我今日終於有機會去試食「好旺角麵店」,之前轉咗手之後,我一直冇機會去試下佢哋嘅食物。不過今日終於有機會去開旺角我試咗佢哋嘅傳統豬手撈麵,佢哋嘅水準仲保持得好好,真係值得一讚!麵條彈牙有嚼勁,撈麵上面嘅豬手好入味!每一口都好滿足!真係令我回味無窮。除咗食物好味之外,我都要讚一讚佢哋嘅服務。轉手後,佢哋嘅服務員比以前更加好!佢哋嘅服務態度好親切,好細心。佢哋真係用心照顧每一個客人,令人感到好溫暖。總括而言,我對「好旺角麵店」嘅評價非常高。食物美味,水準保持,服務更勝以往。如果你有機會去旺角,一定要嚟試試佢哋嘅豬手撈麵!相信你一定會同樣愛上呢個地方! continue reading

今午,天氣好熱,但家人好想食滾粥,懷念以前的富記,找到附近的好旺角。一入內冷氣充足既環境,叫及第粥,魚腩粥,淨雲吞,淨水餃。忙於工事,不斷傾電話,吃完才想起沒有拍照。粥底是綿綿的,不错。但及第粥內的豬潤,仍湧出不少血,影響胃口。魚腩粥,ok.雲吞和水餃,一般水準。天氣炎熱,室內冷氣十足。正! continue reading

係旺角大球場睇完港超聯八點幾毒L行出去係旺角諗左一陣決定去食間米芝蓮原來好旺角就係台風附近餐廳以手打竹昇麵聞名由21年開始入選左米芝蓮必比登既舖頭而家香港好似淨番無幾多間手打麵既麵檔仲有得睇表演真係要好好珍惜呢間係門口半開放式廚房就可以見到部製麵機不過夜晚晚就無人係度un麵了老店毒L要同其他搭檯係在所難免不過武肺影響而家多左塊板其實係好事黎雖然得半張檯但因為圓檯都叫做坐得寬落而且餐廳有裝修過所以環境唔差餐牌係玻璃底呢張只係粥品仲有另一張麵食淨係睇到一半呢種店最唔好就係老小二唔會比時間你諗由係一坐底就會企係你格離等落單好在我本身就諗好黎試兩個麵食物超快有由落單到上檯都係兩三分鐘時間隨時快過澳牛真係有懷疑過到底係咪即煮第一個係雲吞麵個湯熱到辣口麵條係由鴨蛋整既入面有五粒雲吞雲吞自己包皮都係自家製作但其實食落無咩感覺第二個係炸醬牛腩撈麵轉左粗麵細麵係碗上而大麵就碟上一乾三濕就緊係仲有碗淨湯最正統食法係含一啖就可以直接噴落小二到會得到七折優惠咁個湯同雲吞麵個湯其實係一樣既作用隨你或者你可以當佢沾麵食又得但因為係清湯就唔會掛到湯撈暈佢成個畫面就靚好多食拉麵我不嬲都係傾向沾麵一黨既所以就算係港式台式野我都係鍾意撈麵食法就係唔鍾意比湯浸住既麵所以想當然我會覺得呢隻撈粗係比較好食既尤其係煙韌度都係口感正好多不過牛腩同雲吞都覺得只係正常水準無咩特別一個麵未必夠飽兩個麵都夠晒數呢餐食左八十幾蚊入左去廿分鐘就出番黎以前讀書覺得食雲吞麵貴過三十蚊都on狗狗而家我就做左我心目中既on狗了都係純粹諗住黎試一次除左手工野之外就真係無咩吸引真係試一次就夠而家餐廳好似做到三月就唔再做咁我覺得竹昇麵係仲有市場既師傅仔睇米紙見到已經自立左門戶係灣仔開左店但觀念始終根深柢固手打竹昇麵唔似手打拉麵手打意粉咁賣錢老師傅搞手只求打個和有d奸商一碗麵淨係得一啖又搶錢真係好難搵到個平均點 continue reading
