我們6個人一邊飲一邊談心,不知不覺到十點,未到關門時間11點,但為什麼服務員10點多少少放下賬單要我們買單,感覺有點趕我們走。
總結來說價錢還算合理,食物精緻美味,但分量少,環境寧靜好適合聚會好地方,服務方面就真的要改進。

上星期和朋友兩人聚會,想找一些坐得舒適的餐廳,朋友提議這一間他之前已經嘗試過環境舒適和食物質素不錯的餐廳,於是便過去菜單只有簡單的兩頁,但是可以看到不同種類,而且價錢亦不算過高餐廳先奉上餐包,配搭黑醋和橄欖油,微溫的餐包除了一份麵包香外還多了一種醬料的層次感蒜蓉多士,先說份量不少,每一件蒜蓉包都比較大件,而且他們的蒜蓉牛油份量頗多,每一口都能夠嚐到濃烈的蒜蓉香氣燒西班牙黑毛豬架,除了本身黑毛豬的肉質高分,廚師處理火候的能力應記一功,豬扒的外皮燒得香脆,但內部仍然保留大量的肉汁,令到豬扒每入口都會感到鮮嫩和鬆化的口感,配搭他們自家製的醬汁,是一道高質素的豬扒

上星期來到了上環逛街,晚間時分看看OpenRice有沒有什麼餐廳推介,這間處於樓上的餐廳環境不俗,可以一試菜式選擇不算太多,但是每一種都屬不同類別,主菜有豬牛和海鮮忌廉白酒煮青口,先說份量不少,而且清口肉大粒結實,重海水味,配搭忌廉和微香的白酒,是一道開胃的前菜美國頂級安格斯西冷扒,果然沒有失望,餐廳細心地將牛扒切件,牛扒的肉汁仍然藏於纖維內,入口肉質鬆軟綿滑,另外配菜同樣新鮮爽脆,一口牛扒配搭一口蔬菜,入口非常滿意朱古力布朗尼配雲呢拿雪糕,布朗尼非常重可可味道,真材實料,配搭雲呢拿雪糕造成一冷一熱口感 ,非常滿意的一道甜品

上環永樂街,食肆大部分都有一定水準,搵到一間英文開名嘅restaurant Bar 。兩個人上到嚟,叫返兩個美食,一位燒西班牙黑毛豬架$258。另外一位酥脆香草碎果仁焗羊架$288。我哋兩個都轉套餐因為有餐飲有湯有麵包唔使諗。今日嘅湯係牛肝菌椰菜花幾點湯,呢個湯唔錯㗎,淨係睇色香味都達到水準,甜品好特別,係椰子撻,唔同一般椰撻做法,好似雞批蘋果批咁做法,所以一個角出嚟,真係好有型有味道,咁雜菜沙律就唔需要過多講呀!甜品,咖啡,個套餐都係88一位真係好抵呀!講番個燒烤西班牙黑毛豬架先,慢煮再烤返局再煎一煎,肉汁鎖住色香味俱全,加埋特色就肉汁醬,食落場為非常受落,再睇香脆羊架用碎果仁加香草,香就一定夠香,覺得有夠鬆脆,唔係點叫酥脆呢,所以羊架食落去啖啖肉,所以呢個餐真係好正,講曬啦仲有杯咖啡,我就飲咗杯啤酒,真係非常正,有酒有肉呢一餐,值得一試再試。

首先虎蝦海鮮濃湯非常濃嘅蝦味 仲有恰到好處嘅忌廉balance番😋 青口煮到啱啱熟 口感都幾滑 只係略嫌青口有啲細隻 但佢個忌廉汁都唔錯 不過可以再濃啲😝 個脆焗豬手好正!!!! 我見我哋之後嗰台想叫豬手已經賣晒 好彩我試到🙈 呢個豬手名副其實係脆嘅!!! 豬手應該都醃咗一段時間 好入味 個皮脆得來唔會太硬 係鬆化個種脆 真係好好食☺️

This restaurant isn’t luxuriously decorated, but the ambience is quite nice for a quiet relaxing dinner!


We ordered a Seafood soup with tiger prawn, Mussels in white wine cream sauce, and Crispy pork knuckle. In general, the food quality was satisfying!


First of all, the seafood soup had all seafood flavors extracted and I could taste the essence kf seafood in every single sip! Some cream was added to the soup to balance off the saltiness. 😋 The mussels were nicely cooked, so the texture was quite tender. The sauce was delicious too, but it could be more creamy personally. And another thing was that, the mussels were rather small compared to others I had in other restaurants. The crispy pork knuckle should be the highlight of the dinner! It was literally crispy! And I believe the knuckle was marinated for sometime because it’s very flavorful🥰🥰🥰Soooo good!!!


Overall, the food here is above average and not overpriced at all! Plus, it’s close to Sheung Wan MTR, which made it quite an ideal place for a quiet dinner around that area! 😉
