「哥登堡餐廳」是土瓜灣散發著強烈歷史味道的餐廳,同時散發濃濃鐵板牛扒香氣,正是「未能看到、經已聞到」。老式餐廳的經營模式就是實在,貨真價實,童叟無欺。大門口除了懷舊裝潢,就是繽紛的菜式和價錢。像正在召喚著你,一個閃神肚子就餓了。重要的事只說一遍,吃素的人,再見!餐廳是扒房,全是肉肉,豬牛羊雞魚都有。主打菜是鐵板,進來當然是選鐵板扒餐。【鐵板牛柳套餐】(港幣$135),餐前有牛油餐包和羅宋湯。好喝的羅宋湯,我覺得除了濃濃蕃茄味,必須要有煮到軟爛的大片椰菜。湯的酸香、菜的清甜,味覺上的對比絕對是一流!牛柳點5分熟,配黑椒汁。熱騰騰的鐵板淋上醬汁才上桌,有聲音有畫面有香味。一刀切開,牛柳夠嫩,外脆內軟,沾一點黑椒汁送入口,過癮度爆燈。另一道是【鐵板羊扒套餐】(港幣$115)配蒜茸汁,羊扒一樣是火侯到位,外層焦脆,特別香口。要強調一點,羊肉有膻味才令人著迷,這裡的羊扒肉味膻味都剛剛好,3大件吃起來也很飽肚。鐵板上的薯條配上蒜茸汁和黑椒汁,亦是快樂的元素。最後,餐飲點一杯凍檸茶,解解滯。快樂的時光過得特別快,不安分地吃猛吃肉肉,之後的一天我是吃素去了。

這間舖頭,我已經幫襯20幾年,佢啲食品一向保持水準,尤其是牛扒,特別出位,平民價錢高質享受,其他出品味道都幾好,特別係炒公仔麵,咖喱雖然係一般,但係已經好過好多茶餐廳,嚟到呢間餐廳,我會推介T骨扒餐,非常巨型,肉眼扒,炒公仔麵,懷舊紅豆冰,是這間公司必食,基本上一家四口,拿着$500已經夠埋單,本人覺得唯一改善空間,引入多幾款牛扒,增設三文魚扒,或者其他魚扒,這樣就完美.!

每次搭巴士都經過呢間餐廳,可惜土瓜灣一直都未開地鐵,總係會覺得有啲唔就腳唔方便, 不過今日甘岩搭巴士經過又無乜人等於是入去試下。裝修嘅風格依然都係keep住上世紀嘅style,仍然係香港生存嘅舊式扒房之一,我古味道點都應該有保證卦😂😂我哋叫咗個雜扒同+西冷都係蒜蓉汁加羅宋湯仲有個麥餐包添,再跟餐飲,都係around百二三,價錢都ok個麥餐包仲係暖暖哋,軟熟嘅好味😋😋羅宋湯係勁傳統個款,料多,酸酸哋,小辣都唔錯餐飲有雜果賓治同椰汁紅豆冰,呢两樣依家出面都好小有,紅豆冰真係有椰汁沖, 唔係而家出面嗰啲加淡奶同水,真係好有椰汁味,而啲紅豆冰都粒粒分明,又軟又糯😋😋雜扒餐-有薯條,雜菜,蛋,牛扒x1,豬扒x1雞扒x1,塊塊都有一隻手掌甘,大大份,份量十足,只係個汁偏鹹,為咗要冚走陣雪腥味😂😂不過西冷扒餐就無甘好彩嗱,五成熟係做到嘅,唔會太熟,不過唔知點解塊扒就食落有啲梅同近厚肉個面有雪腥味,係啲汁都冚唔到,應該係溶雪溶得唔夠,因為什扒餐個度係無事😂😂而全晚最好味嘅係嗰意粉🥰🥰,係傳統嘅味道,佢真係用茄膏炒過,有香味,加5蚊,一人份量囉,都幾多下,食哂應該飽飽🤗🤗相對於其他傳統扒房,我覺得佢味道

T骨牛扒鐵板,塊T骨係大過個鐵板🙈🙈,份量唔洗講都知一定夠啦!而味道方面我好滿意,雖然有用醃料醃過塊扒,但係好有牛味,T骨係一邊牛味濃啲 一邊無甘濃嘅!佢完全食到兩邊牛味分別!如果佢無醃過可能仲好味!

最好嘅係凍飲唔洗加錢!凍飲唔洗加錢!凍飲唔洗加錢!重要嘢要講三次!又無加一添!

午餐點了個鐵板羊扒煎蛋飯配黑椒汁,跟餐有羅宋湯和紅豆冰。餐廳環境是經典舊式西餐館,通道不算寬,有點舊、細,但因限聚令坐得都算舒服,但若人多肯定會好迫。而食物今次點了羊扒煎蛋飯配黑椒汁,跟餐有羅宋湯和餐飲,我選了紅豆冰。先上的是羅宋湯,舀上來看出湯夠濃,但料少和鹹,幸好侍應很快遞來紅豆冰。而紅豆冰的奶夠滑,冰、奶和紅豆份量剛剛好,但可惜紅豆有點硬和沒有紅豆味,最後選擇搞勻飲算。之後主角上場-鐵板羊扒煎蛋飯配黑椒汁,雖然點的是飯,但有配上少量薯條和栗米青豆,感覺豐富。羊要五成熟,但出來接近七成,這就是鐵板的奧妙!所以羊架算是煮得剛剛好,調味也不錯,只是羊味有點不足。看在平民價,算吧。但最失敗是隻蛋,咬落個半熟蛋,隻蛋內餡凍的,有點溫度都好,凍就真有點難接受。就當用七十個大洋買個體驗吧!
