今日一早己约咗嗰朋友聚舊,約咗係尖沙咀金馬倫道嘅中國保險大廈一樓嘅禾牛薈打边爐,点知佢臨時 有事嚟唔到,但我又訂咗枱,最後唯有打比另外一個朋友,好在佢咁啱無街去,可以補到呢嗰位,如果唔係就要打電話去取消㗎啦。係約定嘅時間去到中國保險大廈嘅樓下等埋一齊至上去。門口招牌好大又起眼,但内裏地方都好大,坐位好寬闊同埋好舒服,侍應俾咗個窗口位俾我地,又放底啲點配料嘅纸,湯底朋友揀咗芫茜馬蹄皮蛋湯,呢個湯芫茜好多味好濃,配料有特级手切肥牛,擺得好靚,只要淥一陣就食得,好冧,沾啲醬汁更加好味,又叫咗白鱔片,鱔片冇草青味,入口好爽,廣島蠔,又大隻蠔味又濃郁,重有爽口豬頸肉同精選三式餃(鮮蝦雲呑餃,韮菜餃,意式牛肉餃),第一次食意式牛肉餃,好有驚喜,係將啲牛肉溝埋啲特制嘅醬汁混合而成,唔使沾汁都好好味,可以叫多一碟,其他兩款餃都保持水準,另外就係豬頸肉,就算淥耐咗都唔會太冧,保持到應有嘅爽,飲品我地要咗青島啤酒。

天寒地凍最好是打邊爐,聽朋友說這裏的牛湯底不錯,於是便來試試。這餐廳面積很大,而且有兩層。我們是坐卡位的更有附設小型電視,餐牌很多選擇,我們選了牛雜湯底,不過可能要用心製作,所以都等了20分鐘才奉上湯底。湯底是棕色的,看得出很濃厚。牛雜是分開上,最喜歡就是牛肚,口感爽脆鵝腸是十分的新鮮,只需要灼幾下便吃得手打黑白墨魚滑很有彈性,墨魚鮮味十足自家製的餃子超足料,每隻都包滿大大粒蝦仁、帶子和豬肉,非常滿足如果要説最快清碟的就是鯇魚骨腩魚肉新鮮爽脆又無細骨,配上牛湯底,可以不點醬油直接吃值得一題是生麵,$38一大盤,兩個人吃完是很勉強的。這湯底較為特別是不用頻頻加水,當去到尾聲的時間,湯的濃度達最高峰喝下一口,味道可媲美所有已牛湯做主打的食店

終於約到一班新舊同事團拜,好開心大家依舊冇乜點變,依然滔滔不絕,笑聲連連。一開始,火鍋湯底上場,材料十分豐富,鋪滿滿滿嘅素翅,睇落就覺得好好味。然後海鮮十分新鮮,手打丸彈牙,手切肥牛肉林鮮甜,總之同事們都大讚今之揀得好,下次會再幫襯。

係日本返尼之後呢個星期日,食日本野食到厭既男朋友同我,好想食港式既火鍋,係OP 搵到呢間禾牛薈,睇D相好似幾好,所以就尼試吓啦。早兩日打左尼book 位,餐廳安排左細房比我地,靜靜地仲可以睇吓電視tim。Menu 選擇非常多,除左火鍋配料之外,仲可以叫小菜同刺身等等。湯底揀左沙嗲湯,用料足,真係撈到有花生碎等等,仲有D菜同菇tim混醬係港式/台式火鍋既必備元素,呢度當然唔例外。手切肥牛(例)手切肥牛切大約2MM厚,唔會太薄身。咬落有牛味,雪花均勻,份量唔細架。蠔,唔知係咩國家同品種,大大隻,咬落爽口。手打蟹籽墨魚滑,好大舊,裡面有細細粒既墨魚肉,浸耐左都仲係咁爽韮菜餃,皮非常薄,唔好碌得太耐,唔係會淨返D餡。菜同肉比例係7:3,所以好快熟。粟米甜既,索晒沙嗲湯好入味。仲有叫左午餐肉同菜,都唔錯架。

個店名有牛字,一睇就知要黎食牛啦。二話不說再嚟一客特級手切肥牛。一上菜又係睇到嘩嘩聲,牛嘅脂肪分怖均勻,一睇就知係靚嘢。唔多講即刻整塊試一試。熝佢廿秒啱啱好,一食又係不得了,煙韌彈牙又有口感,好少喺香港可以食到咁好食嘅火鍋牛。

最後為咗健康著想,都要食番啲菜。所以叫咗油麥菜同埋菊花茶消消熱氣。油麥菜份量夠多又夠新鮮,仲洗得好乾淨,食完都唔會怕肚痛。反而菊花茶仲有驚喜,茶入面竟然真係有菊花,呢間嘢樣樣都真材實料。食物飲品嘅質素都對得住個價錢,圍番每人先400蚊左右,已經要捧住個肚走。唯一不足就係雙拳難敵四手,得兩個人真係嗌唔到多嘢,下次一定要叫多啲人嚟試多啲唔同嘅野食先得!

至尊本地招牌手切肥牛超正, 又滑, 又有牛味, 其他海鮮好新鮮, 用料新鮮, 湯底夠味, 地點方便,環境舒服,又有電視睇,房間無限外加少費,服務超好,已經好耐冇見過這樣服務態度, 值得推介!

當晚無論火鍋湯底又或是配料,全都令人印象深刻,幾乎每一款都好新鮮好味!! 養顏椰子雞湯湯底,超多料!!湯頭完全唔肥膩而且好清甜! 記得落配料前先飲幾碗呀! 食得火鍋最重要當然係牛肉,禾牛薈的本地手切牛肉叫價二百幾元一碟,絕對物超所值。好濃牛肉味!雪花分佈亦好均匀! 特級雪花牛肉粒分量好多,牛肉好嫩唔鞋口,入口即溶 個四寶丸真係要食,係全部都係自家手打墨魚丸牛肉丸鯪魚球丸豬肉丸,唔同一般出面火鍋店貨式 桶蠔大隻蠔味又濃郁,讚呀! 自家製的餃子超足料,每隻都包滿大大粒蝦仁、帶子同埋豬肉,非常滿足 珊瑚蚌新鮮肥美! 小食就嗌咗 炸脆鱔,份量偏小,但好惹味!

襯還天冷,朋友相聚當然要打邊爐啦!無意中搜尋尖沙咀火鍋見到新店禾牛薈,就比機會他吧!😎本來不太抱期望,最後竟是喜出望外!打開餐牌,選擇不少,淨是湯底都好多款,心大心細。海中寶都好像不錯,但中女補膠好要緊,最後湯底選了魚與鴻掌,女生骨膠原之選!牛蹄煲八小時夠淋夠膠,鮑魚彈牙,好滋補!湯底清甜,不太濃味,不會蓋過配料的鮮味。小食都好多款,試左酸薑皮蛋,都可以,薑比皮蛋好吃🤣配料選擇頗多及較特別,真是看到眼花瞭亂。這裹竟然有田雞。田雞還好新鮮,上枱時還在跳動!明顯是即宰的。田雞腳夠大隻,啖啖肉,食得好滿足!另外,好少地方有分魚鮫,魚卜的,這裹都有,而且都好新鮮,無腥味。魚卜大大隻,未收水都有手掌甘大,而且無腥味,證明都好新鮮。重量級登場就係手砌牛肉,係有點貴,但一分錢 一分貨,質素真不錯👍🏻 牛味濃郁,對牛肉有要求就一定要試。整體來說,禾牛薈無論食物款式,質素,環境都不錯,好有驚喜,地點又就腳,真係有得再返轉頭。😋😋

牛蹄煲八小時夠淋夠膠,鮑魚彈牙,好滋補!湯底清甜,不太濃味,不會蓋過配料的鮮味。

另外,好少地方有分魚鮫,魚卜的,這裹都有,而且都好新鮮,無腥味。魚卜大大隻,未收水都有手掌甘大,而且無腥味,證明都好新鮮。


重量級登場就係手砌牛肉,係有點貴,但一分錢 一分貨,質素真不錯👍🏻 牛味濃郁,對牛肉有要求就一定要試。


整體來說,禾牛薈無論食物款式,質素,環境都不錯,好有驚喜,地點又就腳,真係有得再返轉頭。😋😋

朋友約咗今晚去到尖沙咀(禾牛薈)打邊爐,心想又是食一般的打邊爐,冇乜特別,但是上到去,見到餐廳設計十分有氣派,以紅色佈置為主,空間感十足,坐得好舒服。店員推介食海中寶湯底,一上枱賣相已經十分有氣勢,原來是用一個龍頭鍋載著湯料,分別有,豬肚、花膠、海參、元貝、螺頭魚唇、冬菇等,食完這些湯料,一定要飲埋個湯,用咁多材料淆製的濃湯, 一定會滋補養顏。經店員推介這碟(邊抓)是我食牛以嚟是最好的位置,牛的脂肪及雪花平均分佈,肉質粉紅鮮嫩,食的時候只要灼一灼便可,不要灼得太耐,否則失去肉的鮮味,由於邊抓的位置鮮甜,見議不用點任何醬汁,更可食到牛的肉質味道。美國桶蠔$188 ,蠔肉雪白,飽滿脹卜卜,食起時蠔汁滿載口中,超正。一份芫茜,一份西洋菜,兩份菜都好鮮嫩同翠綠。
