We had soufflé pancakes and parfait before Typhoon Yagi striked T8. I've heard about this Japanese pancake brand from some time ago, and the verdict is: Very good! Didn't want to get too full so we had a double-stacked Caramel pancake to share. (Their other signatures have three stacks of pancakes). There was a swirl of whipped cream in-between the two thick mini soufflé pancakes, one big dollop on the side, and one WATERFALL LAYER on the top. Slide the sleeve up when you are ready to eat, the cream would be poured onto the pancakes like lava. There were crumbles of lotus biscoff and we liked that the biscuit taste was able to stand out. The pancakes were moist, eggy and very fluffy; cream was lightweight and extremely milky. Need to grab ice-cream before the end of summer, and we had the parfait cup with seasonal fruits. From top to bottom you would find: torched marshmallows, scoop of ice-cream, kiwis, oranges, whipped cream, super mini blini-sized pancakes, blueberries, strawberries, and blueberry yogurt. It was delicious and sweet tooth satisfied.

之前係泰國旅游食過一次Gram,之後就一直念念不忘。呢次再來打卡！幸運來到之後仲可以點呢個限定三層。，有三件，真係好抵食！！第一層夾住冰凍嘅生果泥，第二層係朱古力醬，最下邊呢層有一個溏心蛋！真係好驚喜Cream係我中意嘅個種，同pancake一齊食落去真係好幸福awwww.我淋咗少少糖漿其實就足夠甜喇，唔推介加好多糖漿，好易滯！個細細粒嘅smile face pancake都好得意hehe。

今晚朋友介紹Gram Cafe & Pancake食甜品傾下傾，我哋點了兩道班戟：超人氣梳乎厘班戟和焦糖脆脆梳乎厘班戟。首先上桌的是超人氣梳乎厘班戟。這道班戟以其輕盈柔軟的質感著稱，剛端上桌時就吸引了我的目光。班戟呈現出金黃色，外層微微焦香，內裡卻是鬆軟的綿密口感，搭配上香甜的Cream 同蜜糖，簡直是夢幻般的組合。當我輕輕切開班戟時，內裡的空氣感瞬間釋放，彷彿進入了一片雲端。每一口都讓人感受到如同棉花糖般的輕盈，配上淋漓的蜜糖漿，甜而不膩，讓人欲罷不能。班戟的表面還撒上了少許糖粉，增添了視覺上的美感，同時也讓口感更加豐富。接下來是焦糖脆脆梳乎厘班戟。從名字就能感受到這道甜品的獨特之處。班戟的外層烤至金黃，焦糖的香氣彌漫開來，讓人忍不住想立刻品嚐。咬下去的瞬間，脆脆的餅層發出清脆的聲音，隨後是柔軟的班戟，兩者的口感形成強烈的對比，令人驚喜。焦糖的甜味恰到好處，帶有微微的焦糖味，完美中和了班戟的甜膩。這道甜品不僅在味覺上給人帶來驚喜，視覺上同樣誘人，色澤金黃。

一直都好鍾意食疏乎厘班戟自從香港越嚟越多打卡又靚招牌疏乎厘班戟等咗好耐好耐主打pancake加奶油加蜂蜜加牛油而且蜜糖味道都太甜食落似糖漿感覺唔似蜜糖有少少失望 畢竟價錢也是不便宜已經同一開始完全唔一樣另外朋友點了朱古力香蕉班戟甜度真的接受不了而且班戟不是很鬆軟咬下去是比較厚實的希望下次再來會有改善吧或者有多些味道服務態度比較差 店員好像很忙但不知忙什麼？因為客人根本就很少餐廳還提供一些飲品 味道還可以的
