲咁綿滑 好似西餐他他咁放係底 面個層鋪左三款三色剁椒碎 綠色黃色偏酸甜 而紅色就香辣型 又清新又惹味🍆 另外涼菜仲試左熗伴冰草($48) 微酸口感爽脆 好開胃~ 而其他主菜例如黑醋脆皮牛腩($118)唔算常見 都值得一試 雖然睇份量就相對冇其他菜式性價比咁高🎋 continue reading
