中午突然之間想食粥同麵,在旺角,其實好多選擇,揀左下,見到好旺角粥麵專家幾特別,主要係因為在佢地既櫥窗睇到整麵既師父。我係十一點半去到佢地門口,唔駛等就入得門口有佢地既招牌食物:餐廳入面環境唔太大,比較古式D佢地餐牌在枱面就見到,主要係粥、麵我點左生菜鯪魚球粥同埋潮州魚蛋麵生菜鯪魚球粥有6粒鯪魚球,鯪魚球唔錯,估唔到花生係成碗粥既敗筆,粥本身就無問題。另外,潮州魚蛋麵既魚蛋就有5粒,魚蛋好爽,好好食。最後埋單$78,都算係咁,如果粥無果幾粒花生就好了。 continue reading

今日放假行經旺角, 見到呢間「好旺角」, 心諗無幾可可以經呢頭, 所以就入去食返碗同傳統做法一樣, 雲吞放底, 麵在面但韮黃久奉無梘水味,麵是爽的, 但不彈牙, 老實講不少雲吞麵店同佢的水平都不遑多讓雲吞也是傳統做法, 一啖一口size 餡料係蝦同豬肉各半 但問題係,蝦無蝦味也不鮮, 豬肉碎都唔鮮, 㒌肉味,偏肥而且有少少豬羶味, 對我來講,係比較差的雲吞。雲吞都算滑, 但都係有啲位厚皮我覺得我食番屋企盒CP牌雲吞好過🙂🙂至於湯底除了咸味, 食唔出其他味。37 蚊一碗不算貴, 但同價位, 出色過佢嘅大有人在, 都係個句, 米芝連都唔可以盡信😗 continue reading

因為“飲食男女”的推介,所以今天專程去了幫趁他們的招牌炸醬面,湯的味道不過不失,略為唔夠熱,亦細碗了少少,,點了粗麵,略為韌,亦不夠熱,最難頂係炸醬,一來放於小碟上又放於麵的旁邊,感覺碟邊如有不潔的話會污染整碟麵,而最失望的是整碟炸醬都是冰冷的,想把面和炸醬撈在一起,希望可解決問題,但可惜面不夠熱,加上撈入冰凍的炸醬,把麵也一起降溫,不知道他們憑什麼攞米芝蓮,祗憑今天這碟冰冷的炸醬面,不會有下次! continue reading

一間老字號雲吞麵店🍜,已經經過好多次,之前一直都冇試過,有時經過仲見到玻璃窗內,師傅喺度整緊竹昇麵,今日決定專程去試吓。午飯時間都見入座率有8成。既然係竹昇麵最出名就梗係試吓佢啦!因為係用鴨蛋做,麵質爽口彈牙,完全冇梘水味。一碗有五粒鮮蝦雲吞,一口一粒。雖然唔大碗,午餐一碗剛好。鮮蝦同豬肉份量比例👍🏻蝦🦐會多啲,所以有鮮味,連個湯底都好味,大地魚味頗濃郁,唔會好鹹,湯底不錯,飲咗都唔會頸渴👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

已经光顾了他们很多年了,每次都只是吃他们的云吞面,面和云吞皮都是自己打的,现在很难看到用大碌竹打的面了。早上没到11点刚开门营业,厨房对面的打面师傅还没开工。坐下后听到其他客人点单,全部都是点云吞面。不到一会儿,主角上桌了。云吞放在碗底,被面条压住。先吃面条,水准保持着,没有枧水味,弹性依然,不会因泡太久而发涨。汤更不用说,没有枧水下,汤显得更清更甜,最后一滴也不放过。其实云吞是不错的,可以吃到虾的鲜味,但由于浸在碗底,吃时有点腍,影响口感。他们最近成为米芝莲其中一家推介的餐厅,除了食物质素,大众化消费也很重要。 continue reading
