小時侯好喜歡食快餐店的炸雞脾+紅豆冰，$12-13蚊價錢大大滿足，現在有些快餐店可能會有此配搭，但雞脾已沒有以前咁好味了。偶而在翠河下午茶，見到有炸雞肶公仔麵，叫來試試。麵到了，雞肶好大隻，是新鮮炸的，好香，雞皮炸得好脆但無燶，咬了一口卡卡聲，好正，但幾熱氣，只可間中吃一次，公仔麵煮得軟硬識中，應是大光麵，湯底都不錯，滿足的下午茶時光。 continue reading
