哥登堡其實已經係我既飯堂好耐,細細個就開始食。一排冇去,今日又去返,就幫佢寫個食評。佢出曬名抵食有質素,而且出菜超快!坐係坐得有少少逼,但咁先有懷舊既味道!食物既款式唔算多,但貴精不貴多!除左依幾款仲有其他,但主打依幾個餐!我就食返我既最愛,牛排餐($120)加個意粉百二蚊塊排成塊鐵板咁長,邊到搵!個餐係包埋餐湯、餐包同餐飲!牛排五成熟,肉汁夠多,好香牛味,又唔會太油。切落去炸炸聲,仲不斷有牛油香湧出黎!very very good! continue reading

呢間係舊式既西餐廳, 呢類型既餐廳相信難免會被時代淘汰, 各位趁有機會要黎食下。用抵食夾大件黎形容就絕對無錯, 叫左個$95餐, 有羅宋湯+牛油餐包, 頭盤 法式焗田螺, 主菜係牛扒+吉列石班配意粉, 仲有杯餐飲,叫左凍花旗參蜜。真係非常抵食!先講羅宋湯,味道較重, 少少嗆喉, 唔能夠飲晒,餐包就熱辣辣軟棉棉加埋牛油好好食。法式焗田螺呢個就真係幾口味, 田螺本身無乜味,但有薯蓉調味得幾好, 加埋一齊幾好食。主菜: 黑淑牛扒+吉列石班意粉, 2樣都大大件,牛扒就真係麻麻地, 一般茶餐廳質素, 石班還可以但寄望太高。而家香港既西餐水準比以前真係高好多, 呢類舊式西餐廳喺廿年前既基層黎講算係高級啲, 一講鋸扒啲人已經開心, 但而家相信已經無左呢個驚喜。雖然唔係好好食,但黎食真係有細個時既味道, 煮既方法及調味都同以前一樣,呢種感覺好特別, 好懷念。但呢種經營模式相信會被淘汰 continue reading

我一個朋友既父母 由結婚到依家 每次週年紀念都會去哥登堡食扒 距話又平又好味 d水準又keep到聽距地講到咁 當然要去試下!一行到門口 感覺好殘舊 好似開左10幾年 無咩華麗裝修既樣但係反正黎到 就膽粗粗入左去叫個八成熟牛柳餐首先有餐湯 餐包 再上扒 最後上飲品一食不得了 8成熟岩岩好 加埋濃縮黑椒汁 配埋薯條 好惹味下次會再幫襯! continue reading

住係附近既我一早已經想試下呢間餐廳,但係比較少行馬頭圍呢面,所以就一直都無試。咁岩果排興Pokemon Go就諗住食飽飯就去附近行下,去海心公園捉係鴨嘴火龍,所以就去左呢間度食入面侍應既效率速度極快,我真係有D跟唔上,餐牌同其他食扒既餐廳差唔多,款式亦都係,我就隨便叫左個雜扒餐,雖然唔係咩極品美食,但材料十足,而且多到一個餐我都食唔哂(好難得),開始明白點解咁多人會鍾意去食呢一間,下一次我都會再黎架! continue reading

今次是第一次來,星期六的午餐時間,我和老公2人早到來不用等位,午餐有十多款選擇,我點了黑椒牛扒飯,老公點了咖喱牛腩飯,黑椒牛扒飯餐有牛油多士及餐湯,咖喱牛腩飯則沒有,有點失望,來之前因為有睇左食評來,知道哥登堡是舊式扒房,不會有豪華裝修及浪漫氣氛……,四十幾蚊午餐,算很對板了,先來的牛油多士夠香夠脆,餐湯有紅或白湯可以選,我選了紅湯,很惹味,黑椒牛扒2大塊,有點點厚度,老公的咖喱牛腩飯份量也很足夠,整齊很滿意 continue reading
